A little bit too noisy but the view is amazing, the food is really tasty

A bit pricey but still offers the best views and a great wine list.

It was such a bad experience. We booked it for 8 and waited to be seated for 30 minutes then again 45 minutes to get just 2 main course and 2 chips. Very disappointing and won’t recommend to anyone

Having gone quite regularly and loving it when living here years ago, i was excited to return but I don’t know what’s happened. The rump steak was genuinely laughable and it does not take much to get me to enjoy beef of any sort. You’re guaranteed to have a better steak at your local. Looked and tasted as though it had been ‘sous vide’ then barely seared. Seemed like the grill marks were for their own aesthetic. Zero crust, ZERO flavour, and tasted like the boiled meat I get visiting my grandma at the seniors home. Between the peppercorn sauce that had no peppercorns or a taste resembling anything of the sort, and the plain rocket more suited to graze upon (NO ONE WILL DIE IF THERE IS FLAVOUR) as well as the long wait for drinks, food, and even the bill, on top of the staff who seemed like they were there against their will, I was extreeeemely disappointed. 10 years ago we would go for birthdays and anniversaries, now the space would be better off used as a viewing deck.

Food was overcooked, had the steak (tuff). Waitress seemed like she had an attitude and didn't want to be there. However, awesome views indoors and out, made up for it. Wouldn't go out my way to go back.

Amazing views and great dining experience. Be prepared to pay for it though, but money well spent

Good food, great view, service lacking. We went for a Monday lunch time on the May bank holiday and the staff were rushed and there were a few incorrect items. They bought wine to the table we hadn’t ordered and when we sent it back we were still charged for it. There were 2 errors on the bill which we had to request to fix. Good, not great.

Normally great but this time a poor service. Waitress having to look after too many tables and quite grumpy as a result. 30 mins from sitting down to our order being taken. Will be back though as food amazing and hopefully it's a one off.

Great venue for special occasions

Expensive for the experience and although the staff are good my party all felt it was over priced regardless of the view from the terrace.

Very expensive for the quality of food which was average and small portions. Choux bun dessert was really disappointing. There was a private event going on simultaneously so getting in and to our table was chaotic and not very slick. The views are great if you get a table outside on the balcony. Service was ok to good. 6/10

After many years, I finally returned to OXO — and the terrace is still absolutely stunning. Especially with London’s recent unbelievably good weather, the sun doesn’t set until 8:30 PM. It’s truly lovely! Sangria Sin A very refreshing mocktail — perfect for times when you’re not drinking alcohol! Crab The crab meat is finely shredded and paired with elderflower jelly and what I think are lightly pickled spring onions. It tastes incredibly refreshing, and the oat crumble adds a really nice texture. Lobster Ravioli The lobster at the base is especially fresh — tender and springy. The seasoning is light yet flavourful, and the textures of the ingredients are well balanced. Dry Aged Beef Fillet Cooked to a perfect medium — tender and easy to cut. The sauce really elevated the dish! The bone marrow is plated on the side with some accompaniments. You get two pieces of steak in one portion, so it’s quite generous. Chips Perfectly crispy — these thick-cut fries are seriously tasty! Really good food, fantastic view and great service.

Went for a birthday lunch at the Brasserie restaurant. Decided to order from the fixed price lunch menu of three courses and a cocktail for £35. Food was delicious, service was friendly and outstanding. Waiters were happy to take photos of most of the tables as we all enjoyed a spectacular view across London. The menu had four options for starter and main and three for desert. The cocktail was a Bellini style with peach and lemon juice..With one glass of wine and one cider the bill came to £45 a head which seemed to be very good value for a delightful afternoon in the sunshine eating quality food in unhurried surroundings.

After visiting the sky garden I wanted to have dinner at the Oxo tower. Really wonderful views, good and very imaginative cocktails, good service and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner in the brasserie was pleasant but I didn't find the food anything special, very fair value for money. You can eat better in other places, if you want to go and enjoy the view, just go to have a cocktail. Cocktails £14-20, I paid £68 for dinner with a glass of wine, cocktail, main course and dessert to share. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and although the prices are a little high, it is totally worth it! The food is excellent, the service is impeccable and the view is breathtaking. We will come back.

Lovely dinner at the OXO tower restaurant, the entrance is through glass doors In between shops and via the elevator, warm welcome and a n ie table with a river view, the food was well presented and tartlet lovely, staff where attentive, somewhat quiet atmosphere.

