Usually really lovely but ordered a pizza from here that gave me food poisoning and not mild but severe so will not being having anything for a long time

Ordered a few times, the pizza is lovely with a flavourful tomato base and plenty of cheese. Always delivered hot and on time. I must mention the tomato base again because it’s one of the best and most flavourful I’ve had on a pizza. 10/10 would recommend. Really good pizza

Just ordered a mixed tikka kebab and it was delicious! Worth the money, meat was all nicely marinated and super tasty!

Ordered takeaway Food cold and opened with holes in box and selotape seal broken delivery man had been to wrong address and he stated that the other guy argued over a can of coke so it was obvious someone had been checking order. Will not be ordering from them again. You don't know who has been messing with it.

Excellent food, prices, and service every time!

love their milkshakes (I've literally spent in total like £80 over a period of time on just them) but i dont agree with the recent price changes theyve done. i bought them a lot mainly because my mum loved them and they were a great price but now theyre the same price as everywhere else and not worth it anymore. youve lost a customer with this greed.

i ordered twice time pizza didn’t like it. not so warm and not so enough cheese so kinda disappointed.

Such a delicious Piza, also I love their BBQ wings, the sauce they use on it is so tasty tender chicken coverd with yummy masala.😋

Lovely Sunday teatime pizza just for 1

We order from here quite often but had the chicken tikka tonight and was more than disappointed. It was just cooked plain chicken thrown in a raw sauce to coat it. If you can’t cook something even remotely like it should be then just don’t put it on your menu.

Normally we can not complain about the food,time it takes to arrive but tonight it took over an hour and a half the kebab was soggy cold and I was nearly sick the burgers and chips were cold and nasty aswell.......... sorry paccinos we won't be ordering from there ever again minging

We ordered from Paccinos for the 1st time whilst fishing at Moreton Fisheries and the service, delivery and food was amazing. It arrived within the time estimation, the driver was lovely and polite and our food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be using again on our next fishing trip x

Ordered last night through the website. Phoned after an hour and a half as the website was saying it had been delivered, they couldn't seem to find the order and it came another 30 mins later. It wasn't great, it had been thrown together, the onion rings were one ball of mush, chicken was barely cooked and items were missing. Phoned up and started to tell them and the phone cut off half way through, driver turned back up with one of the missing items and Phoned the owner for us to tell him the other missing items as they had stopped answering the phone and we couldn't get through!(showed tge driver we had tried 30 times) They turned up with the other missing items after so nearly 2 1/2 hours later we had the order. They did apologise and offered £5 off the next order and sent free bottles of pop as a sorry but after all that time and poor food and £77 spent on it we are not impressed at all and certainly won't be ordering again

just ordered chicken nan. worst order I've ever had. very little salad and not fresh, 5 bits of chicken, onion was next to nothing. waste of money defo won't be ordering again. very disappointed as I've ordered before and it's been good.

I haven't had any problems with Paccinos until tonight. A family of Four of us had food poisoning after the takeaway. We had to take our boys to A&E due to sickness, and Doctors diagnosed them with food poisoning. This is disgraceful, especially just before the Easter Holiday. I will not order from Paccinos again and strongly advise them to take food hygiene seriously.

Just had food for the 1st time from here, what can I say, delivered within the time scale given and the food was gorgeous! We will be definitely ordering again, value for money and delicious!

Delivery charges on app were doubled up and made the purchase of a simple pizza very expensive indeed. No need for both the shop and the ordering app to apply charges.Tge product was OK and if it wasn't so hard to park in the vicinity I might have gone directly to order again.

Been ordering from Paccinos for such a long time food has always been the best, such a shame that the past few orders have been a solid 2/10. My son was so poorly after I was convinced food poisoning and after reading the other reviews seems it very well could have been !! Sort it out paccinos you were the best take away in Congleton !!!

Been ordering from paccinos for a long time but tonight was extremely disappointing. Waited 1hr 20 mins for my delivery to Biddulph which is 10/15mins away. Don’t normally mind waiting if food turns up fresh and hot. Our food turned up lukewarm at best. I rang up immediately to explain and was greeted with extremely poor attitude on the phone, explaining that it was impossible for my food to be cold. What happened to the customer being right. Extremely poor service, extremely poor phone manners. If this continues it won’t be long until paccinos goes out of business.

I just love the food from you mate never had to complain about any food it's 💯 per cent always hot when arrived and the staff are very friendly and polite and they have a chat when they deliver its nice to have a brilliant takeaway that the drivers have time and have a laugh and chat it's good we'll done all the staff and drivers best food in Congleton well done lads could not get better food anywhere else ...CAN NOT GET BETTER FOOD FROM ANYWHERE BUT PACCINOS THERE THERE BEST 💯 THE BEST WELL DONE LADS.

I ordered 2 pieces of boneless chicken with salad & a home special pizza. My husband loved the pizza, but the chicken was greasy, luke warm, it wasn’t crispy, and there was no salad & I was charged extra for sauce. The meal was packed while I was out of the shop - so disappointed.

5/10 for the pizza; base was a little rubbery. Jalapeños had plenty of kick and sauce wasn’t terrible. Cheese was ok 6/10 for the fries; not too soggy after delivery, plenty of salt which always helps. Delivery took 45 mins which is not bad. Will review again in a months time 👌

Unfortunately 24hrs later I have food poisoning. Has been reported. I haven’t eaten anything since the food delivery.

