The Bell Hotel in Broxbourne

Buyer BEWARE!!! 19 November 2024. What a HORRIBLE experience, travelling to Stansted Airport for a very early flight, booked here for a 'night before flight' stay. Arrived late evening to find they'd already given my room to another guest after their room lock broke. But they still took my money and kept it. They knew they had no room for me but didn't care enough to send me a message, just let me turn up. They said they had no rooms available and left me in the street. I was also quite shocked at the horrible condition of the place, look at the pictures then imagine a place minus 5 more stars. They should update their photos to the current condition. I found it almost impossible to find another place at such a late hour. Not good for someone who is on the waiting list for spinal fusion surgery. Checking my accounts I see they still charged me for the stay.

This place left a mark on me. I was drugged in this pub and pushed into things that I wouldn’t usually do that was filmed since that day. There have been some very nasty people with a hate campaign about me and it’s all because of the nasty characters that frequent this place that are friends with my brother. Seems to me that they actually had it in for my brother as well, because the people in this pub wanted him to deliver a package. The package unbeknown to him was drugs, and when he realised he aborted the situation and got away, but what they actually wanted to do, was make sure that he got caught. How nasty are these people they may give you a nice smile every time you go in they might be able to put on a face but actually,morally! I wouldn’t give you tuppence for the place
