Visited this cafe which on Trip advisor is still listed as Owl cafe, which is an old name for the premises. Had a latte and decaf coffee, there were sweet cake accompaniments available. The staff were very efficient pleasant and well supported and managed. The place has a light airy feel. It’s family and disabled friendly with high chairs available. There were a good few of the patrons eating ( it was lunchtime). There is parking to the rear of the Church, outside chairs and tables, with room to leave buggies and assistance scooters within the curtilage. You can bring your own alcoholic drinks to accompany a main meal and no corkage is charged.

Great service, polite and friendly staff, and great venue. Also still accepting cash, which is perfect giving us the choice of how to pay.

Has been run as Footprints cafe since OWL organisation pulled out of Sawston. Its located at the back of the Free Church. Always served good wholesome food, and was always popular pre-covid. Lockdowns have hit them hard, but they are operating again. I went for breakfast this week - sat outside on the pleasant sheltered patio, well away from the main road. Food was as good as ever.

This place is a gem. Super friendly, tasty and well priced. It doesn't seem very well known for some reason but definitely should be.

The cafe is located behind the Free Church in Sawston. It would be excellent value for walkers and cyclists. The cafe is open from Monday to Friday. Try it for breakfast if you are in the area.

Had a lovely lunch at owl cafe , its not a "cafe " as in greasy spoon variety , home cooked food , lovely menu , staff all very helpful and polite , the lasagne was yum all home made ! All day breakfast looked lovely and you can pick what you would like on your plate instead of a set breakfast like most places , im not a pudding person but had to have the home made cheesecake for dessert ! Lovely place to go and eat and looked very popular with the local people to Big thumbs up Owl cafe I shall return

You would not know this cafe were here unless you were a local - I spotted a flyer for it in Budgens on the high street and had some time to kill. It is at the far end of town to the side of the free church - in a hall area at the back. Not great signposting, but easy to find once you have been there once. Clean, light and plenty of tables. Counter service and then hot food brought to your table. Perfectly good prices , fairly standard food choices - I liked the "make your own breakfast" option - allowing you to choose the items you actually like. Quick and friendly service. Would happily go back if I am ever in Sawston again. Happy to recommend.

This Café is situated within Sawston Free Church and I employs disabled and disadvantaged people to help train them. They serve very good freshly made food and are open for breakfast and lunch closing mid-afternoon Prices are reasonable and there are normally tables available both inside and out Easy access (as you would expect) and free internet. Parking is easy as well Take away available also

Popped in for a lovely lunch, and stayed longer than planned in the end. Friendly staff, efficient yet relaxed atmosphere with a wide selection of food choices and gins! Shame the weather was dire or we'd have loved to spend the afternoon in the garden.
