This centre has some speciality shops, a good range of food outlets and is right on the river Thames.

We had a great time. The meal was very good and the view of the Thames and the cathedral was superb. The cost may be a bit high, but it's worth it.

Had such a wonderful experience here today at OXO. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, as soon as we entered the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. For our mains we had the lamb and venison steak with a pairing of roasted potatoes as a side. All i can say is that the main’s were extremely flavoursome with no complaints, however the side of roasted potatoes could have been cooked through a little more as they were slightly on the harder side. Besides from that the food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Our desserts were just the cherry on top of the cake for the end of our meal. The meringue had such a delightful twist of fruitiness while still keeping a light and freshness to its taste, just what a dessert should have to offer and so did the pear and ginger cheesecake. They were both just a perfect combination to finish with ! The service was exceptional. We felt as if we were never taken unnoticed from the staff even when the restaurant was full. Our glasses were filled each and every time just at the right moment when needed. The ambiance was the most enjoyable as they had a live blues band playing during service. Overall was such a lovely lunch, and will be definitely be coming again !!!

Asked one of the waiters yesterday to recommend the most popular or something nice from the menu and he said "I don't know, order anything" Friendly staff but wasn't a great experience.

Love this place! First went in 1996 for a treat, when it opened and have visited many times since. The views are incredible as is the fantastic vibe. My budget has only ever streched to the brasserie where the food and drinks on offer are always extensive, as you'd expect from Harvey Nichols where the service is always first class.

The non-alcoholic wine was a nice surprise. While the food wasn’t groundbreaking, the overall experience made it worth the visit!

Am excellent place of high quality and high standards, service was 10/10, all the food tasted great but the chorizo in honey n rosemary was outstanding!! (went 4star just re value for money, £17 for 2 small sardines that tasted ok seemed a bit crazy)

Took my uncle (over from Oslo) here for the Winter Set Menu on 20th February. It's great value for higher-end food and all 3 courses were delicious. The views of the river are stunning at night, there was live background music and the service from front desk to restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended.

The OXO Tower was fantastic last night. We had a special celebration dinner and everything was so perfect. The food and cocktails were excellent and the staff amazing - so friendly and attentive. And that view of London ❤️. Thank you to everyone involved in helping us enjoy our special evening.

Very poor service. Such a lovely place - amazing views -used to be amazing, and this visit after maybe 10 years has been a shock, really. Ordered a margarita cocktail followed by their winter set menu. Their set menu included a cosmopolitan cocktail, which was sweet - I asked if it was possible to change it for smth not sweet and rather spicy - I was told all of their cocktails were sweet...which wasn't exactly correct....in the end they said it was OK to swap for wine....which wine asking to the back of disappearing waiter....he: white or red? ...me: white.. ..but.....do I have a choice? waiter gone.....in few minutes I am served with the cocktail, starter and mysterious wine....uffff where do i start? cocktail first so ice doesn't melt ? wine while it's still chilled? my food while it's still warm....so had to rush with the cocktail....not to miss on warm.starter....so hopes to enjoy my cocktail before meal wasted.....wine is impossible to drink as tastes like chip pub acidic type....ordered one I like....starter was OK.....average nothing spectacular....for the main I ordered steak....apparently at oxo tower they read your mind or maybe just know better how you want your steak....so got overdone chewy meat...duck roast pots looked so poor and tasted zero..... oh and finally why do they squeeze all they have 3 tables guests into one corner when whole restaurant is literally empty?? no I dont really enjoy 6 people lunch chat right behind me when I came here at the hour when I can enjoy some peace and quiet while eating...so had to listen to my music.... all in all great disappointment ....poor pub level with amazing views....what a waste.....

Service was really slow, arrived at the time reserved and was sitting for almost 20 minute before making eye contact with a waiter to offer drinks, once they acknowledged our table the service picked up abit more which is a shame. Food was lovely but nithing out the world. Nice for drinks.

We had dinner at the Brasserie and it was an amazing experience, the views, the place, the food... The waiter nailed it with the dish recommendations and grilling times.

We had a wonderful time in your restaurant so thank you for the experience and the care. I just had a bit of feedback. Since I was offering this tasting menu as a birthday gift, I thought I gave the necessary information to the team so they don’t ask me what we would have for dinner. Then, a card was given where the price of the experience was on display. It is not a major issue however I would have preferred not to have the menu since I informed that I will be having the tasting menu and keep this experience as a surprise for my partner. Otherwise, everything was spot on so well done to the team!

