I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, the entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The gozleme is absolutely delicious—so flavorful and perfectly cooked, it leaves you wanting more! And don’t even get me started on their baklava—it’s freshly made every day, and you can taste the quality in every bite. A true gem, I can’t recommend it enough!

Had a great experience in ordering my husband’s birthday cake. Everyone was asking where it was made as the sponge was extremely fresh and the buttercream was not sickening even after two slices. I sent a photo of exactly what I wanted and got what I had desired. Thanks a lot.

We have bought baklava, cookies and birthday cake from this place numerous times and always had a good quality service from the staff and everything is freshly made. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Good day, I was very happy when I saw this business in Waltham Cross, I thought it was the warm patisserie atmosphere in Turkey, but unfortunately it was a complete disappointment for me. First of all, the employee who works at the cash register is very aggressive and nervous, but the real problem for me is the toilet. Yes, this business has a toilet, but we wanted to use it. When we told you, you were not allowed to use it because it was passed through the factory. I experienced this too, unfortunately my friends also experienced it. I came across an incident the other day. While I was sitting with my friends, my friend, who had a small baby, said that she needed to change her baby's diaper and wanted to use the toilet. However, they said they could not allow this. In my opinion, this is very wrong. They do not allow you to use the toilet and they also make a suggestion to solve the problem. I think they should do something to solve this problem as soon as possible.

2 weeks ago I was with my friends having breakfast with them and I wanted to change my new born baby’s nappy.Even they have toilet inside they didn’t let me to change my baby’s nappy .In this cold weather they said I can even change the nappy outside .As a big friends group we always go to celebrate our birthday parties and we go to have breakfast there , we are regular customer and small baby’s pee only.We will never go there ,terrible behaviour 👎🏻big rudeness 👎🏻

Hello, we came last week and a friend of mine asked for permission to change her newborn's diaper but you did not accept it with a rude tone. I read your comment here and you wrote that you accepted it but it is not true.

I had my birthday cake made there. They can make incredible cakes in 5 days. Be sure to try it.

Today I bought Maraş style ice cream. The other products I bought were good, but the ice cream was a total flop!! It was not like ice cream except Maraş style. Does ice cream spoil? I think it might have expired because it didn't have an expiration date. It is better not to be poisoned by what we eat!

Baklava with pistachios only has pistachio smeared around the edges. It is impossible to find pistachios other than semolina filling inside. It is not worth the money you pay!

I often buy gözleme from here for lunch, and I think it's lovely to see how the lady makes it by hand. It reminds me of my mum's and grandma's long preparation of food. The staff is very helpful and warm, and respect and look after their place, cleaning windows and tables. You can see they care :) Got free tea whilst waiting a while for takeout gozleme, I thought that was very well mannered and polite.

My parents bought me a cake back from here and upon cutting into it, it was moudly 🤮 will never ever buy from here again. Thought everything was meant to me fresh. Absolutely disgusting! Stay away from here!!!

They gave us the wrong cake! Paid good money, asked specifically for a cream and fresh fruits cake with fruits in the middle and got a completely different cake. When I opened it the cake was a completely different one than what I asked for. It was white chocolate with yellow custard inside, because of this the top half of the cake was moved and was sliding off. Will never buy a cake from here again. Ok taste but the people in the shop clearly don’t understand how to sell a cake.

Man Size gözleme very nicely made mine was plain spinach but there is other fillings cheese/spinach, potatoe filling and minched meat. They can mix it aswell.

A bit overpriced works out at about £2.10 per piece if baklava. The cold baklava was freeh but it was soggy.

Simply the best , the baklava is fresh and very yamy :) been travelling 40 mins for this no regrets!!!

Never again. I ordered a special cake for a birthday, but when it arrived, it looked like something I could have made during the commercial break in Coronation Street, whilst wearing a blindfold, and Wellington boots on my hands. Yes, it was cheap compared to independent cake makers (which should have set the alarm bells ringing), but it also looked it. To be honest, it tasted ok, but it wasn't one of those cakes that you didn't want to cut, if you know what I mean. Like I said, never again 😠

Walked into the shop, very pleasant lady owner answered all my questions on the various products. I bought a box of baklava with a few varieties. Delicious and very good quality taste. Tonnes better than supermarket baklava....really authentic Turkish taste....will definitely go back and try other Turkish products....Highly recommend this patisserie....best thing is they stay open late for those who work till late...it's perfect....Do go get their baklava.....truly delicious and high quality.....xx

To expensive not taste £6 for cup of frozen not tasty ice cream. Not even going to waste my time saying any more than that.