A beautiful local with a magnificent view. But that was essentially the best thing about this restaurant. The kitchen does its best, but unfortunately does not live up to the price. We had the lobster raviolo as a starter. The dish was well made, but we felt that the strong, rustic sauce overpowered the lobster claws. The chicken, which was served as the main course, was overcooked and was on the level of a canteen. Sidedishes could have been added, but apart from the upselling, they made no culinary sense whatsoever. For dessert, I had a selection of cheeses. The cheeses were good, the crackers lacked any finesse. The chutney was okay. The open champagne was fairly priced, but some of the wines were clearly overpriced. In our case, we had a German Riesling, which cost 75 euros. In Germany, this costs around 10 euros in the shops. Cocktails were ok. The atmosphere was far too loud, a babble of voices like in a station concourse, plus music. The service is mostly very friendly, although the fussing does not do justice to the average standard of the food. Because of the nice service and the breathtaking view, it still gets 3 stars. The children's menu is nicely designed, but tastes more like slightly better convenience food.

Attended OXO for a party in the evening, did not have a full meal but the canapés were delicious. The staff were all extremely attentive and well informed on the food and drinks. Beautiful views over the Thames and the city. Wine list extensive and atmosphere was brilliant, we will re visit for a meal soon aa we were so impressed by the place as a whole.

Food and service on the brasserie restaurant were good, and the view was lovely, but one of us had to wear sunglasses as facing the sun directly. £35 Set menu advertised with cocktail but (very) fine print showed cocktail was only included at lunch. Despite ordering the set menu they tried to charge us twice the price for a la carte and we had to correct them. We were moved to the bar after the meal where the door to the balcony meant we were blasted by cold air every few minutes which was deeply unpleasant.

The whole place is made of glass and there is so much noise that you can hardly hear what you are talking about, and they put on live music, so there is no way you can hear it. the food is decent. Cocktails are weak. It is weak compared to the luxury places in Istanbul. A place with a tourist view. I think it is not possible to go

I made a last minute reservation around Saturday evening and there were seats available, so I went in. I wasn't expecting much, but the crowd was very good and I was shown to a terrace seat, which was a great location with a great view of St. Paul and the Shard. For the dishes, I ordered crab and roast pork on the side, cod and steak chips for two main courses, desserts Sticky Toffee Pudding and Panna Cotta, three beers in total, and sparkling water. The staff were very friendly and we had a better time than we expected. I think it's perfect for dates and girls' nights out.

For a while I wanted to visit this rooftop and I can say I was not disappointed. We just had drinks and a snack, so can't really say much about the food, but the coffee was good. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service is fast and the atmosphere in there is really nice for a sunny day catching up with friends. Will need to be back to try their meals this summer.

Really lovely Sunday lunch, service was great - attentive but not too much (thought it was a bit weird to take all the women's orders before the men's though!) and we weren't rushed. Such a fabulous location with a great view.

I went to Oxo Tower Brasserie for a celebratory lunch. As the weather was good, we had the chance to sit outside on the Terrace. We had excellent service from Emanuel who was very charming and a lot of fun. Excellent service and excellent food. Good cocktails. Perfect lunch

On the recommendation of my partner, who had dinner at OXO 6 years ago, we went to eat here during our visit to London. I would recommend a table reservation as the restaurant is very full, especially at sunset. Rightly so! The restaurant offers great service, delicious food (more upscale cuisine) and is simply top. 😍

Love the live music weekends and the view of course

We went to the Brasserie and Bar for a celebratory lunch today. Nice views over the Thames and London landmarks. Staff were first class and food was excellent.

A restaurant I always go to while in London. The view of St. Paul's across the Thames is the best in London, even better than the Shard. The food was excellent but the wine list was a huge disappointment compared to prior visits. That said, I will be back.

I'm a fan of this place. I was in London 6 years ago and spontaneously had dinner at the OXO Tower. This time I planned my dinner at OXO as I remembered it very well. This time too I wasn't disappointed. The food was fabulous and the service was just great. You pay a little more, but that's completely fair because your needs are perceived and met. And the view at sunset is beautiful.

Nice view, but the acoustics of the restaurant are a disaster, as is the lighting! It feels like a railway station concourse. Unfortunately, the service was quite overstretched. After half an hour, we were finally able to order aperitifs after we waved a waiter over. The choice of food was very limited, the quality was okay. Very disappointing overall.

