Surprisingly good experience. Plenary of space and good food. Quick service and fare price. Lasagnas pre made and on show to make it easy to select. Half portions available. There are steps so wheel chairs and buggy’s will need assistance. Toilets are down stairs at the back. Would recommend. Please like if this helped

We love panino bit the menu was a bit hard to fathom and the service was slightly chaotic. It did not feel quite as classy as it looks from the outside. But we will be back!

Good quality but not good value for money. Sandwiches are too small and too expensive. Salads and mains are good but overpriced. San Pellegrino comes on a ridiculously small bottle once again overpriced

Un almuerzo muy decepcionante. Esperamos 40 minutos para que llegara nuestra comida, mientras que otros que habían llegado después de nosotros fueron servidos antes que nosotros. Cuando lo hizo, mi sopa muy salada estaba tan caliente en el horno de microondas que me quemé la boca y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo mientras la sopa se enfriaba antes de poder comerla. 8 horas después mi lengua todavía está muy adolorida por la sopa caliente. El sándwich tostado de mi colega no fue cortado y no le dieron un cuchillo o tenedor para cortarlo. Sin embargo, el personal era agradable y se disculpó.

Siamo stati i primi giorni di gennaio, eravamo 9 persone tra cui bambini, ci siamo trovati benissimo, ambiente curato e pulitissimo, i panini e le insalate sono stati tutti apprezzatissimi, gli ingredienti sono di qualità, formaggi, salumi e il pane davvero super! Camerieri per lo più italiani e gentilissimi. Lo consiglio soprattutto per il piacere di un pasto sano dopo giorni di fritto, fritti e fritture inglesi.

Un café de sándwiches glorificado que cree que es The Ivy con los precios más escandalosos. Solo quería un sándwich rápido para el almuerzo. 18 más tarde salí sintiéndome totalmente estafado. Servicio muy lento. Esperamos 15 minutos para un sandwich. Ruidoso hasta el extremo, saldrás con una migraña El "panino" de prosciutto y mozzarella más pequeño que hayas visto en 8. 80 es una vergüenza total. Diminuto, apenas tostado, insípido, no produce una gota de aceite de oliva en los tomates. Pedí un lado de calabacines "marinados". No había nada marinado sobre ellos en absoluto. Eran 4 cintas de calabacines crudos con un poco de aceite de oliva rociado. A las 4 probablemente un margen del 99%. Y luego tienen EL NERVIO para agregar un 12. 5% de cargo por servicio como si fueran un restaurante de alta cocina. EVITAR A TODA COSTA

Este lugar ha ido cuesta abajo. Solía venir a almorzar con frecuencia, pero esta es la primera vez que he estado en 2019. El personal parece extremadamente grosero e inútil. El menú ha cambiado, no para mejor aunque la comida estaba bien. El problema fue que después de esperar más de media hora llegó el aperitivo junto con el plato principal. . . . el camarero y su colega no entendieron el problema. No volveré, otro buen restaurante muerde el polvo.

Good place for catch up lunch as plenty of space and not too noisy. Lots of choice of paninis and light options.

Fui a Panino Giusto para un almuerzo tardío con algunos colegas. Es un restaurante bastante pequeño pero es muy agradable para sentarse. Tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos para una mesa y nos pidieron que esperaran afuera. Se suponía que debíamos llamarnos cuando nuestra mesa estuviera lista, pero esto no sucedió. Hay una gran variedad de sándwiches, principalmente carnosos, pero hay opciones de pescado y vegetarianos. El servicio fue amable y bastante rápido. Es bastante caro: un sándwich, una botella pequeña de agua y un té cuestan 14, incluido el cargo por servicio.

Good venue near Bank for a catch up lunch. Was Thursday lunch but service a bit slow. Very nice Paninis and would go again

Popped in the for lunch - was disappointed. It took them almost a hour to make a panini - seriously ? The panini when it finally arrived was tasty, however I feel it was overpriced for what it is - probably due to its location.

I like this Italien restaurant. We stopped for a little break - coffee, prosecco and plate of cheese. Kind waitress and I liked the silence there as there weren’t many people so there was nice space for chatt. It seems to be quite small but if you go downstairs there are more tables ;-)

La relación calidad-precio es pobre. Apetitizer fue después del plato principal. Not such a good experience :( We got our first drinks fairly quickly, when we gave our order for panini we had a question and the waiter didnt really know and didnt really care. Then it took more than 30 mins before we got our panini. We asked but again waiter didnt care. Panini werent great, but not too bad. Value for money? Not really. All in all we spent more than 1.5 hrs for a drink and a panini for lunch. Would not go again.