We had an amazing time this Valentine’s day at OXO Tower Brasserie! There was live music, the view was superb (St Paul’s Cathedral at night is gorgeous) and the food was delicious. We had Tomahawk steak as our main, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Finally made it to Oxo Tower Brasserie and the food quality was amazing, service was really friendly and you can’t beat the views! Would recommend a visit if you haven’t been to for example 12th Knot or Seabird before for the views.

Quite expensive but very good food and evening.

Previously I have eaten in The Brasserie, but this time I chose the restaurant for my partners birthday and we weren’t disappointed. The service and food were excellent. We were greeted with a glass of Harvey Nichols champagne which was light and very palatable. To start I had langoustine and my partner had scallop which positively burst on the tongue. My partner had Lamb (which was very popular he managed to order the last one), I had the Beef fillet. Both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection - both of us had slightly pink. Sides were Mac & cheese (with truffle & leek - delicious) greens and smashed new potatoes. Dessert was Pecan pie and vanilla panna cotta…. Both dishes had flavourful twists. To accompany main dish we had Marques de Murrieta Reserva Rioja - wonderfully smooth. We also had a rum popcorn punch. All in all a lovely dinner and perfect evening.

A magnificent view, impeccable service and welcome, traditional but surprising cuisine, a real good address in London!

After having visited the sky garden I wanted to have dinner at the Oxo tower. Really wonderful views, good and very imaginative cocktails, good service and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner in the brasserie was pleasant but I didn't find the food anything special, very fair value for money. You can eat better in other places, if you want to go and enjoy the view, just go to have a cocktail. Well executed and imaginative are great for a post work cheeky drink in an amazing location. Do not bother with the dinner there, you can eat better and cheaper somewhere else. Went here at the weekend for my birthday. 8 of all were well attended to. Not too loud so a conversation could be shared. Great views. Had a lovely time. Also, we were seated looking at the river and the kitchen. Great place to be, watching the calm kitchen create great dishes.

Really excellent evening. Should come here more often. Food and service were really great. Lovely venue.

Lovely dinner. Went for Anniversary dinner and were given a free champagne as was not able to give us a seat with a view which I understand were not guaranteed anyway. The staff was amazing, and the view was fantastic!

I went here with 4 of my immediate family to celebrate a big birthday. There were some concerns beforehand due to some mixed reviews on Google. However we all really enjoyed our experience. The staff were warm & caring & made the 4 year old in the party welcome. The food was excellent both in quantity and taste. The views we had over the River Thames were stunning. We arrived an hour or so before sunset so were able to enjoy the views both in daylight & night time. Although I can only afford this type of dining for special occasions I felt I received value for every penny. I received good communication from the brasserie before & after the meal.

Went for the Chef's menu as a bit of a special occasion but was overall disappointed. The portion sizes are really small and even as a not very large eater I was still not full at the end of the meal. I would suggest that it's the absence of things like bread for the table that made the difference maybe? There's also no offering of petit fours which you might have hoped for at this price. I ended up cooking myself a top up when I got home. My mother didn't really enjoy the venison (too chewy). I found the food pleasant but not memorable myself. As far as ambience the restaurant was very loud although possibly a consequence of the Christmas parties. The only really impressive talking point was the views of the London skyline. Overall I was disappointed and would not return.

Not inexpensive but the bar has a great atmosphere and view and good quality food in the restaurant. Staff very professional. There is also a Brasserie restaurant at a slightly lower charge.

Christmas present - same next year please Santa! Not a cheap experience, but definitely worth it. The location overlooking the Thames is great, the staff are brilliant and the food and drink excellent. It's not listed on the menu, but ask for a Bloody Mary, nice and spicy!

Took my girlfriend here for her 18th last night. She had the duck and I had the pork. Both were absolutely delicious and perfectly presented. Optimum portion sizes and the wine was nice too. The view was beautiful and the whole restraunt was clean and comfortable. Every member of staff there was wonderful to interact with. They were accommodating to our slightly tight time schedule and were attentative to our service. They even brought her a free little ice cream message for her birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It was a disappointing night at the Oxo restaurant. The staff was insufficient to manage the service, and the experience fell short in many ways. The salad tasted like water… not properly wrung. The Prosecco and cocktails had an unpleasant bleach-like taste. As for the seabass for two, it was way too small for the price of £70. The menu advertised « Tiger prawns », but what arrived were just regular shrimp, drenched in oil. The only somewhat decent dish was the steak. While it was flavorful, it was requested medium rare but came out well done. At the end of the meal, the bill came to £225 for four people with no starters, no wine, and no desserts, just one aperitif and a main course. This was extremely disappointing for the price. If you’re looking for high-quality dishes and excellent service, I recommend going to Carlotta instead—you won’t be let down there.

