Pandora's Diner in Manchester

The food was amazing, brilliant staff and excellent customer service. They have a wide selection food to choose from ( especially if you’re having a bad day and just want to sponge out). The burgers are fascinating! The toilets are kept clean on a regular basis. Will definitely visit again :)

This is a true experience and review for this establishment. Starters - frozen just had to deep fry mozzarella sticks/nachos pour in a plate along with salsa. Please carry on reading, I've never left a review for any restaurant but this was a must. Informed so called manager with red t- shirt that "please don't mind but...the food is..." and low and behold he finished my sentence and said "tasteless" and I said "yes". He responded "don't tell me tell the chef" starting calling the poor chef from the back. Then he red t- shirt "little man" sat on the other side of establishment and starting eating his shawarma that he'd purchased from another takeaway (not even he can eat the food in pandora) and then shouted across the restaurant while eating his shawarma (probably from Jaffa) "just because you didn't eat it, doesn't mean you're not going to pay for it". Then he went to back and came over with the full plate we'd handed back earlier and picked up the sweet corn and said "look at this big bite you've taken from this, this shows you've got a big mouth!!!" People I was dining with and bearing in mind I had my children with me, we all just looked at each other in shock! He then said you have to pay! Repeatedly, in an aggressive tone and at one point he was talking through his teeth in anger. Because we refused to pay by this time. I think he has anger issues and need professional help. My children started crying because they sensed his aggressive tone and got very scared this is what I was not willing to accept. I was prepared to pay for children's food eaten, starters and drinks but he was so rude and upset my children, all I wanted to do is get them out of demon place. Ordered shredded beef x 2 - with mash and sweet corn. Sweet corn had the strangest taste, like it'd been left in water for a week or something?? Beef - tasteless

Yo y la familia fuimos ayer para un bocado rápido, el personal fue amable y servicial. La comida era buena y nos encantaron los postres. Gran relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Please do not enter this place . Man with big short beard foul mouth . The worker who seems to think he has customer service. 1dreadful smelly beef steak no gravy just dry salad 2 upset our children made them cry. Bearded man aggressive and rude just because we said the sweet corn smelled left an awful taste.4 bearded man shouting and not listening. He was actually shouting across the other side while munching on his shawarma very loud. Telling us to take the food to food standard agency and actually passing me the slated plate. He also stated that if the manager was here then he would of kicked us out. I am actually frightened and the children were crying as he was shouting at us. I feel anxious if i was to see him . The food is terrible not much variety. Please believe me its awful.and the man in the red shirt with beard is the most rudest man i have ever met. How can he be working in retail. He needs help as he comes across as if he needs help mentally.the children are actually still talking about him to there friends. I will be letting friends and family and people know about this and will not recommend this place ever. After trying to get through management who are never there and the bearded man picks up phone. Stating he knows whos on the phone as he recognised voice but rudely again. Please get help.or management need to change staff. Do not enter this place . Im only reviewing as i needs to be said.

Regular with the kids, but today the food was good as always and the staff was extra nice. Kids really enjoyed there food. Big smiles all round.

The food is different from what you usually find in the area and has a large selection. ordered lamb chops for starters and a burgerizza for main. Lamb chops were perfect and the burgerizza was very clever. Timely and polite service, and left feeling satisfied.

The food has a really high standard and is very good but most of all the staff and customer service is to the highest standard as they are really helpful and make you feel really welcoming. Would go there again and recommend to all!!!!

Food is very good, everything was very well prepared. Deserts are very creative and eye catching and taste as good as they look.

3rd time visiting - have to say everything on the menu is amazing but my favourite has to be the burgeriza. It’s so delicious and unique, a burger in a pizza - DREAM. The service is excellent and really friendly staff. Definitely visiting again, and recommend it to everyone else.

Second time visiting, excellent service both times. The bugerizza is a must, by far the best burger type ever had, gotta recommend the burgerizza and also many other things at this high quality service restaurant.
