Why the pizza is so spicy... why don't put in description that you use spicy chichen or source or... .it was Horrible Horrible.. Order from somebody else... save you money (uber eats order)

Friendly sleuth tasty food great proves Price most days maximum wait 5 minutes to him cooking as they don't want you to edit to long depending on your order. Either ring ahead never offer from juror rest or uber as they add like 2£ per dish cheaper to order when there or buy phone.

I ordered a special mix from uber eats and the portions are bigger then expected and the food was delicious, definitely will order again and will definitely get the special doner again when its doner night.

They have the best pizza ever had. I recommend having BBC feast its so good!!!!

Peri peri burger is very very nice, cooked fresh and decent size. Wings and chicken were at least a day old and looked very stale and dry, wings were tiny. Had to thrown most of it away. Special Donner is not really special, it is literally Donner curry and not nice. Seems like they just cover old Donner in sauces to hide how stale it is. Prices are a little steep for a chicken shop.

I've been a regular customer at Paas chicken for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a lamb curry and naan for takeaway on 01/09/24 and the lamb was so stale that it was completely inedible. I had to throw away the whole container . I always trusted this place for good meals, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s really unfortunate when a take-way you’ve supported lets you down like this entire meal, which was a huge let down, especially on a Sunday. It's shocking that they would serve such poor-quality food. I’ve hope they take steps to improve, but I won’t be back.

Had their special donner and peri chicken burger. Great taste and very good pricing. Great spot

Good service... i have to say that chicken fillet burger was actually one of the best fillet burgers I've had and beleive me, I have had a lot of burgers in my time! Missed out the ketchup though but I won't complain about that

See pic, drastic difference between the wings. I had a few chicken wings and a few chick wing 🐣 - BUT the price has increased, therefore i would expect better quality or at the minum consistency. Some prices are a good 45%-55% increase ; this is way above inflation. Finally, customer service - i ordered two small fries - i asked member of staff before packing to put them all in one box, for convience for him and me. All i got was a straight “No”

Ordered a 8 piece, 8 wing box and burger and chips for me and my children. Guy said to me it would be 25 mins for him to cook fresh chicken - I agreed. I waited 40 mins for him to finish cooking the chicken she I saw the man look to put what looked like two day old wings in my box when I asked him if he was doing my order. He said yes. I said I thought everything was fresh. I don’t want two day old looking wings from the holding area. He said they were only half an hour old and I said I’ve been standing here for 40 mins now. He started arguing with me and I asked him if he is accusing me of lying. He didn’t say anything and just had a huff. I then went onto wait for a further 20 minutes for the wings. The young guy with glasses was deeply rude and I did not enjoy my experience. The food is mediocre but left a bad taste in my mouth after such a long wait. Poor service, poor etiquette and poor experience. Won’t be going here again. Edit: Got to the food and the regret was further cemented seeing the size of the wings. Absolutely tiny and pathetic. Much better chicken shops like Royal on East Park Road or Hotville on Uppingham.

Regular customer, food has always been on point. However, the customer service that I received from the owners daughter was PATHETIC. She has no people skills and yells down the phone but doesn't like it when the customer responds the same way. Learn some people skills, learn how to speak to people older than you and don't ruin the image of your dad's business.

Order a takeaways multiple times now. Never had any issues. Very consistant in terms of food quality and good customer service. I highly recommend spicy burgers, they have nice kick to it. Also, full peri-peri chicken is really nice. Quite good value for money as well.

Ordered delivery from here a few times now, food is consistently spot on every time. Good quality and great value for money.

Note: I have only ever ordered on Uber Eats from them as benefitted from £0 delivery. What can I say? Took a stab in the dark with this place and boy did I feel like I struck gold? This place is amazing! I ordered a Donner Burger meal, chips were fantastic, drink nice and cold and the burger? Huge, FILLED with meat and VERY satisfying! They also have Galric Mayo which is absolutely delicious and right up my street. The business is extremely generous in portion sizes and I've come back to them; will definitely return and hopefully one day be blessed to visit and meet the owner, to thank him personally. Others in the house have tried from him and were impressed too, the burgers aren't your typical Maryland or anything, these are A LOT bigger than that, trust me. You'll definitely be happy with your purchase, I have on multiple times!

Very poor quality food and very over priced it was microwave food not fresh food the peri peri chicken and rice was awful and very small for the price the sheesh kebab was very dry and rubberised the chips was OK and chicken strips wasn't bad but had tough chewy bits it's fare to say I won't order again I paid £18 for something I could of got fir less than £10 elsewhere very disappointed

We ordered food it’s tast like nasty taste like something out of date when we phone them to tell but she didn’t accept the mistake I am very disappointed with them.

