The lamb had too much sugar and no chilli, saag poor needed more salt and mixed raita was disappointing as yogurt was lumpy not smooth and silky and also needed a bit more seasoning, I didn’t order rice but if I had it also needed a bit of salt. Sorry guys this was not your best, u have had much better in the past. I order a takeaway every now and again as a treat and this was a bit disappointing

Total nightmare using Uber Eats. The restaurant cancelled order and messed us around. Took two hours to arrive and told to pay by bank transfer.

I never do reviews but after receiving my order and reading lots of negative feedback, I don’t feel feedback represents the business correctly. After reading reviews, I was then scared as to what I’d receive (I checked reviews after order stupidly). BUT I honestly have no idea why there’s so many. The food was really lovely, lots of flavour and good meat quality. I was given an extra dish for free which was pleasantly surprising. Food was hot. Delivery was early.

Never arrived! Phoned the restaurant and claimed there wasn’t a house number when it clearly stated a house name which is clear from the road! Then claimed they had rang me multiple times, but never received a call or a missed call. This restaurant has delivered to this address before no excuses!

Brilliant freshly cooked food with good sized portions. Delivery time around .30 minutes after ordering which is super efficient

Children’s chicken korma was not edible, the texture was not right, somehow it managed to be both clumpy and watery. It looked as if it had been reheated from frozen and not mixed properly. Very disappointed as it has been much better quality in the past.

Chicken had only recently met the sauce. Very little taste. Aloo Sag had a bitter taste with too much of an undefined dry spice spoiling it.

£12 for a 4 small pieces of buttered chicken, alongside the chicken korma, both were watery, delivery 20 minutes late despite pre ordering earlier in the day. Tried to call the restaurant several times from 2 different phones but the line kept breaking up.

The food tasted good however the chicken tikka masala I ordered was lamb masala instead and I don’t eat lamb so couldn’t finish/enjoy it. The onion bhajis were good but a little doughy in the middle.

So ordered over the phone, drove in picked it up. Quick service Reasonable price HOWEVER 1 item was missing And was given the wrong curry.

Usually don't have an issue but tonight I ordered at 8 and was told the food would be here. Its now 10 past 10, no food, no further contact with the restaurant and £22 out of pocket. I want a refund! Awful service!

We tried Pan Master for the first time tonight. We had different mains, different naans, different rice. They sent complementary dip and chappatis. Everything was absolutely delicious. Fluffiest rice we’ve ever had delivered. We will definitely do this again. Loved it all.

We waited over an hour and a half for our food. When it was delivered we were missing stuff and had wrong items. This was very disappointing considering we’d already waited so long. Struggled to get in contact with the restaurant. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately

I was on a date when as I walked in I was slapped with a 17 inch salmon and set on fire with a mincraft flint and steel so I 360 no scope a kebab outside Macdonald and I saw a beautiful sunset outside and had a very bad date.

Don’t waste your money or your time - after 1.5 hours waiting the food still hasn’t arrived - too late now

Ordered a chicken vindaloo, garlic naan and plain rice, Friday night. Unfortunately it took over an hour to arrive and was cold on arrival. The vindaloo itself was very salty and this took all vindaloo flavours away from it. Very disappointed as I've ordered from here before and had delicious food.

Some decent food. But ordered a jalfrezi and it was far too spicy hot to eat. while the dhansak was good. The menu said jalfrezi is medium.... that was not medium

1st time eating from hear. They didn't do what I asked for. So I decided on chicken fried noodles instead. And I can truly say i enjoyed it. And trust me iam a very fussy eater. so thumbs up.😁

Placed an order through deliveroo at 20:49 expected delivery was 21:55 message on deliveroo to call when at gates. We walked to the gates at 21:50 and waited until 22:25.. no delivery.. no update from the restaurant/ deliveroo. We called Pan Master directly to ask how much longer our order will be to be told the restaurant is now shut.. they waiting for 30 MINIUTES! at the gates and could get hold of us... they advised they cancelled the order with deliveroo and we will have to speak to them to get a refund. We ordered at 20:49 Restaurant is 15 minutes from where we are. So if they were waiting 30 minutes at the gates, it would have only took 15 minutes to make the order for them to have left before we got to the gates. We had no missed calls! Absolutely shocking!! We have been advised by deliveroo to speak directly with Pan Master.

Had the lamb Rogan. Large pieces of tender lamb, plenty of sauce. It's really good. Would highly recommend.

Now the Mogul has gone we've had to try other local Indian's. Pan Master has been the best. Spicy and interesting. Good quality. So pleased with this discovery.

I had the Buhkara special lamb. A very tasty curry with lots of flavour. Too much onion in it for my liking (onion wasn't mentioned in the ingredients)! Plenty of tender, well cooked lamb. The mushroom rice was a little disappointing as it contained only 5 small pieces of mushroom. Delivered promptly and was lovely and hot. My husband had Chicken Madras which he said was extremely good!

