Palma Cafe in Blackpool

Food is really nice, very very nice wow, the staff are lovely. I 100% recommend this cafe.

A proper seaside café. We come to Blackpool from the Midlands every year for a day trip. This place is the main reason. Without a doubt the best chips, cheese and gravy we've ever had. And consistent for over a decade.

Every time I walk past this place it is busy, and this time I thought I would try it. I ordered fish and chips. They have a variety of drinks to choose from. I did find it a little bit expensive, but it was nice, and I would happily return in the future. They have toilets.

Called in for a small fish proper chips and peas. Plus a good cup of tea. Nice friendly staff. Food was very good and good price to

Always out first meal when we arrive in Blackpool, just as good as normal but £1.60 for 4 slices of white bead was a bit excessive. Fish chips sausage gravy, service efficient and food cooked well. Very welcome after a full day of travelling.

Chips were nice unfortunately the fish had a funny taste to it and spoilt the meal

Fish, chips, mushy peas, curry sauce and a can of Vimto. Excellent, excellent and bloody excellent again. Decor and ambience that can't be bought. Reasonable prices and a trip back in time. Planning a return visit to try pudding, chips and gravy - followed by a tempting looking ice cream sundae, and possibly even a further return visit for a "full English".

Used to go here all time went other day and the food was rubbish, the staff are really moody and rude!! The older man who asks what you want is rude n moody!! And especially the youngest girl in there think she has lip fillers or whatever she’s really stuck up and rude too!! Disgusting place never again!!

The chips are fresh and taste divine. Not squishy or soft. Prices very reasonable too. Noticed today at breakfast people queuing to get in while nearby venues remains half empty or less. Have eaten there two lunchtimes on the trot and wasn't disappointed on either occasion.

I had the gammon and chips which was not bad but it came with process peas !!! Awful who uses mundane process peas nowadays otherwise the restaurant was clean as where the toilets

Food was ok staff member who served me was extremely rude I ordered 1 can a bottle of or age and a fruit shoot and she charged me for 3 cans and my orange juice when I went to solve it she went yeah you had those drinks so I went the orange juice is on the list she very rudely went to me you should of come back to me sooner took 1.80 out of the cash register and practically threw it at me needless to say I will not be going back there

Popped in for breakfast yesterday morning. A self service so you go up and order and wait. 2 full English £7.95 each...grand I thought but then £1 for each slice of toast and a further £2 for a spoon of instant coffee and milk added already. Kids hot dog not eaten, the £5.45 for 6 nuggets and 2 hash browns was eaten by 1 child. The bacon and sausage were tasty but 1 hard fried egg on plate with not choice of scrambled etc..try somewhere else...

Ideal breakfast after a night out.

The food was good but expensive for a cafe. Got large potions. Would work out very expensive for a family of 4 as it was over 20 Pounds for fish and chips and a ham salad.

Food was Ok, Idk How these guys remember I was there. Uh There was no Sizes so I got A Fairly sized Fish, chips and peas for Seven Quid and Got Two Drinks For Three. There's a cheaper Option, you can get a large For Four quid try the other one it's near the London Kurdish barber.

I've been lots of times but today was a bit of nostalgia for me 22 years ago I took my nan here on a nursing home day out to Blackpool and the food service and staff are still excellent and it's so nice to see something in Blackpool still have values and cleanliness

We were here this morning. We were able to get a seat and had enough room to place the wheelchair next to us. We were able them to go up and order. You could see all the food being cooked fresh. The staff at were really friendly and catered to everyone’s needs as much as possible when making up the breakfasts. I got the full breakfast and it tasted really good and was at an affordable price for 5 people in total. Would go back again in future

We came here for a snack and we had one full English breakfast which was lovely and egg,chips and beans,bread,n butter.portions were huge and they make a seriously great mug of tea.we will definitely call in again.

I went to palma cafe to do a photo shoot for my photography course yesterday, for photos inspired by William Eggleston. My goal was to retrieve very retro and realistic outcomes and I got just that! Palma cafe had such a great atmosphere and kind hearted staff, food was a classic and very delicious, I will be coming more often and I will be promoting there cafe on my photography account soon, hope you guys love the photos I shot!! Amazing I go here every time I come to Blackpool and it is my favourite place to go for food. There are toilet facilities and an ice cream bar. The food is never cold and never disappoints

Homemade chips and delicious fish, it was a dinner to remember. Been going back ever since. There is a large sitting in space too which is always clean.

We visited a few times over the weekend and you can't beat this place. The food is lovely. The fish is gorgeous and the full breakfast is good too. Always our place to go. The staff are always nice and good service too. We will miss this place now we're home now. Keep up the good work. Thanks Jackie and Allan see you next year.

Be careful!! We ate from here anyone that ate the meat was throwing up the same night. We went and told them but the completely denied any fault. So we will be reporting them to the council…don’t eat here

Our regular cafe was shut for modernisation so we ventured down to Palma Cafe, where we found the staff were very friendly, The young girl with tattoos was very nice and polite. The food was very nice, tasted nice and fresh and the seating was very comfy too. We will definitely be back next time we go into to the centre. All the staff seemed very nice!

Loved this place, classic don’t judge a book by its cover, the outside doesn’t look very appealing but we thought we would give it a try! Such a surprise when we went in, great menu and reasonably priced, food tasted great! Looking forward to returning!

Although everything about my experience was excellent, I confess I didn't have the need to use the toilet and washroom facilities. According to another member of my party, they left a little to be desired, but as that's hearsay it's not fair to include it in my review. The food was first class, service fast and friendly, prices very reasonable considering the location, and the facilities I did use were top rate.

Went in Saturday tea time asked for two pie and chips. Chips cooked a few times and was going cold.pie was only warm.sorry but I like going here when in blackpool but poor tonight staff are friendly but food was a bit bad tonight

Family and dog friendly fish and chip shop. Simple and economical menu. Good choice of drinks. It was extremely busy so there was a wait to be served but service was quick, polite and efficient. Food and brews were lovely! Loss of star as toilets were rather messy (but well equipped) and the hand dryer was pretty useless. Will definitely return!

Go in this café everytime we go to Blackpool and we've been going in here for years. Double egg and chips every time. My daughter and I go to Blackpool every year just before Christmas and wouldn't miss lunch here. It's been a tradition for so many years. My mum used to be with us but sadly she's passed now. I've introduced this place to my sister and my daughter's partner too. Arrived at Blackpool on one occasion and it was closed. Had to go somewhere else but it wasn't a patch on here. Please don't ever close because don't know where we would go.

Staff attitude stank and really unpleasant. The woman serving had a stinking attitude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Place is dated and really could do with a deep clean would highly recommend not going here there are better places that want customers to be there just a few feet away. Got sick of her attitude and how she spoke to us so we walked out

Hands down the best cafe and breakfast in blackpool

Very slow service, food was ok but you do not get a hot drink with the breakfast instead this has to be purchased separately and then they charge £1.70 for a can of pop (extortionate prices) the old lady at the till was very rude. If they carry on this way it won't be long before they end up like the rest of the empty shops in Blackpool with the shutters permanently down
