One of the best fish suppers I’ve tasted in Edinburgh! Fish was cooked to perfection. I loved it. Highly recommend

Lovley wee chippy had some. Chips, salt,vinegar reasonable prices to be fair but nothing is cheap now. Taste was not bad but agian it's not made like it used too! Over all quite nice

The best pizza I had after a long time , I had a cheese and tomato pizza . To be honest it is the best you should try it .

The spicy chicken pizza from Jubilee superroom was a delightful experience. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way a traditional pizza should be. The tomato sauce had a rich, tangy flavor, complementing the generous amount of mozzarella cheese that was melted to perfection.

Ordered a large fish supper told the lady I wanted a fresh one as the lastime I bought one it was that dried out their was no fish' anyway received and it was same again dried out not edible' actually very angry how dare use charge ridiculous prices and serve people utter rubbish' we are all paying good money so atleast get yourselfs a decent cook won't ever order from use again I'll stick with my turkish kabab atleast they never dissapoint' and their food is always delicious and the food is always onpoint

Just got s so called large fish . If that was the large i would hate to see a small. Chips were brick hard and inedible. Everything thrown in bin . Worst chippy . Would not recommend .

Food is pretty good, but don't know what atmosphere rating is about.. not really going for a socialtime, just grabbing lunch while working locally. Very busy at peak times though which lowered my score for service as it took a bit of time out my lunch break..

Use to be great place for food and quality however sometimes you go in the owners are friendly and welcoming and other times there not wanting to be there, use to be great atmosphere when you walk in now a days it's 50/50 also not wheelchair accessible. Big steps up into building

Ordered 10 inch calzone and got a 7 inch. Will not be ordering from here again. Just ripping people off.

Check out the size and quality of their fish. As a wee extra get yourself a portion of the Jubilee melted cheese sauce to have with the chips.

Tried this place in passing and the fish was cooked to perfection so now we wouldn't use anywhere else. Really friendly staff and really reasonable prices too. 👍

Never again , I run a business for my dad and if I knew the owner personally i would sack the cook , order a simple bbq spare rib , batter crap , it’s like a Yorkshire pudding once u figure that it’s win win , and omg 😳 brown sauce is that watered down couldnt even taste it, 40 next year and being honest worst dinner I’ve ever tasted , if my business I would sack the chief and get someone to taste what he sells ; lucky I bought can of Irn bru to wash the disgusting taste, try get the batter right and stop diluting the brown sauce to water ; please pm me I could actually put ur business back in order for free as I know how to run a business and make money can’t see use make it to next year to be fair , this chippy was my fav back in the day but owners are clearly not there now

I’ve had fish suppers, donner kebabs and donner wraps from here and they’ve all been absolutely gorgeous! They’re cheaper than the rest in my area too, so can’t complain there. Delivery drivers always fast and friendly, and will definitely be ordering again.

Abusive to staff and customers. Also a lot of my order was missing and the rest looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Never again! Bring back the old company, this one is really not great...

I cant rate the food but i was simply walking passed about to head in then I witness the owner shout and harass his young female worker shouting, throwing food about. Kept walking.

Wow this chippy has changed hands and I won't ever be going back there! The new owner is abusing young female staff even infront of customers!!! Disgusting behaviour from a grown man!!!

Owner is agressive and will scream and shout at young girls he employs in front of customers, as well as customers. Has also been known to approach underage girls asking them if they’d like a job. Have also heard stories of the food making people ill. Due to his treatment, particularly of women, I advise no one to give this place custom.

Please consider taking your custom elsewhere, the owner has been verbally abusive towards his staff multiple times in front of customers and passer-bys. Members of the Granton community have witnessed him shouting and throwing things around in the shop and to his poor employees. It's a matter of time before something more serious happens here.

Waited 10 mins on kebab and it was disgusting

First time using this place was a delivery. Over 2 hours late. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I used them again. Only this time, the delivery driver appeared at the door with an empty bag!! He just said "sorry" and left. Absolute shocking service.

Pizza and supper ordered. Chips like cardboard and pizza over cooked. I won't be back. Really has went down hill recently.