I visited on Saturday evening for my boyfriends birthday celebration. I was looking forward to trying the cauliflower dish but saw the menu had changed and it was taken off. Im not a fan of mushrooms so was a little disappointed that this was replaced with another mushroom dish when there was already two others on the menu I tried the pea falafel instead but asked for no tofu yoghurt and onions. The waiter suggested that it would be dry without the yoghurt but could ask the chef for an alternative that I can have. I thought that was very kind and he came back and offered a sauce with red pepper, I think it had tomato, and paprika which i was happy to try The falafel was very tasty and I would definitely order it again. I loved the sauce too (not pictured) so thank you to the chef & waiter for offering. My boyfriend enjoyed his battered cod & potatoes. The cocktails were great too!! We had the sticky toffee puddings for dessert which was delicious but I just wish it was a bit hotter. His cake with a birthday message which I asked for beforehand and also a candle which was a nice touch The music was good but a little loud for me as we were seated near the speakers. I visited before maybe 4 years ago and was seated in front of the kitchen so the volume was a lot better and the view was nicer too. I would visit again this place is very nice for a birthday celebrations, the service is great and has a nice buzzing atmosphere. If quieter environments are your thing the restaurant might be a better choice

Fantastic atmosphere and views of London across the Thames

Great place for dinner on a Sunday night. OXO Brasserie has incredible views of London and it's a more casual vibe with an open kitchen then the fine dinning restaurant next door. We absolutely loved the live music that played during the evening which created a great ambiance. The food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. They were really busy but Emanuel our server had exceptional customer service and made us so welcome with a complimentary glass of champagne and looked after us so well all night. Would definitely recommend!

This centre has some speciality shops, a good range of food outlets and is right on the river Thames.

We had a great time. The meal was very good and the view of the Thames and the cathedral was superb. The cost may be a bit high, but it's worth it.

Had such a wonderful experience here today at OXO. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, as soon as we entered the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. For our mains we had the lamb and venison steak with a pairing of roasted potatoes as a side. All i can say is that the main’s were extremely flavoursome with no complaints, however the side of roasted potatoes could have been cooked through a little more as they were slightly on the harder side. Besides from that the food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Our desserts were just the cherry on top of the cake for the end of our meal. The meringue had such a delightful twist of fruitiness while still keeping a light and freshness to its taste, just what a dessert should have to offer and so did the pear and ginger cheesecake. They were both just a perfect combination to finish with ! The service was exceptional. We felt as if we were never taken unnoticed from the staff even when the restaurant was full. Our glasses were filled each and every time just at the right moment when needed. The ambiance was the most enjoyable as they had a live blues band playing during service. Overall was such a lovely lunch, and will be definitely be coming again !!!

Asked one of the waiters yesterday to recommend the most popular or something nice from the menu and he said "I don't know, order anything" Friendly staff but wasn't a great experience.

The non-alcoholic wine was a nice surprise. While the food wasn’t groundbreaking, the overall experience made it worth the visit!

Love this place! First went in 1996 for a treat, when it opened and have visited many times since. The views are incredible as is the fantastic vibe. My budget has only ever streched to the brasserie where the food and drinks on offer are always extensive, as you'd expect from Harvey Nichols where the service is always first class.

Am excellent place of high quality and high standards, service was 10/10, all the food tasted great but the chorizo in honey n rosemary was outstanding!! (went 4star just re value for money, £17 for 2 small sardines that tasted ok seemed a bit crazy)

The restaurant is beautiful, the food and staff was brilliant. I had a Stake Wellington. The drinks menu is great, all Alcoholic beverages were had were great.

Took my uncle (over from Oslo) here for the Winter Set Menu on 20th February. It's great value for higher-end food and all 3 courses were delicious. The views of the river are stunning at night, there was live background music and the service from front desk to restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended.

The OXO Tower was fantastic last night. We had a special celebration dinner and everything was so perfect. The food and cocktails were excellent and the staff amazing - so friendly and attentive. And that view of London ❤️. Thank you to everyone involved in helping us enjoy our special evening.

Very poor service. Such a lovely place - amazing views -used to be amazing, and this visit after maybe 10 years has been a shock, really. Ordered a margarita cocktail followed by their winter set menu. Their set menu included a cosmopolitan cocktail, which was sweet - I asked if it was possible to change it for smth not sweet and rather spicy - I was told all of their cocktails were sweet...which wasn't exactly correct....in the end they said it was OK to swap for wine....which wine asking to the back of disappearing waiter....he: white or red? ...me: white.. ..but.....do I have a choice? waiter gone.....in few minutes I am served with the cocktail, starter and mysterious wine....uffff where do i start? cocktail first so ice doesn't melt ? wine while it's still chilled? my food while it's still warm....so had to rush with the cocktail....not to miss on warm.starter....so hopes to enjoy my cocktail before meal wasted.....wine is impossible to drink as tastes like chip pub acidic type....ordered one I like....starter was OK.....average nothing spectacular....for the main I ordered steak....apparently at oxo tower they read your mind or maybe just know better how you want your steak....so got overdone chewy meat...duck roast pots looked so poor and tasted zero..... oh and finally why do they squeeze all they have 3 tables guests into one corner when whole restaurant is literally empty?? no I dont really enjoy 6 people lunch chat right behind me when I came here at the hour when I can enjoy some peace and quiet while eating...so had to listen to my music.... all in all great disappointment ....poor pub level with amazing views....what a waste.....

