This spot was amazing, the food was perfect for people that like spice and also not so much. The food here is rich in flavor and the ambiance is great. Our waiter was very nice and gave us some great recommendations for me, my brothers and my dad. The food was healthy. I'm 11 years old I and liked it very much. Please come and enjoy the food.

Really nice creamy tikka masalla full of flavour. Fast and friendly service, didn't have to wait long for food to arrive. Highly recommended.

The sauce tasted grainy and the rice tasted burnt the bread and popadoms were nice a the chicken was ok

I always order from here and I’ve dined in twice and I’ve never left disappointed, always good food and service. The mrs forgot my mango chutney 😔 so I walked in this BITTER weather to go get it and they gave it to me free of charge. Top tier service

I asked for the place to give some cheese sauce for me to try which they did and wrote a little note on the receipt which was really nice. the chips were cold but Donner quesadilla was hot so i will forgive it. cheese sauce was yummy and the meats are really well seasoned. much better than some others nearby I've had which tasted like dog food.

Rogan josh was alright but the chicken bhuna was spilled on this occasion in the bag and didn't have any bell pepper in it also chicken in bhuna was dry/overcooked disappointing as usually curry from here is usually quite good.

Always order my food from here, was amazing when they was on stamp card but even without is still a great option. Great portion sizes, always consistent with food quality and great value for money. Delivery times never delayed and always friendly, definitely recommend.

Food wasn't bad, wasn't great. Vindaloo was definitely hot but the whole thing lacked flavour. Pilau Rice, same, smells good but no flavour...

An hour has gone, and I am still waiting for my food. I have rang the restaurant 5 times but nobody answers. So I don't know what is happening with my food or if it's even coming.

Good Indian restaurant , very tasty food, helpful staff. The waiter helped us order great dishes and we enjoyed each one very much, would advise this experience for sure.

We needed a quick fix curry after my daughter arrived in London and Palki was just the place. We ordered 3 vegetable sides and Naan bread and it was all delicious. The Chaana Masala was our favourite of the 3 dishes. Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend

Wrong order, but still good food

This was a very disappointing meal. I've had many enjoyable takeaways from Palki, but last nights was not good! The onion bhajis were very dry & hard, we couldn't eat them. The Brinjal was salty. The chicken korma had an artificial sweet taste. The rice was ok, the chapatis were good.

I am an Indian. Please do not call yourself an Indian restaurant. You serve Kheer instead of curry. You do not speak Hindi, or so you say. You were not apologetic when I called to say that no South East Asian would consider this a curry. You insist that this is curry. As an Indian, I might just about agree that this is not a curry but a desert. I will not be ordering from you again. Thank you

The driver was rude asking why did i order from so far and it costed him. But u guys had charged us for delivery. Food was ok but the way curd was served it was horrible. No one would call it a raita that too restaurant quality.

I came here twice in two days recently because the food is so good. Traditional style menu, done to perfection. These guys know about Indian food I had an inkling that it was going to be great from how tasty the pickles that came with the popadoms were, the lime pickle was the best I’ve had. The spicy lamb curry was very very hot but full of flavour. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and always have a warm welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

only 4 pieces of lamb in the biryani and 4 praws in king prawn biryani very disappointing for the cost

We ordered via Uber eats and this is probably the worst Indian I’ve ever had. The lamb biryani was horrible, not spicy at all, tasted like a veg stew from a school cafeteria. The butter chicken was definitely not a butter chicken it tasted like a coconut curry. I don’t even want to speak about the coconut rice. The cheese nan was just a dry Nan with no cheese. Very disappointing 😭

Finally arrived after 20mins of waiting and calling restaurant. It said it got delivered on the app when it wasn't! He showed up 20mins past the latest estimated time of arrival. Plus when I looked in the bag, one of the containers had spilled

Liked the paneer butter curry. I understand the spice levels, but it could be better if it doesn't have a sweet and coconut finish. I am a chef, and rest of the food was lovely!

Nothing fancy, just great food from a friendly family! All of our dishes were perfect and exceeded our expectations, portion size was great and the flavor spot-on. We had a great conversation with the owner and his son and even got a sample of a home-cooked dish. It couldn’t have been better!

I live literally 5 mins away. Food turned up over an hour & was absolutely awful. It was not fresh at all !!! I ordered minced Keema the while dush was dry as if it had been sat in metal dish all day & there was hardly any mince meat ALL ONIONS DRIED UP SAUCE DISGUSTING THREW IT IN THE BIN THE MUSHROOMS TOO !!! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT FRESH DISH WITH MEAT !!!

Personally I think this was one of the best Chicken tikka biryani I've had in London. Have tried many places but this one was much better than any other places so far tried. Also, thr Garlic naan was good.

Not convinced that the Madras tastes like madras. It basically just tastes like any ordinary tomato based stew I ever made. And the meat cuts are a bit smaller than I prefer.

Amazing food, great quality, good amount of chicken pieces for my Chicken Tikka Masala and it arrived 20 mins early, the delivery driver was lovely too. I have tried about 4 Indian takeaways in London and they’ve all disappointed me until this one - the curry was thick, tasty, lots of flavour and coconut flavoured. This will be my go to Indian takeaway from now on and will be recommending to my friends!

I put in a note for “no cucumber” but cucumber was put in my biryani as a garnish. I have a digestive intolerance. Make sure you are very clear about allergies or intolerances or check your food immediately on delivery. Dhansak dish was very nice. So “good” but disappointed/annoying about the wasted biryani.

I ordered a butter chicken and balti paneer. I can say that this restaurant has served the worst butter chicken which I have ever had in my life. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely pointless advertising that you will deliver in 45 mins and then taking over an and a half. Be honest on your estimates. Bored of this just because the restaurant is “busy”

We ordered 1 Korma and One Vindaloo. The Korma was OK but the Vindaloo was really disappointing, it wasn't even remotely spicy, it had no flavour, and tasted nothing like how a Vindaloo should taste. It was very strange. If this was a normal product we would have returned it and asked for a refund.

Was one of the worst Indian I’ve had. The food tasted as if it had been re-heated and dry. No flavor whatsoever. Really disappointed, it all went in the bin.