Not that that was bad but it wasn't particularly good either. The biggest complaint is they got our order wrong, we couldn't go back as we were staying at the campsite along the road and our kids were hungry so we made do ☹️

Used to be the best chips around. Called in tonight- large bag at over £3 - started to serve me brown, curled 'chips' - I said I'd prefer fresh. He told me to wait - I did for some time. He wrapped the 'fresh' chips - I got back to car, the most greasy, brown apologies for chips - worst I've ever had from a chippy. Needless to say - binned em. My last visit here.

Disgusting food. Ordered mini chicken Box, chicken steak was hours old. Hot wings were to oily. Garlic Mayo was smelling bad and chips were completely soggy and all the food was to oily. Never eat in this restaurant. People working there were cleaning things they directly started serving before washing hand. Complete ignorance regarding hygiene. I am not feeling good after consuming food over there. Waste of money

Don't usually leave a review but goto hand it to them they do my pizza and wraps the way I like them and request them,very tasty ,home made taste,I like my pizzas and they do a great job well pleased customer. And I have tried lots of places for pizza but I just keep coming back,delivery's are very fast and friendly. Big thumbs up for me!

Just Eat delivery great, shame about the food! We ordered half Pizza with chips, chicken burger with chips and steak pie with chips. 1. Pizza was over cooked and hard. 2. The chips were dry and not good. 3. The pie tasted like it had been microwaved. 4. The chicken burger bun was hard. Not worth the money.

Don’t offer fish if you don’t know how to cook it. You’re charging through the nose for a tiny fish supper that was inedible. Fish was so dry I literally couldn’t swallow it. Was it in the hot cabinet for an hour? And your chips were also dry and old and tasted like they’d been sitting for days. Every bit of it was revolting. Have been ordering from here for years, but won’t be again. Awful.

2x chips cheese & curry sauce 2x 500ml bottle of juice. £16 come on really, far better out there for a lot less!

Don’t know what has happened to the staff but it must have new owners. This has gone from a Saturday night favourite to won’t be going again. I have just stood for 25 minutes listening to the “chef” and I use the term lightly berating his junior member if staff by shouting at her and being generally rude in front of customers also this what took 25 minutes to make. Absolutely disgusted with his manner and chef skills. Go see fir yourselves

Walked in to get chip roll and juice and was charged £5.50 wasn’t until I got home realised they have over charged me was meant be £3.80 Previous deliveries have been messed up too. It used be really good reliable. After years coming I don’t think I’ll be back be going to other chippys

This place USTO be 1 of the best takeaways ,i dont know if its new owners or what but who i spoke to tonight was rude arrogant and wouldnt even let me finish talking and then started swearing after complaining about not even letting me speak and the problems with my meal,in future i will not be ordering ,the onion rings dont even look cooked and are disgusting and around 1 5th of the size they usto be i have a picture but cant put it up here.i will be going to JAVITS in future .they have better customer service and quality of food than jubilee have nowadays ,i asked to speak to the manager and pretty sure it wasnt even the manager they put on the phone .rudest most aragant person iv ever spoke to .Best making a pizza out the freezer and oven chips because even my replacment was disgustingthe pizza was doughy in the center and not the same quality as it was in the past,if it wasnt the manager i spoke to at 8pm on the 1st of march called mario could the real manager contact me to speak about this

I placed an order at 6.05pm on 12th February Didn’t arrived, called them at 7.30 to be told it wasn’t even getting made yet I said just cancel it and refund me please Even the staff member agreed it was shocking No refund received by 16th February so called them to be told they were busy and that I was to call back I told them this customer service is absolutely disgusting I’ve used the jubilee a lot and I will never use them again One week on still no refund Jubilee used to be really good but it’s well below standard now

Food is usually great but my order tonight was a huge disappointment. Chips were over cooked, chewy and tasteless. Definitely not fresh, not sure why they were allowed to be sent out tbh. Ended up in the bin.

They set delivery times which are never stuck too dont set times if they cannot be fulfilled. Food arrived freezing cold. Was a very good chippy years ago went majorly down hill over the years i would say hands down one of the worst in edinburgh.