Had a quick bite with my colleague and it was turned out to be relatively satisfactory. The Panini I ordered was actually quite nice however the service level could have been better.

Unfortunately the road works outside caused a very bad drain smell. This wasn't the restaurant's fault (it's usually a lovely place to eat outside) but I think I'd avoid until they're completed. Having just arrived home from Verona, I was shocked at the price of the meal. Just a day earlier I'd shared a meat and cheese board with sides of gnocchi and other things, plus two aeperol spritz.... and it came to less than 20 Euro. I had a sandwich and a beer in panino gusto (so did my Dad) and our bill came to £30!!

I was in London like an italian tourist one month ago and I wanted to try Italian cuisine in London. I was pleasantly surprised by the care for the service and the excellent quality of the food! Recommended place.

As a vegetarian there is very little choice - two paninis from hundreds. I asked if I could make simple modifications to the meat paninis - eg Ham, Cheese and tomato (remove the ham), I was told NO. I asked if they could make me a panini with avocado or egg on it (both options on meat ones), again, the answer was NO. I found it really strange that they were so unaccommodating, they didn’t seem to care at all about looking after their customer. We ended up leaving and heading elsewhere. I wouldn’t go back to this place again.

Sono venuta in vacanza con un'amica e siamo capitate da Panino Giusto a bank! Nonostante il locale fosse molto affollato siamo state subito accolte dal personale: una cameriera molto gentile che ci ha accompagnate al tavolo.

Went here for a quick breakfast and ordered poached eggs and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was OK. The poached eggs were terrible. In one there was only acid water and no yolk. The taste was disgusting. For GBP 8 you expect more. The staff was not very professional and taking care of the customers. Very disappointing.

Atmosfera di casa in un locale al centro di Londra ,cortesia e disponibilità dei camerieri ,alcuni sono italiani, ma sopratutto devo dire che i panini sono veramente ottimi. Il prezzo è leggermente altino!!!

‘Giusto’ means just right and as I was in need of a quick lunch between conferences a panino with chips rather hit the spot. The ground floor is small and has the feel of an upmarket cafe. On my way to the washrooms downstairs, however, I passed through a much more capacious dining room with more of the character of a restaurant. The list of panini, all with top class ingredients, is extensive enough, even without supplemented by specials. But there are also plates of meats and hams as well as some more substantial mains. Some crispy chips accompanied by large bowls of mayonnaise and tomato ketchup preceded my beef and tomato panino nicely wrapped in paper. A glass of Pinot Grigio complemented this nicely. All arrived speedily and efficiently which given its City of London location is probably its most important feature.

Nice restaurant but the stuff are very miserable and rude. The food is well overpriced £12.38 for a filter coffee 2 eggs a toast on some lettece. I've wasted money here - will not be returning

Firstly the food was ok! Just ok! I used the rituals app to get the food for £1. Firstly it said 25 minutes then I placed the order and once approved I got a txt saying 35 minutes which was ok least I was told. Got there when it said it was ready then had to wait an extra 15 minutes which made me late back to the office! I understand you would of been busy with all these orders but don’t take what you can’t handle.

Came in with a team for some coffees and that was a mistake... staff were really unpleasant or just disinterested. Took forever and many confused waiters to actually get the coffees we ordered

Lots of room downstairs and also outside if weather is good. Service a little slow but a nice cafe overall. Recommended.

Food was very tasty, but service was much too slow. We had to ask 5 times for the bill.

Unfortunately we were sat downstairs and abandoned. The service was unbelievably slow, we had to go upstairs to find waiting staff to take our order and one person's order was completely forgotten - we were a group of 5. The restaurant was not particularly busy, when we wanted to order we had to literally haul a member of staff downstairs. The food, when it eventually came, was not hot enough. This is unusual for this reason but very disappointing. They did take our drinks off the bill because they knew the service was poor and it was unusual for this restaurant where we have had many lovely meals. A very disappointing experience

I had booked a table but it was hot so when I asked if downstairs was air conditioned I was just waved downstairs, not seated like the people in front of me. I sat myself at a table, it wasn’t air conditioned, it was hot. Then I was completely ignored, my boss turned up, still ignored, so we left. Nobody even noticed. A shame as I normally like it there and food is good. Real let down this time.

