East to locate and decent parking. For the record this is definitely not a Day out- 2-3hrs tops. Good for a morning! Mini golf was good, kids enjoyed the Goat and play area. Half price tickets are reasonable but it is definitely not worth full price. Only one of the diggers were working/ bounce bags were closed due to drizzle and the soft play was extremely busy and queueing. We spent a combined 25mins queueing for activities due to how busy the activities were. The drinks were your expected £2-4 and food was your average price. All in all it was ok.. I can imagine it would be chaos in summertime.

Popped in to use the public toilet. I noticed how well maintained and how clean the place was. The cakes looked amazing and the display of ice cream. The adventure playground looks fun. Great place to entertain the children. It gets very busy in the Spring / Summer months.

Otterspool adventure is a brilliant day out for the whole family. My nephews adored the many activities on offer including mini golf, the outdoor park, the bouncing pillows, the go karts, the rangers and the soft play! It’s a place that encourages and supports creativity and curiosity with excellent staff members that engage and elevate the experience. I immediately had to sign up for their membership! Highly recommend!

Such a lovely environment, kids absolutely loved it! Would 1000% recommend this event to anyone looking for a fun day out with the kids, there’s so much for them to do and the staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be taking the kids back soon!

Me and my kids had a great time at Otterspool loads of great activities. The kids really enjoyed the go karts and overall had a brilliant day.

I'm here now it's absolutely rubbish. Nothing open , only get to see rabbits, guinea pigs and some chickens. No karts no bounce pillows just a play ground for 6+ (I have a 2 year old) so not for her age , stuck inside the soft play which is small and now packed because nothing else to do here. Waste of money. Should not be the same price as a summers day.i took 2 trains to get here thinking it was gunna be awesome day out when it's just rubbish. Should have just gone the flip out in liverpool much more worth the money for softplay.

An excellent visit on 21st December with our 3 children for the North Pole experience. Despite the awful weather conditions it really was a magical evening. In particular the staff we encountered all went above and beyond. They seemed genuinely enthusiastic, helpful and happy to be there and just made the whole experience fun. In particular i would like to give a special mention to Reece, Shannon, Stephen, Cath who interacted with the kids and went above and beyond. It really makes such a difference when you have employees who add to the magic. Also shout out to the santa who was seriously in all my 14 years of countless santa visits the best one yet! Great job everyone these guys deserve some recognition for their efforts. See you again next year!

A great place to take the family, with enough variety in the various attractions to keep the young ones entertained for the day. The food options on site were all excellent too. Highly recommened.

Otterspool Adventure was a lovely family day out. It was great to have all of the activities included in the entrance ticket price. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. One of our best days out in the North West, would highly recommend.

A good day out with the whole family. The place is very clean everything seems well organised and didnt have to wait long for the rides. Cafe was very clean as well, didn't have to wait long for lunch. The playground is also very well maintained. Only downside is there's no carpark, you have to park at the side of the promenade and walk up. Tickets are very good value for money and we will definitely be back again soon

Took our grandchildren to Otterspool Adventure Park on 30th August 2024. What a wonderful time they had. There were a wide variety of fun activities available . Everywhere was spotless staff were exceptionally helpful,polite and good fun. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you everybody for a great day!

I've visited otterspool a few times over the last 5 years and again today and always have a great day out here. Staff are great and always pleasant. Even when I over hear the speaking to other customers, they are very friendly. Top marks! The only slight changes I feel are at the mini golf they could have signage put back in on the holes to say which hole number it is and what par it is. Also, in the three bears, I don't remember seeing a drinks menu, but I could be wrong, and the coffee could be better

Such a lovely place! Great value for money as everything is included, all activities and rides/play equipment etc. Such a nice place for children, and the fact that is all outdoors makes a nice change. We've been twice, and will definitely be returning 😊

Had an amazing day with my kids during the summer holidays. Tones of different things for them to do and there were even things for us adults to join in on the fun. This was the best part. My kids favourite parts were the foam party and the adventure golf.

2 adults and 4 children attended Summerfest. A great day out, enjoyed by all. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Place is nice and clean. Lots of things to occupy the young ones, but some of the equipment could do with an upgrade. Little things like more sand toys, and toddler toys. Shorter queues at the kiosk would be great!