Over charged, wrong order, they are too busy rushing you off the phone to listen. Chicken nuggets been replaced with what 8 can only say is some cheap alternative, horrible. This place has gone down hill. Not what it used to be. Been going here since a child and will not be back. Used to use 2-3 a month but will never return now Shame it used to be good place with loyal customer and decent staff ☹️☹️☹️

Very upset and disappointed with our fish suppers tonight. I asked if they could please make sure the fries are fresh as they were cold and hard at the weekend. The lady said...don't worry I will make sure your order is freshly made. The 3 large fish were dry and the batter hard. I had a visitor for tea to make it worse. It cost £37 disgraceful.

Just got a delivery from here in the last half hour a pizza 3 kids meals were do a start the chips were undercooked and swimming in grease and so soft you could tell they weren't cooked properly and the pizza asked for thin crust and its came all doughy and it tastes horrible and under cooked too think you need to start upping your game jubilee as its not the first time either especially with javits across the road maybe time you either up the game or give up and sell up won't be back am afraid

Just got a large fish and chips and single smoke sausage! No danger was it a large fish that was cold and batter was rock hard, suspect fish had been lying for hours in hot tray! Smoke sausage was look warm! Want be going back again, to many mistake they are making! Don't know if it changed owners but time to go back to javits! Poor as!!!

Just purchased what was ment to be a Large portion of donner meat. Smallest portion i have seen for the money they charge in the whole of Edinburgh! Would not recommend

I ordered a fish supper for delivery tonight and the fish was absolutely awful - it was definitely not fresh the batter was all hard and felt like it had been cooked more than once. So disappointed

Had chips cheese n curry sauce tonight. Loved it. Only driving through Edinburgh but well worth a visit. 5 stars. Lovely owner - made sure I was looked after.

Love and adore this chip shop once a month i love and adore their haggis supper the square haggis most enjoyable very tasty indeed i always finish it could be more brown sauce for chips tho goes on the haggis

My fish was nice enough, but the chips were horrible. It tasted like uncooked potato and was soggy. Strange, because chips is one of the main foodstuffs they do! This was the main complaint from the rest of our party too, though they also mentioned the lack of meat in the steak pie, and how it was hard and seemed heated up.

Great original Italian chippy. Open till late and serves great ice-cream as well. Munching on one of their gorgeous pizzas, yum yum yum.

usually ordered food from different restaurants and had no problem good choice Chinese or javits either, today because the daughter asks me I wanted to try your pizza, I place the order and receive the confirmation, I wait an hour and when I receive a cancellation of my order already They say they did not find the address and when I call they tell me that they tried to call me and I did not answer the phone, rare absurdities both last time I call or order something from you very bad attention of course.

I’ve been ordered lots of times from Jubilee. Never been disappointed!! Good size of food and really delicious! My Calzone is always full of with cheese what personally I love! Food always came on time. Quite reasonable prices though! :) Thank You Guys! 👏🏼

I just had a fish super and I wasn't impressed. Most of it went in the bin. The fish was average but the chips where soggy and had a funny taste.

Mini munchies box is a joke pizza mixed in with chips donar meat all rammed in a 7inch box unedible and sticking together. Shop manager wouldn't speak on phone and staff didn't want to know.

I aksed for chicken donner which they don't do. So asked for lamb (£6.50). Guy tried to force mix one ignoring my several repeat that I will stick to lamb only. He even shouted to guy at the grill that I wanna mix one. I had to over shout him. Why? He is another dodgy opportunist. Mix cost £10 and you get just few extra pieces of chicken, 100-150gr at £3.50.... He assumed I was drunk...😂

great chippy, folk are standing for hours at newhaven when you can get better fish n chips in my opinion 5 mins along the road with no queuing and a lot cheaper at the jubilee. i would say its right up there with the best in edinburgh.

A super local chippy. Well dressed and efficient staff. Food cooked with care and wrapped well for the journey home. Good range of choices and my daughter loves the fish. They also do pizza, kebabs and ice-cream! I haven't tried their app yet, but I'm sure you'll enjoy the food.

Just had my second calzone, first one was great which is why we ordered again, chips were cold, calzone warm had to be heated in microwave. Had what appeared to be chunks of luncheon meat which wasn't in description. Looks like we'll be sticking to samsuns from now on.