Cuando en Londres me parado en Panini Giusto en Royal Exchange para un café con leche y un trozo de tarta. El café con leche que tuve fue excelente, así como el pastel de manzana caliente (con un plato pequeño de helado de crema de vainilla). . . Verdaderamente delicioso. El interior era muy agradable y el personal era eficiente y simpático. Los precios son un poco altos, con mi café con leche y tarta viniendo a GB £10. 13 que incluye un 12. 5% de cargo por servicio automáticamente añadidos a mi cuenta. Es a los precios y este cargo automatico que He clasificado mi experiencia como muy buena, más que excelente. Bien merece una visita y que era delicioso pastel de manzana (pero que debería ser por 6 libras un trocito supongo! ).

we were in London yesterday, for 7 hours to change some old currency in the bank of England. we had just walked all the way down from kings cross station, to threadneedle street, it was 28 degrees, and very humid, and we just needed somewhere to sit and have a light lunch and chill for an hour. we just saw a free table outside decided to eat here....serendipity indeed!

The food is simple but fresh and tasty. Good selection of paninis - nice bread and delicious "knotted" mozzarella, just like you would get it in Italy. The service was not great (loads of waiters running around, yet they managed to forget to bring us stuff twice), but the food made up for it.

Criado en Milán, me he estado queriendo probar Il Panino Giusto en Londres, y ha llegado el momento como me sentía un poco nostálgico. Es un lugar genial para una tranquila cena y ponerse en la ciudad, donde todo parece ser demasiado ruidoso y ajetreado. El restaurante es mucho más bonito, más ligeras, de moda versión de su hermanas mayores en Milán, aunque no mantener un ambiente similar. El menú es mucho más variada que lo recordé, con una buena selección de ensaladas y platos principales calientes. Tuvimos el que era fabuloso Cacioburger indulgente y aún: no me sentía como "relleno" como usualmente me siento después de comer una hamburguesa, que es demasiado grasiento. Teníamos tarta de manzana y zanahoria) (y fueron divino: sólo el tipo de torta simple, nunca puede sabroso que hay en Londres. Los precios son en el lado alto, pero la calidad de la comida hacen que todo valga la pena. Ya estoy planeando mi próxima visita.

Welcoming restaurant with upstairs and downstairs seating. Menu is fairly simple- I went for the parmigiana which was lovely - except I wasn't a fan of the contrast of warm bread and cold aubergine. We also got a side of chips which were delicious and cut in an interesting shape. Service was fine however we were asked to move downstairs despite wanting to sit upstairs at an available table; not really sure why... A formal but relaxed atmosphere!

This place majors on its Italian roots but the level of the service would make the most surly of Parisian waiters feel at home. The good news is that no one from our office uses this place and so it is perfect for a discreet...

Have always been found a table even at lunchtimes without a reservation. Food is lovely and well worth the prices. Service is good - only once it wasn’t the usually standard and I think it was because the waitress was new had didn’t seem to...

A Londra non c'è ancora la cultura del panino gourmet, forse per questo Panino Giusto stona nel panorama culinario londinese ma al contempo risulta a qualsiasi ora del giorno pieno. Situato in una posizione molto privilegiata serve i panini che serve a Milano e nelle altre succursali, con qualche particolare variante, insegnando ai Londinesi che possono esistere panini di grande livello senza per forza dover essere unti e precedentemente riempiti di cibi fritti. Sempre la solita piacevole permanenza.

Este restaurante se centra en servir ensaladas y sándwiches carnes deli italiano. Mi favorito personal es el sandwich de Washington - siempre delicioso! Y no te olvides de probar las patatas fritas! No sé lo que hacen lo que les hace muy adictivo, pero son increíbles. Normalmente la comida sale bastante rápido, pero puedes terminar esperando para conseguir la factura como servicio camino despacio después de la entrega de alimentos. A pesar de ello, me volveré siempre! También puede pedir comida para llevar.

Le insalate sono buonissime, la cotoletta è da impazzire, i panini...neanche a dirlo...ottimi! Il segreto di questo ristorante sono i prodotti di qualità, insieme alla cortesia del personale.Non dimenticate il caffè servito con il mini-gelatino!!

One of my favourite places in London, I must have visited numerous times already. Love the food, delicious paninis, the smart casual ambiance, authentic Italian flair.... perfect for a business meeting, catch up with friends or just a place to rest during a busy schedule. I love Panino Giusto.