Stopped in here Christmas Eve day with my family for a few drinks. Agree with many of the previous reviewers - drinks were good, view was nice but the service spotty and not very attentive. We did not have any food so I can not comment on that.

Our daughter and son-in-law treated us to a Christmas afternoon high tea. In a beautiful location. People here complaining about the high service charges that are already on the bill? They simply didn't do their homework before traveling to London. London is an expensive city. Service costs are already included in the bill in most good restaurants. You don't have to think about a tip anymore! We enjoyed it!!!! Go for it!!!!

A beautiful view, a beautiful place for sure but the cuisine does not live up to the ambition and is rather disappointing. The restaurant is noisy and the background music doesn't help matters. The bill goes up very quickly!

Appalling service, forever seemed like they were waiting for you to leave the restaurant. The food was very poor and not worth the price at all, and to top it off my partner became ill the evening of which we ate. Will not be returning.

Still one of my favourite restaurants. The quality is beyond reproach and I love sitting on the balcony with a nice dinner watching the world go by. Menu is very good, with a great selection. Would certainly recommend both for lunch and dinner.

We had a wonderful meal this weekend. Made outstanding by our waiter Emestas who was kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Food and atmosphere were amazing! Whilst the service, food and views are brilliant, it is not a “stuffy” vibe which really helps with two young children. Will definitely come again, thanks you Emestas and the team!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The restaurant contacted us ahead of time and we pre-ordered a slice of cake with a special greeting and champagne. The view was beautiful and the service and servers were attentive and friendly. The food was good fitting for the occasion. We will definitely return. Thank you OXO Tower staff for a very pleasant and memorable evening.

What a view over the river, room was open to al to see it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Food was great and a large variety for all to eat.

The foods was good but there are many places do better foods. It does have a nice view over the St Paul. The service wasn’t up to standard… few of the staffs gave us their attitude which is not professional.

I was lucky enough to enjoy this restaurant because we went to celebrate a wedding and we were impressed The quality of the food is really exquisite, the atmosphere helps a lot to enjoy a good meal. Also while you enjoy the food you can enjoy excellent views of the city of London since it is located at the top of the building. Both the exquisiteness of their dishes and the attention of the service were up to the task.

Lovely to place to stop for a well made cocktail when visiting London. Not cheap but a nice treat, have stopped a few times and always have the build me up butterscotch it’s delicious.

Basic food and vibe, touristy, busy and noisy.

The food here is solid, and it’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing. You won’t leave disappointed in that regard. That said, the overall experience had its issues that made it less enjoyable. The biggest problem was the wait time. After finishing our appetizers, we waited about 45 minutes for our entrees, which felt way too long. The ambiance had its ups and downs. The rooftop view is really nice, but the building itself feels a bit run-down, which takes away from the atmosphere. Service was also a letdown. We had to ask twice for water and twice again for the check. The slow service really stood out as a big problem here. Overall, while the food was good, the long wait and slow service made the experience frustrating. This might work if you have a lot of time to kill and want to sit and chat, but it wasn’t the right fit for us.

This is my family‘s first trip to London, and we have one daughter with a life-threatening tree nut allergy. Online, OXO has an allergy menu, which is very helpful. But in person, they were even better than I expected. I have only good things to say, and I am so thrilled that we spent our lunchtime with them. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is excellent, the drinks are delightful, the allergy protocols are commendable, and the views are spectacular. I even had three desserts that my daughter could enjoy. Very rare experience indeed.I highly recommend OXO Tower restaurant/brasserie.

Superb restaurant and venue. I made a reservation to celebrate my wife's very special birthday and was not disappointed. We were situated next to the huge windows with a spectacular view towards St Paul's Cathedral. Service was impeccable from the waiter, waitresses and sommelier. Our first & second courses were amazing. Really tasty. The wine, Châteauneuf du Pape, was sublime and complemented the second course, Fillet Steak, perfectly. The 'suprise' chocolate Birthday Cake and candle was lovely. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I have tried the Tasting Menu with pairing wines on Friday. The service was slightly off and disorganised at first and told us after we sat down that they didn’t have scallops (they were part of the tasting menu). Anyway we accepted to stay, the starter was very average but then the rest of the menu was just a dream: the monkfish was amazing! The pairing wines were exquisite! A bit pricey but overall a good experience!