Since moving to Trowbridge, we have ordered a couple of takeaways from Cinnamon Lounge. The food is DELICIOUS, and as an allergy suffer, takeaway restaurants are typically very bad at ensuring the food is safe. Each time I have called, they have taken the utmost care to ensure that my meal is gluten-free, and provided me with all necessary allergy details. A great place to eat, thanks guys!

We had a fairly negative experience here when it first opened down by Lloyd's Bank. Fast forward a year and a half later, and we decided to give them another try and we are so glad we did! The food is now amazing (especially the Naga Chilli lamb!) and the portions are very generous. We have ordered 3 times in the last month and a half, and we're very pleased to say that the quality and quantity of food is consistent. The lamb I had was very tender (which in itself is almost impossible to find at any other Indian in Trowbridge) and unlike many other takeaways, they don't try to rip you off by packing everything out with potatoes! The vegetable dishes we ordered (Bindhi Bahjee and Saag Aloo) were plentiful and packed full of flavour. This is, by far, the best Indian takeaway in Trowbridge now. Other restaurants and takeaways in the area would do well to take heed and observe how it should be done.

The first day of an Easter holiday, a night in together with a takeaway. We used just eat to order from here, of what a mistake. The delivery time was estimated to be 25 to 45 minutes; estimate time was 1955. At 2020 I phoned to speak to a very confused man, eventually he told me the delivery must be out. 20 min later I phone again, again they were sorry and it's on its way. At 2150 I contacted just eat, they tried phoning and couldn't get through. I asked if they would cancel, they said they could but only refund 50%!! I explained i had no food, why should I pay anything? Now over 2hrs since ordering. After much discussion with just eat they would do nothing to help!!!!! Eventually, a man arrived at the door, I asked why so long, he just said we're busy. When I mentioned I ordered at 19:00 and was told 19:55 he was shocked, looked at his watch to see it was 2120 and walked away. We phoned the restaurant again, they said they would authorise a refund... I'm very grateful for this and this does go to show the commitment to customer service. I just hope it appears. It's incredible the affect the use of a takeaway service can have on a night in with your partner, make it or break it. This night it was the latter.

We had a take-away from Just Eat. After placing the order online it was delivered earlier than the time suggested which was fine with us. The meal was delicious (as it always is) and we will be back for more! Thank you!

Ordered food almost 3 hours ago - just 1 curry and 1 rice. Delivery was pushed back by 20 minutes originally and have had no update since. When I finally was able to get through to them on the phone they lied and said the food is on its way and it has been over 30 minutes since we were told that. No offering of a refund or any apologies given. Still no food and order was placed just after 6pm - do not order from here!

Oh my goodness! We had a delivery via Just Eat and we weren’t disappointed! The choice of food we made is very personal having grown up in a multi cultural household. Everything tasted so authentic and was all cooked to perfection! Hats off to the chefs. Highly recommend.

Just got our first takeaway from here for a while, used to be lovely but my food that has just got here is bloody awful and tastes nothing like a madras. 90% of it is diced onion and the rest is like sauce from a jar. Will not be ordering again

One of the best Indian meals we have ever had, fantastic service, great value and superb food. We had the Naga Chilli Lamb this was so flavoursome and just melted on the tongue. The Bollywood Massula Chicken was light fresh and pungent with it's herbs and spices. The service was exceptional too, which made it a very enjoyable experience.

Our usual place has been awful for a while so we decided its time to change. Pan masters food was absolutely delicious, amazing flavours and juicy chicken we couldn't of been happier. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

Just had a family takeaway. Never tried Pan Mastet before but fancied a change. Chicken was really good. My curry had a nice amount of heat but still good flavors. My wife really enjoyed hers as did my daughter. Will be eating from here again.

Normally would never have an Indian other than the mogul but I’ve been converted, our meal was the best Indian I’ve had!

I have tried a number of Indian takeaways in the area over the years, unfortunately most of them never get tried again. Having recently tried Pan Master, I think it's probably the best of the bunch, standing out from the sea of sub-par Indian takeaways here. The dishes were flavorsome and fairly priced whilst the menu is pretty extensive. It's a long way from the slop that many other Indian restaurants around here serve up. I live in one of the surrounding towns and very few Trowbridge-based takeaways will deliver there despite what their adverts or listings on Just Eat say. Happily, Pan Master do and the meal arrived promptly and still hot. I can't really think of anything else to say other than I can't recommend Pan Master enough as a takeaway.

4 of us went on a quiet Tuesday evening and we were really impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation of the food too. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Prices were very competitive too and we would highly recommend Pan Master to anyone looking for really good quality food.