Popped in here one lunchtime to try it out. Had chicken wrap and chips for myself and chicken wings and chips for my son. Didn't really like the service I got there. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing tbh. Waiting time was about 15 minutes, which is silly because the food I ordered wasn't even made fresh!! I took it home to eat as I live 5mins from there. My wrap was cold chips were warm, wings tasted quite nice but were cold. Considering it cost £4.50 for wrap and chips, I'd rather go Marland chicken or somewhere else for the same quality food and pay less.

Shop busy and seems to be a business that prefers orders by telephone as no priority to walk-ins. Donar in tray is an expensive dish that gets no salad and meat portion don't reflect the price paid 🤔 either provide a salad with meal or give full portion or stop overcharging is my feedback hence 3 🌟

Ordered Mega mix to try from this place it was okay but arrived cold portion size was also less, the donner portion was so little even my local takeaway shop gives better mega mix and more portion, they forgot to give the sauces and cutlery as requested. Wouldn’t really recommend this place.

Excellent food, fresh and tasty. Tried wings, southern fried chicken, peri peri grilled chicken. Good value for money, better than most local fried food outlets. Following my original review, on my next two visits the fried chicken has been overcooked or reheated, extremely dry and crispy, not fresh at all, so unfortunately you have lost a new customer.

For the first time yesterday I came to this place to have their karmos chicken it was really tasty the atmosphere was great and it looked very clean a place I recommend I also had their chips and they were really tasty

Friendly staff (I only dealt with one brother). Burgers and chips are good. Overall it’s a standard service. I’ve got to say thought that they charge 5p for a sauce sachet which is getting the norm now however they don’t even put sauce on the chips. Other places charge if you want extra sachets but will still put a certain amount of sauces on the chips directly.

Been here a few times now. Since it opened, I wanted to check it out as it's on the way. Food is not bad. Wraps and strip burgers are good. I have to say that the service though is a hit and miss. First time round the service felt friendly-hostile (it doesn't make sense!) Second time round, I asked a question about an item on the menu and the person got defensive. Not sure what they're thinking but definitely makes me feel wary of going there again!

I've tried buying in store and delivery. In store it's cheap fast good quality. Delivery for the same stuff cost me another five quid and about 45 mins delivery time. Will happily buy in-store again.

My mate has been coming here and told me it’s nice So always happy to try a new place Hardly any parking outside but that didn’t put me off. It’s in a busy location so can understand parking it’s always easy for business to get Had the chicken wrap and chips Chips were very bland nothing special and the wrap was tiny with not a lot of chicken in. Wouldn’t come here again however the guy who recommended it does have the half or full chicken…. That could be better so will possibly change the review but based on what k had I couldn’t ever come back Too many other places that are better to chose from

I went to this place when it newly opened the peri peri chicken was delicious… that was short lived! Went for 3 pizzas they were awful went in bin. Today ordered a full peri peri chicken meal it wasn’t fresh at all colour was off to wasn’t fresh wouldn’t waste my money here. worth the money went in bin Never ever stepping in here ever again. NAILED IT!!

I order food from here for the first time and I'll never do it again. They got my order wrong I was missing some of it, they didn't state that they're burgers were spicy so when I gave it to my child they couldn't eat it. Also we found bits of bone in our chicken that was on the chicken supreme pizza.So very disappointed it's a shame the kingfisher chippy had to close down but I will never use it again

First time trying this place. Found the chicken dry Even with the sauce in the burger it was dry and the cob was falling apart. Food wasn't hot it was cold May try once more but will see

Great service, nice food at a very reasonable price. Staff were very accommodating and willing to cater for our specific requirements. Our family really enjoyed the pizza. The variety of topping options in the £12 for 3 pizza offer was good. We will definitely be visiting them again. Keep up the great work guys!

Went to papa chickens on the second day they opened the food was amazing!!! Everything was made with love made fresh and cooked perfectly i normally go to royal on east park road but not anymore 😂😂 but seriously these guys are the BEST in the area without a doubt!! 💯🔥

Ordered their mango and chilli wings along with their lemon and herbs peri peri chicken burger. Very impressed. Food was delicious. Chicken was not dry and I could taste all the right flavours. Well done Papa’s chicken. I’ll be ordering again.

Delicious Mango and Chilli Strips

We visited on the second day of opening (Friday) they were extemely busy, the food was excellent and well worth it well priced too. - Watchout Nandos theres a new kid on the block . Please put Chilly Chips on the menu ☺

Went for the first time, and received the wrong order. We ordered strips, and received 2 piece SFC. The chips were soggy, and donner meat cold. Won’t be returning.

Ordered the Southern Fried Wings and strip wrap, the wings where juicy perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, the fries you have to go try them with there peri salt on top cause it’s even more better, the strip wrap, the chicken was lovely, soft tasted really lovely, 100% recommend, will be back again 👍🏻
