Got 10 small spring rolls instead 2 large spring rolls I ordered also thought portions were small for the price

Rice stodgy tonight - didn’t enjoy as much

The order didn’t arrive at 9:10pm. It arrived at 9:44!! I’m not happy qbiut it!!

We've used Panda House for years, but this time the food was so greasy that you could squeeze it out of the battered fish. The chips were ok. The curry sauce was placed in a container with a hole in the top and wrapped in a bag - leaked everywhere.

Found this on the way home from the supermarket. Since I only bought Mr. Stock's soup, tea, and coffee, I bought a small egg fried rice and a spring roll for lunch. Even though it's small, it's quite filling. The spring rolls also had a lot of meat in the bean sprouts and cabbage. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We’ve used Panda House on numerous occasions and it’s always been good, unfortunately tonight it wasn’t, food was really cold when it arrived, I had fish & chips the fish had oil running out of it and the chips were hard, my wife had sweet & sour chicken h/k style and that tasted different to what it normally does and she didn’t enjoy it, wondering if they’ve changed chefs. We give them a try again as in the past they’ve been good but if like tonight’s food then it will be the last time unfortunately

Told delivery between certain times this came and went contacted to be advised nearly an extra hour wait this was also late arriving by a further 15 mins arrived and was cold

We always use this Chinese, never had a problem untill Saturday We ordered are regular food when we went to eat it , it was all bland tasteless greasy chicken batter , prices have gone up , we were told new owners and regular customers are complaining as well Food was inedible and are regular Saturday meal which is expensive and a treat was wasted

Freshly cooked and served with a smile in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had chicken breast and a small portion of chips which was a very generous amount and costing only £6 I enjoyed it so much I ended up having a car picnic instead of waiting until I got home! Would definitely recommend 👌🏿

Ordered on line. Not at usual delivery address. Rang shop and they quickly arranged delivery to correct address.

Everything very tasty but a bit mean with the spare rib quantity. They were tasty but not enough of them for the price.

Said 30-50 mins when ordering, then the moment I pressed order it said 1.5 hours. The chow mein was actually burnt. Dry and burnt.

Just average food not as good as I remember 50 pound spent but it was like a shop bought meal

When we ordered for collection via telephone, someone answered who made us repeat our order over 10 times. He was taking the mic, and telling us our phone connection was off. And then spelling and repeating the opposite of what we were saying repeatedly. Shortly after, somebody else came to the phone who took our order with no trouble, and made no comment about a poor signal. On collection of the food, and when we confronted the man at the till about our phone call, he had a sheepish expression and replied the person who spoke to us ‘can’t hear very well’. After that frustrating and awkward encounter we collected our food which was mediocre. Prawns were overcooked and lacked flavour. The duck/pork fried rice was also very fatty. And the Kung Pao chicken was insanely sweet, when it’s supposed to be spicy. Food was mediocre. I won’t be returning.

Original delivery time was by 6.55pm. Then 7.10pm -when I asked for an update - didn’t arrive by either time. They offered £3 refund which doesn’t even cover the delivery!

Recently moved to the area, was first Chinese restaurant I tried for takeaway/delivery. Have ordered from Panda House a few times now, always, always great food. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The food as always was gorgeous

Rice was cold but the rest was lovely

My food arrived 2 hours late. And when I called the restaurant they said it would be 20 minutes. It then took another 30 minutes on top of the estimated 20. Then the driver could "find" my house. Very disappointed

Been here a lot but today it wasn't a good experience chips tasted like they were cooked from the night before and same with chicken balls o did complain to just eat but nothing they can do as I collected. Normally this restaurant is fine but I recommend don't use during week just use at weekends and standards slip

Awful food, ordered Friday night wish I never. I’ve been out for 4 days with food poisoning. I’ve never felt so bad in my life never ordering from this place again!! STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately chips were very dry large cod was small did not enjoy at all shame as have been great in the past.

The takeaway is always a great cheat meal during the week of intense studies. I have a standard for a tenner but the price rises is challenging everyone and now I feel poorer for it. I'll still grab a meal, but maybe not as often as I used to.

I asked for fresh chips. They gave me stale chips. It’s doesn’t look fresh at all.
