This place has the best sheasha and food can’t beat it, Eid is your man for sheasha & Ahmad for the best food service 10/10 💯👌🏻

Easily the worst kabab I have ever had. Don’t even entertain it. Dry. Flavourless. Poor service. Don’t bother.

I visited Palms Palace Restaurant with my friends & we really like the restaurant because of : - Welcoming staff 👍🏼 - Delicious food 😍 - clean restaurant 💯 - Nice decoration 🌃 - Big branch ( fit with large group) - Fair price -Nice to leave a memories -Location of the restaurant 🤩 -Have outside tables 🍽

The waiter that worked on 5/01/21 late evening tall guy was very rude full of attitude of his film hero , he toke our order partly wrong and didn’t even apologise, no percussion were taken in-terms of covid i.e no mask no hand Stantizer.The same guy waiter blocked my card as for the bill he was keep on tapping my card on the reader very rude again and Harami, we got food poisoning we ended up in A+E whole night .When we called the restaurant to inform them of our situation unfortunately the same waiter answered the phone and said well nothing can be done tough luck and go to hell . We understand that everyone can have bad day at work but that doesn’t mean to risk other people life by giving food poisoning.Please stay from this restaurant very dangerously food poisoning.

We ate here late night and the food was very average to say the least. The service was average too and the food took ages to arrive and when it did the chicken was over cooked and dry and the lamb was tough. We ordered wraps too and they were average too. I would not go here again if there was other choices available.

Went for lunch pretty much blindly. The place offers standard Levantine food. The portions are HUGE. Too much for one hungry person to finish. The quality is so so. Not the worst I’ve had but certainly had better Lebanese food elsewhere. Found it somewhat disappointing there was only one vegetarian (possibly vegan) option, the moussaka. It was alright, very oily. There is plenty starters and sides for vegetarians though. It wasn’t terrible. But I’d give the many other similar venues nearby a try before I return.

Let’s start with the hygiene of this place. The cutlery arrived first, with a long black hair wrapped around it with the serviette. We didn’t want to make a fuss as these things can happen, so we asked for a new one. Next the starters and rice arrived, and we had to ask them to make the rice again as it was very dry and didn’t seem fresh. The waitress dealt with it quickly and got two fresh plates of rice, however this was only the beginning. One of the starters was raw - we could literally see the pink, undercooked meat after taking the first bite. It was unpleasant to say the least. The kebabs weren’t too much better. We had been really hungry to begin with however the appetite quickly diminished when we found yet ANOTHER HAIR in one of the main dishes. We decided not to make a fuss and ask for the bill, expecting to be compensated for the poor experience after explaining to the staff that we were not at all satisfied with the food hygiene and undercooked meat, only to be met with zero respect and not a single apology!! They deducted the price of one platter from the bill (£16) however the staff were annoyed at ME, the customer, when I reminded them about the undercooked starter (£6). I ensured I was polite throughout yet I was met with the menu being snatched out of my hand by the waiter as a response. We were extremely shocked about this unprofessional behaviour and we were made to feel like WE were at fault for what had happened. We cannot imagine any other restaurant treating their customers with such blatant disrespect and not even making the full effort to make sure they could rectify their mistakes!

I visited this place after a long walk of finding the best place for us to relax and have good food! Trust me! We were in the best place! I loved the birian! fresh Juice! Service! Best place. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again!!

Food is disgusting and have been sick for days. Food poisoning.I'm not the only one according to the reviews on Google. The restaurant should be shut down. Please avoid the restaurant.

Service was great and quick, staff very friendly and welcoming reasonable price it’s cosy place but We really love the food and customer service was best I recommend people .

I visited this restaurant last year it was amazing!! I came again with the same excitement to eat their special shawrma! We order chicken shawrma , lamp shawrma and humoss! The shawrma was really tasty and juicy full of sauce! The humoss topped with olive oil and red paper which give it a really special taste! If you are looking for a real arabic food you are in the right place 👍🏻

We were looking for a nice Arabic dinner place. Welcoming and greeting at the door was nice and inviting. Simple restaurant but clean! Good assorted menu with reasonable prices for London. As appetizers we ordered Tabbulleh and lamp sambousek....Tabbuleh was okay/average, just a bit salt was missing. Sambousek were returned cause they were close to be frozen inside...they were replaced without any comment or excuse. Main cause was stuffed chicken with yellow rice and mixed shawarma. The rice was good, chicken okay but spices were missing. The chicken / lamp shawarma was disappointing. The chicken was okay, but the lamp was too dry and had the too strong taste of lamp (so assuming not too fresh)... No Arabic bread at all was served which is very unusual for an Arabic restaurant... The goodbye was missing, no thank you, no apologize for the bad quality ... Sorry to say...we can not recommendthis place!

This cafe is located in Edgeware road, center of London, it’s typical Arabic cafe which serve Shisha, and it’s open 24 Hours . Any time you go you can have your Shisha or Arabic food . It’s ok place

What a find. Since trying Karak tea in Oman, we are addicted. It is strong, but this place is great. The one opposite Harrods is too full to get into. This one is less busy- good for us. Try it with parta, their spelling of paratha- a fried pancake that we love. Comes with garlic butter- yes, odd, but it works. Don’t come here. We want it to ourselves as a lovely secret!!!