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. When you first walk in to the restaurant, it's quite impressive with the view and the decor, however that is about the only good thing I can say. The food was massively disappointing, the crab tasted like cheap tuna, the scallop was average at best and the duck was underwhelming. I'm not one to care about prices, however, the price in comparison to portion size and quality is terrible. The service was a bit off too, overly pretentious and insincere.

Went on a Sunday, six adults, for a birthday celebration. It was amazing. Attentive, friendly service, fabulous views and exceptional food. Highly recommend the Sunday Roast Whole Free Range Chicken.

My family and I came here on Sunday for a Birthday. They sat us near the window where the view is incredible of London across the river. The service was exceptional - the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was live jazz music to add to the atmosphere and the food was sensational. We didn't opt for the Sunday lunch, although there were a few tables around us sharing it and it looked delicious. We had dishes such as the Camembert (although ask for extra bread as there wasn't enough to eat with it), Seared Tuna, Venison steak, Roast Chicken and Mushroom Ravioli and we were all absolutely satisfied leaving the restaurant. It was delicious! Definitely will come back to enjoy the evening atmosphere.

The Oxo Tower never disappoints! This has become a staple for us whenever we’re in London, and for good reason. The views from the terrace are simply breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The food and drinks are consistently excellent, with a menu that caters to all tastes. The service is always top-notch—attentive yet unobtrusive.

Great value for food, professional staff and calming atmosphere

I have been going for several years and even had been recommending the Oxo. However, I felt badly let down when attending on my birthday in September. I asked my waiter several timess what they would recommend as the menu is seasonal and I received no help whatsoever. I ended up ordering a series of starters without mains for me and my daughter's thinking it would suffice. Needless to say it didn't and by the end of the allocated time I had spent over £150+ and was still hungry. This was really disappointing and not what I would have expected from waiter's on hand. It ruined my day.

OXO Tower Restaurant is one of many London restaurants with a view. It views the St. Paul's Cathedral. The view is beautiful, but it seemed like most of the tables were in the middle of the restaurant, not by the window. To take a nice photo, you had to go outside to the terrace. The food was OK, with typical Central London prices. The service was great. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. Overall, it was a nice dinner out. I would recommend booking a table in advance as it might get very busy.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We celebrated a birthday and farewell and the restaurant experience made it all very special. We had the Sunday roast of roast chicken with all the trimmings, it was all very delicious. We got a great table near the window and it was great to see the London views. Don’t miss this place was a wonderful experience.

Food was great and the staff were very attentive and polite, however I feel the restaurant seems very run down and more like a canteen than a high end london restaurant.

We came here for a drink on a Thursday. Didn’t have to book. Sat on the 2nd row so the view for the river and St Paul’s was not perfect. But we didn’t mind. They’ve got Christmas menu already up in serve. We feel - there were more staff than needed but maybe this is the style of the restaurant and it’s better to have extra pair of hands than under staff. Every cocktail is quite unique and got some interesting ingredient. We went with traditional ones rather than seasonal ones (can’t remember the name!)

Went here on a Sunday afternoon as a party of 4 adults. We sat in the bar area next to the window with good views especially of St Paul's. Although we did not have a booking we were fortunate they had spaces in the restaurant had we opted for going there. - Top tip of you want a good table with views on the restaurant side, getting booked in will help with this. - Staff was incredible and a good range of wines are offered - Good food. We had the steak and some chips for the table. - Good vibes. There was a live band and the music was just right so we could have a good chat around the table

From the set summer menu, sardines followed by the chicken dish both way below par, smallish servings I didn't bother to finish. The tasteless chicken came with cooked parma ham or prosciutto tougher than leather. I chose apple cheesecake for desert - why bother, again left most of it. The meal did come with a sweet spritz drink (the best thing about the meal) but it couldn't make up for the lack lustre food offerings that had practically zero flavour.

worst service i’ve ever experienced- booked a table in may for november for my birthday- arrived at 3.30pm to them saying there is no chicken left only food is steak. Had they have told me i needed to prebook food or it is popular i would have. We were moved back out the restaurant back into the bar, waited a while before i could order a drink. The server who served us was lovely but i had asked 2 other staff for local recommendations and they said they would ask and be back. Got charged £26 for a bottle of still water and a porn star martini. Ruined my birthday due to how late in the day it was on a sunday! No trying to find somewhere local to eat! such a shame as i was so looking forward to eating here. Would joy recommend on a sunday unless you fancy eating a full roast at 12! :(