We have been going paccinos for a couple of years now the Delivery drivers are usally nice and friendly, but the food is very inconsistent, and by the time it arrives its barely warm, the chips are usually soggy or dry, the donner meat is sweaty and greasy, probably been sat in the pot all night and the chicken shwarma seems like it is last nights leftover and microwaved, the only thing that seems to be okay is the garlic bread but if you have a bolognaise sauce the sauce has come out of a tin can, go and buy one from the supermarket it tastes the same, so for the cheap low quality food it is quite disappointing especially for how much they are charging for their food its quite expensive, if it was cheaper then having low quality food would be more acceptable but the prices they charge for the service quality and delivery is disgraceful.

Outstanding, can't fault it. Ordered 9 large pizzas and a couple of kebabs. Came super quick and lovely and hot. Really reasonably priced too. And the guy delivering was really patient while our slightly sloshed group sorted out the cash! Excellent

Love this place. I usually order a small doner kebab - comes with tons of doner meat and tastes really fresh. Ordering online lets you choose all the extras you want (or don't) and you can specify a pick-up time.

Just ordered a nine inch pizza with ham mushrooms pepperoni and jalapeno when it arrived in good time was charged £10.85 last week I ordered a 12inch with the same addition s cost £10.10? but this evening pizza wasn't what I ordered

One of the worst place. They are looking to sell the quantity but without quality. Only who’s not care what they are eating can buy from here.

Made a mistake with my order I called up and they fixed it in 10 minutes mistakes can happen it's how you fix them that counts and they did a great job thank you

Best place in Congleton just need to stay open later

Had to walk up the street to fetch my delivery because the driver couldn't find me. Food was cold with a can of tango missing. the lot went in the bin. Never again.

Had a few deliveries from Piccinos, and so far everything has been of a High Standard, Great food, Generous quantities and Fresh, Quick delivery and very polite staff. I would definitely recommend them going off the experience I've had.

Very reasonably priced in comparison to places like Domino's. The meat feast pizza is my favourite by far. Tons of meat on it and cooked perfectly. It always arrives scorching hot too, I think they have heated bags. I would and have recommended this place to others. 🍕

the pizza tastes nice, the doner kebab was almost good, for me i think the doner was cooked, frozen and then reheated, with this it is losing its flavor. and then with the pizza you buy 2 and the third is free, the pizza becomes poor in content. for those who want to eat quantity it can be fine ... for the quality NOOOO

Pizza was dark, tasted rubbery and burnt and was cut by some whos never cut a pizza before. Really bad. Pizza was the only thing worth ordering from here as they were usually fairly good. Not any more i guess.

Food is always good but the delivery driver took it upon himself to have my food instead of his own so he delivered a half eat pizza wings and chips thinking the shop would be shut but he had to to pick it up and give me my food haha.

Ordered from here tonight after not having it in years due to not really having takeaways & we really enjoyed it.We had a Donner meat pizza & chips it was cooked perfect its the best pizza I've had in a long time & will deffo be ordering again.

Used to be pretty good food, however tonight they got an order wrong and when called to question the mistake, they denied this and accused us of being liars and having ordered what we got (the order was for a meat lovers, what arrived was chicken and green peppers.) Food good, shame about the attitude though

We get our weekly takeaway's from here. The burgers, kebabs, beer belly boxes, cheesey chips are well worth the money but my fave are their Pizzas. Definitely our favourite all-round takeaway in Cong and we've tried them all!

Why is the pizza never fully cooked? The cheese is never melted besides on the very top and it sits in a big pile of grease. The few times that it was in the oven long enough, it was really good. We keep giving it another chance just to be disappointed again. The wings are always pretty good at least👍

Best takeaway in tow by far nice pizzas and the beer belly boxes are fab and the burgers and chicken are excellent and hygiene is good

The delivery driver had no change so I had to look round the house for exact coins , then gave him more than the money was and instead of giving me the change (which he did have) he walked away and drove off , my make your own pizza was almost completely bare despite filling it with toppings

Ordered many times from paccinos and the food has always been nice. However, on multiple occasions we have had to wait well over an hour, sometimes 2 hours(!!!) for 2 chicken kebabs/2 pizzas and chips! When you contact them, you get told they've "just left and will be 5 minutes "... half an hour later and still waiting, contact them again to be told they'll be there any minute now. Would be helpful if they employed people who told the truth to customers in regards to the lateness. And when the driver eventually does show up, no apology. Will definitely not be ordering from paccinos again.

ordered at 730 - rang at 838, told that it was on the way (a 5 min drive) rang again at 902, was told he had left 15 mins ago and should be here soon, so I take it you were lying when you said he was on the way, still waiting

Absolutely disgusted that I've had to wait almost 2 hours for a delivery to then have a driver with a bad attitude turn up on my doorstep. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a human being.

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 garlic bread with cheese and a stuffed crust and a meat lovers with a stuffed crust. Got home. I had a margarita pizza with stuffed crust and a meat lovers with no stuffed crust. Not happy

I own the business right next door to these guys..... & up until a few weeks ago all was AMAZING but tonight I ordered a lamb & chicken Kebab. Both were cold, burnt and came without dressing or source of any kind!!!!!! & when I rank to complain all I got BAD ATTITUDE!!!!! Now I run the business right next door to these guys & I don't write this review lightly! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID..... by the way BOTH meals went straight into the bin!!!!!!!!!