Hadn't eaten Labanese / Iraqi food really before. Asked the guy outside if he'd cater for me being a veggie. Had a veggie shared starter and a moussaka stew. Really delicious food, nice place and friendly staff.

We regularly visit for there Karak Chai (Tea) as it is the best one on edgeware road. Highly recommend it. Food is great aswell.

Domingo visitamos el palacio Palms simplemente han desaparecido. . No comí allí, así que no puedo opinar sobre el servicio de mesa o qué platos para recomendar a la comida. Vine aquí para Shisha, que era preciosa. En la parte trasera del restaurante por las escaleras entra en el auténtico estilo salón de oriente medio, está decorado con la cultura y es cálido y acogedor, con pantallas de T. v tocando música árabe. Shisha es £20, que es un precio promedio por todas partes ahora, no es como otros lugares aguadas, así que era preciosa y nos dieron una taza de té de menta que es 5 libras por dos, que no está mal.No recomiendo este lugar? Sí,volvería aquí? Sígracias al personal en el Palms place para una tarde relajada.

Tenía dulces, café árabe y té de menta para 2. Servicio terrible y peor calidad de la comida pedida. Todo insípido y sin sabor. . El café árabe era peor que el agua sucia. El dueño siguió comiendo nueces de los recipientes principales de frutos secos. . no hay comida en absoluto. . demasiado caro y pagado. Una vez que pagamos, solicitamos el menú para ver los precios, pero me dijeron que no había menú disponible. Pedí un recibo e incluso esto fue rechazado. . el dijo tha cajero está roto. ¡Increíble! ¡MANTENTE ALEJADO! !

Rude people, and pricy, but not well tasting food. Can´'t understand that 7 people have given this place 5 stars. It must be family and friends! Do I need to say that I will never come back??

We was the only people in the restaurant, so you should believe they were happy to have some customers. Strangely enough, that was not the case. We did not feel welcome at all. Food was tasteless. This is a place I will never return to.

El lugar está dividido en café y restaurante. Usted puede comprar para llevar dulces y no! Chicos de Siria, muy servicial, algo mal con nuestra tarjeta de débito y terminamos pagando en dólares. Que iban a volar con los dulces y me lo han envuelto cuidadosamente con platos doble extra! Absolutamente a volver. Gente encantadora en un barrio duro! ! !

This restaurant serves Lebanese and Iraqi food and from top to bottom, it was delicious!We had grilled shrimp which was great. The shrimp were very big, perfectly grilled and served with rice. We also had sharma chicken.Staff was friendly. Service was very good. We both felt that the meal was a great value for what we got.We were there late at night-after 1 A.M. and the place was hopping.

Food was nice for what it was minus the baklava.. they serve Lebanese baklava which is no where as nice as Turkish baklava. The Arabian tea (milky) recommended was delicious and will be looking forward to trying this again. Serving shisha is a bonus but i found it inconvenient to withdraw cash from the ATM machine next door as they ONLY accept cash payments. In addition, the waiter that served us was really welcoming, friendly and attentive but I'm not confident that all their staff are this way as they appeared unhappy and grumpy.

Very excellent for karak chai good friendly staff and opens till late night I believe almost 24 hours and also offer very good breakfast

went to this place late evening on a saturday, not a great atmosphere for families or groups of women unless you enjoy being leered at by sweaty men. the atmosphere was not pleasant and we were sort of made to feel unwelcome, fake smiles and rude tone of voice from the waiters. the waiter kept coming over and adjusting the paper table mat in front me and my partner like we were going to dirty his table or something. anyways ordered the food and the lamb shawarma was VERY DRY, i could break a window with the stone dry lamb we were served. salad was definetly stale and we were given drinks in cans and not given a glass with these. also i found a hair in the bread and when i tried calling the waiter over he completly ignored us. had enough and requested the bill and asked whether i could pay by card in which he snapped back at me and shouted CASH ONLY whilst huffing and puffing and throwing evil glances at us. definetly the rudest little B*****d ive met in a while. FOOD IS CRAP the only decent part was the coke which was served luke warm and the customer service is the WORST! whats worse is they kept communicating with one another in arabic so i couldnt understand a word. they all got a chip on there shoulder.

We called in for a late lunch the place was busy so we thought that would be a good sign. We were quickly shown tour tAble and the the wIt began when we did get the food there was no cutlery and we kept having to ask for plates forks etc. after the starter my main never arrived we waited and waited and when we eventually caught the waiters eye was told they had ran out earlier! People at next table having similar issues and cancelled part of there order as everyone served apart from one person. On the plus side waiter was polite and the toilets were very clean

I have been a few time at Palms Palace and I have never been disappointed. The food and drinks are both really tasty at an unbeatable price in central london.

I stopped here for a kebab the service very good the kebab was a bit oiley but still good the restaurant was very clean and price was fair especially for the area

Speedy service, freshly cooked authentic food and left replete - all for £12 a head which, for central London takes some beating.