If you don't want to be overheard - because of the hustle and bustle. It's smart without being pretentious and that means you can have a warm sandwich lunch for two people for less than £20. Perfect for an informal catch up.That's if you avoid the chips, which you shouldn't - they are amazing, and amongst the best in London, worth a visit for those alone..!

Food is ok. Expensive for what it is but I guess you pay to have that type of meal as a replica of Italian bar in London.If you don't mind paying up to £10 for a sandwich then the food is fairly good.The service is next to shocking. Waited to receive food and when we got we had not yet been given cutlery. We had to ask twice for it and waited almost 5 minutes to get it so food was getting cold. As we ordered salad when we finally got the cutlery the waiter asked if we wanted bread we said yes but he forgot to bring it to the table. Basic service skills missing here. What a shame!

Panino Giusto is a great success and one of my favourite places for business conversations in the City the service and food is perfect!

The most diabolical service I have encountered in living memory. I sat and waited to be served whilst the two waiting staff chit chatted, glanced over and continued to chat away. Another customer arrived a couple of minutes later and was served whilst I was left hanging. The place is tiny with only a handful of tables and wasn't busy so there's no possible excuse. I left and took my custom elsewhere.

We LOVE it here!! I love the relaxed feel of this place, we come quite often, such good value for money and the food is delicious, especially the chips!!

I called in here for a coffee during work hours. The coffee was good, and the service OK (but no better). The reasons for a 3 out of 5 score are the prices (£3 for a small latte) and a 12% service charge on top of that. So was it worth the extra money over, say, a Costa or Pet? No.

Was here on the 23rd with my wife for a quick bite prior to drinks with friends in Leadenhall Market.First time here, and it was great, had a Olives to start... wow! so tasty! then me a Pollo and my Wife a Beef Panino, with a beer and a red wine, finished by an espresso machiato, all superb, thanks guys, can thoroughly recommend the restaurant and the dishes we enjoyed

Have been here before and found it good value for money. However on this occasion service was very slow even though restaurant was not particularly busy. We ordered the the chicken with bacon and fries. It was ok but plate looked all "brown". Could have done with a vegetable or colourful garnish of some sort!

Visited again for a business meeting. Staff smart, correct and Italian. The coffee! Having lived in Milan, I was transported back, a wonderful experience. This is worth the detour and to get away from all the mediocre coffee houses. Brilliant and do not change a thing!

Il "PANINO GIUSTO " e' il posto ideale dove poter fare un pranzo veloce ma sano od anche un aperitivo gustoso con "red wine" e salumi italiani ! Degna di nota è proprio la provenienza dei prodotti di questo posto; il prosciutto in particolare è di qualità eccellente e sicuramente di gran lunga superiore a ciò che riescono ad offrire gli altri punti di ristoro! La location è calda ed accogliente come del resto lo è tutto lo staff:i ragazzi sono molto cortesi ,gentili e disponibili! Sicuramente lo consiglio (in particolar modo a coloro che sanno distinguere almeno un po' i prodotti di qualità !)

Booked a table in advance and then was offered a very bad table on arrival with my client. I asked for the corner 2 seater which was available, and was told it had been reserved. WAIT. I thought I had reserved a table. Restaurant in general was extremely noisy, and person who greeted me did not treat me like I was important at all even though I had made a booking. Menu had nothing on it I wanted. When my lawyer guest arrived, we both decided to go elsewhere, and we were so happy we left. Hugely disappointed in Panini Gusto this time.

I know my title says best chips, but they really are. These curled chips are just amazing. As for the rest of the menu, you cant go wrong. There are so many posh sandwiches to pick from you can spend a while deciding. The food is very good and fresh and my fav is the Lord John. Can be difficult to get into at lunchtime if you haven't booked, so book ahead.

Amazing italian sandwiches and the best burger we´ve had in a long time!

The first time I went to this place was about 12 months ago. It was overpriced and more style than substance. This time I was desperate. It was raining buckets outside and we were hungry. The service was brisk and the order simple enough; 2 roast beef panini's, chips and some water. My colleague ordered an off the menu plate of bresaola. All delivered promptly and with a smile and it was good quality. Better than I remember the first time. Keep it up.

Locale molto semplice ma arredato bene. Molto popolare e forse un po' rumoroso. La specialità sono i panini ma si servono anche piatti. Io ho provato il panino con il cotto: molto saporito e gustoso e pane fragrante. Servizio un po' lento e disattento ma c'era molta gente. Da andare per una pausa pranzo veloce e senza pretese.
