everything was very good, smiling people, the taste of the food was excellent, I recommend it, thank you Oz cafe

Although we mentioned allergies, they still overlooked the suggestions given & provided food with said allergens. When confronted the staff where very defensive & confrontational, to the point the manager offered to fight my partner outside if he came anywhere near the store. Up until now they seemed very friendly though as of today we'd recommend that people give this restaurant a wide birth. To be honest the food seems as though it was cooked in unhygienic conditions so it was probably a blessing in disguise this happened when it did. So I rate this establishment, 0 stars & recommend people avoid any sort of service here.

I order from here regularly and have never been let down! Lovely fresh morning roll and great toastie. Delivery driver is really nice which I feel adds to the experience. Now off to bed after my night shift with a full satisfied tummy! Thank you

Terrible food. Terrible service. Ordered a breakfast Was over 2 hours late came cold, soggy and missing items along with stale bread being passed off as toast. Called shop and was verbally abused by the manger over the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm not sure if the owner of the place has changed but their delivery service has taken a nose dive recently. Judging from the JustEat reviews (as well as my own experiences) the food is either over an hour or 2 late or just doesn't arrive. If it does arrive it's cold and practically inedible. It's a shame because I used to be an almost daily user of Oz Cafe. The staff I have spoken to on the phone are pleasant and try to help manage expectations when they can, however whoever is writing the replies to their reviews online needs some serious customer service training. After my experience today I felt the need to provide my experience elsewhere. Overall, the change in Oz Cafe is very clear and is very negative. The staff are trying their best to manage but the correct changes to achieve edible and on-time deliveries are not being made.

Order arrived incomplete. forgtot to send the chips that comes with the omelette ... the omelette was slapped in a tray looked almost like scrambled egg and was dripping in oil , tried 1 mouth full and all i could taste was oil. would not use again.

Ordered a delivery and the food was absolutely great. The driver arrived at perfect timing not too late and not too early. Great wee cafe for a bite to eat

Staf was very friendly food was delicious I think I wiil go there again and decoration change to looking nice new owner doing well

Staff seemed not to know their own menu, burger was overcooked and came with no salad or sauce, just the burger and the bun. They charged me extra for asking a bit of salad in the burger. Worse meal I've had in months. Absolute scam, STAY AWAY!

I have just been in to Oz cafe and quite frankly it was disgusting and over priced. I ordered Mac N Cheese with Chips and Peas and my friend ordered a Double Cheese Burger with chips and the burger had onions and bacon on it the onions he did not order. Went to pay and was charged £16.99 which was very different to the prices on the menu. When I questioned it the pitbull behind the counter barked to me "your mate had a double cheeseburger" Then when my colleague approached them to find out why it was so much the pitbull barked to him "your friend had peas with his mac n cheese" and then was informed a tiny sauce dish containing a couple of peas was an extra £2 it's a greasy spoon cafe in the middle of a council estate not a Michelin Star restaurant. Now onto the food I'm sorry but dry pasta with melted cheese doesn't pass as mac n cheese the food was dry tasteless and dreadful.

Not good at all... It was not about the price. I read in one of the reviews that the use quality produce, I don't think they know what that is... It was cheap produce overcooked and put on a plate and did not look appetizing at all. Cheap bacon, cheap sausages, cheap hash browns, thin tasteless white bread... black full of grease mushrooms, overdone eggs and soggy potato scone. Would Not Return Because my stomach would not like me anymore... Decor = Plastic plants everywhere 😞

What an awful experience down to one horrible cook. The man was heard shouting and very rude to the other lady behind the counter if it was me I would of told him to ran his job up his judgemental a**. Food arrived after waiting ages and it was rubbish. First visit will be the last. Cafe dirty and sticky

just went in for a quick breakfast and it was perfect, food of high quality so that justifies the price as its a bit pricey for the area but worth it, staff were very polite, great atomosphere

Delivered incorrect order and were RUDE/NASTY and when I called to politely explain they said " look we are very busy ok " and didn't offer a refund or to send a new order. If I were you, I would use a company that cares about it's customers as this company clearly doesn't and it's staff need to be trained in customer service.

Staff with little to no manners undercooked cold food and one of the orders missing foid not a great experience food wasn't even edible will not be back

Encontré este lugar por accidente - - - no hay mucho que mirar en el exterior - - solo un pequeño centro comercial. Pero la comida era realmente buena. Tenía una mezcla de desayuno y almuerzo - tortilla turca era interesante, y sabroso. El resto de nosotros tenía hamburguesas picantes y hamburguesas de pollo. Buena comida. Servicio rápido. Personal amigable. Un poco alejado, pero comida decente.

Cada vez que voy al café, el "director" aumenta el precio en mi orden habitual - aunque el precio impreso en la junta grande y, en el menú; pero son "diferentes" afirma. Ahora cuesta £4. 50 por un panini. Geniales y él perdió escandalosos muy regular al cliente.

Visitamos aquí para desayunar mientras nuestro coche estaba ordenado en un garaje local y el personal era muy amable y atento. Teníamos el desayuno completo y el desayuno turco, una lata y un café. El café era un buen estándar de café, la lata era un poco caro a 1. 25 pero dado que ambos desayunos eran 7 cada uno, esto no parecía tan malo. Los platos estaban llenos de comida y ninguno de nosotros podía manejarlo todo. Excelente.

Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. The decor was interesting to say the least but....luckily I was there for the food.

Awesome little place for sitting in and taking away.. Friendly staff,great food, good prices. I have visited this on several occasions and every time has been great.. Their breakfast menu is brilliant.

Good all round experience here no complaints with food, drink cleanliness or the staff, will visit again. Am not sure if their was outdoor seating when we were there.