Service was really slow, arrived at the time reserved and was sitting for almost 20 minute before making eye contact with a waiter to offer drinks, once they acknowledged our table the service picked up abit more which is a shame. Food was lovely but nithing out the world. Nice for drinks.

We had a wonderful time in your restaurant so thank you for the experience and the care. I just had a bit of feedback. Since I was offering this tasting menu as a birthday gift, I thought I gave the necessary information to the team so they don’t ask me what we would have for dinner. Then, a card was given where the price of the experience was on display. It is not a major issue however I would have preferred not to have the menu since I informed that I will be having the tasting menu and keep this experience as a surprise for my partner. Otherwise, everything was spot on so well done to the team!

We had an amazing time this Valentine’s day at OXO Tower Brasserie! There was live music, the view was superb (St Paul’s Cathedral at night is gorgeous) and the food was delicious. We had Tomahawk steak as our main, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Finally made it to Oxo Tower Brasserie and the food quality was amazing, service was really friendly and you can’t beat the views! Would recommend a visit if you haven’t been to for example 12th Knot or Seabird before for the views.

Previously I have eaten in The Brasserie, but this time I chose the restaurant for my partners birthday and we weren’t disappointed. The service and food were excellent. We were greeted with a glass of Harvey Nichols champagne which was light and very palatable. To start I had langoustine and my partner had scallop which positively burst on the tongue. My partner had Lamb (which was very popular he managed to order the last one), I had the Beef fillet. Both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection - both of us had slightly pink. Sides were Mac & cheese (with truffle & leek - delicious) greens and smashed new potatoes. Dessert was Pecan pie and vanilla panna cotta…. Both dishes had flavourful twists. To accompany main dish we had Marques de Murrieta Reserva Rioja - wonderfully smooth. We also had a rum popcorn punch. All in all a lovely dinner and perfect evening.

Went here at the weekend for my birthday. 8 of all were well attended to. Not too loud so a conversation could be shared. Great views. Had a lovely time. Also, we were seated looking at the river and the kitchen. Great place to be, watching the calm kitchen create great dishes.

Tomahawk steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Staff were attentive too. Overall a good experience.

Lovely dinner. Went for Anniversary dinner and were given a free champagne as was not able to give us a seat with a view which I understand were not guaranteed anyway. The staff was amazing, and the view was fantastic!

I went here with 4 of my immediate family to celebrate a big birthday. There were some concerns beforehand due to some mixed reviews on Google. However we all really enjoyed our experience. The staff were warm & caring & made the 4 year old in the party welcome. The food was excellent both in quantity and taste. The views we had over the River Thames were stunning. We arrived an hour or so before sunset so were able to enjoy the views both in daylight & night time. Although I can only afford this type of dining for special occasions I felt I received value for every penny. I received good communication from the brasserie before & after the meal.

Went for the Chef's menu as a bit of a special occasion but was overall disappointed. The portion sizes are really small and even as a not very large eater I was still not full at the end of the meal. I would suggest that it's the absence of things like bread for the table that made the difference maybe? There's also no offering of petit fours which you might have hoped for at this price. I ended up cooking myself a top up when I got home. My mother didn't really enjoy the venison (too chewy). I found the food pleasant but not memorable myself. As far as ambience the restaurant was very loud although possibly a consequence of the Christmas parties. The only really impressive talking point was the views of the London skyline. Overall I was disappointed and would not return.

Not inexpensive but the bar has a great atmosphere and view and good quality food in the restaurant. Staff very professional. There is also a Brasserie restaurant at a slightly lower charge.

Christmas present - same next year please Santa! Not a cheap experience, but definitely worth it. The location overlooking the Thames is great, the staff are brilliant and the food and drink excellent. It's not listed on the menu, but ask for a Bloody Mary, nice and spicy!

Took my girlfriend here for her 18th last night. She had the duck and I had the pork. Both were absolutely delicious and perfectly presented. Optimum portion sizes and the wine was nice too. The view was beautiful and the whole restraunt was clean and comfortable. Every member of staff there was wonderful to interact with. They were accommodating to our slightly tight time schedule and were attentative to our service. They even brought her a free little ice cream message for her birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough.