Family fun, lots of activities to do, staff are very friendly and short waiting times, only down thing is there not much to offer for food wise on the menu and ice cream can be a bit pricey

On a dry day this place is great but I can imagine on a wet day not so much. There is a indoor soft play but other than that you are open to the elements. We went on a hot day and you could see the workers were struggling with the heat but kept a smile on their face. Great that everything is free once you are in no sneaky extras. Areas all clean, food available to buy but you can take your own. Parking, you have to park along the promenade or down the bottom carpark. The foam party was a big hit, make sure you take spare clothes! Or do it last thing before you go home.

We went here today as a lovely day out and we all enjoyed it, kids had a blast. We went early as both of my children have additional needs so earlier was better for us then we left at lunch time. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice family day out.

We had a great day , so many activities to choose from. And always a few different activities from the visit before. The staff are very friendly and everywhere is clean and well organised.

This is a great place for toddlers. My little boy loves it. My main complaint is the £8 per adult admission price which can make it an expensive day out if both myself and wife go

Great day out especially as the sun was shining

£2.70 for a 500ml bottle of coke is extremely high priced ... Now I know you expect to pay more at themed places.. why so high ?? Who knows .. for that reason alone as I bought 4 bottles different flavours I will never use there facilities.. I am of course a small ant in the grand cog ... But hopefully others will read and understand that this is disgusting... Please refrain management from justifying the cost when anyone with half a brain knows the buy sell cost of a bottle of coke 🤔

First time coming here and was not disappointed, my son had an absolute ball there were so much todo, I really wasn’t expecting it to be this good, will definitely be booking to go again soon, we were very lucky the weather stayed nice as well, we stayed for about 4 hours and after that my son wanted to stay longer, so much todo and lots of entertainment, the staff were really nice and very good with the kids, food was lovely as well, if your looking for a good day out I’d totally recommend looking into here :)

We went to the toddler special event yesterday which my daughter enjoyed. Thankfully it didn't rain! Needs a little map or sign posts to say where things are as it took us a while to realise where the soft play was. It was nice it being all kids her age i can imagine it being abit crazy with all the older kids too.

An enjoyable day out with my granddaughters for the Beauty and the Beast event. They loved the waterside and bounce pillow especially. Staff were very polite and welcoming. The park and facilities are really clean. I was surprised how small it was as I expected it to be over a bigger area. This made it easier to get around and enjoy things threetimes, but would be very crowded at peak holidays and popular events. The signage for entrance and Exit was not visible therefore lots of people entered via the exit to be directed as to the entrance by staff. It was a shame there was nothing to play with in the sand pit and little role-playing area. Some of the park felt incomplete. All in all I felt it was a nice place to go for under 10's for a day.

I have my son's birthday party here, and it is absolutely amazing experiences. Everything is well prepared and banging on time. I must specially mention Mike ( the general manager) and Luke who are working so hard to make all these happen. Thank you for make such a lovely place in Liverpool!

Great day out for kids. We've been plenty of times and every time we go there seems to be another attraction added. Also they have a rain insurance, which costs £1, per person. Great idea for this country's weather.

Yesterday 27th may, took my granddaughter for the dinosaur themed day, we both loved it, lots of fun things to do, great restaurant and all staff were amazing Would highly recommend a visit to here

We went off peak on a Monday, was great value for the cost, lots of variety, accessible and free parking very nearby the enterance.

Terrible, they charge and when playing, children who are less than one meter tall cannot use the toys, I will never go again, I don't recommend them, there are several better and much cheaper ones.

Great place to visit with the kids, kept them entertained for hours. Only disappointment was the cafe was overpriced and not the best quality food, they don’t allow you to bring your own food which means you’re stuck with paying a lot for very little.

Took my grandson for a day pass, He enjoyed it that much there was an offer on where as if you buy a year long pass that,s 1 child plus one adult that you get your entrance fee back same day. Staff well knowledgble and helpfull ,food it resteraunt was very good plus cakes galore and ice cream in abundance everything on hand plus toilets good value for the money and a safe place for the kids .Hence my high score. Parking can be tricky when busy.

We had a lovely time at Otterspool Adventure. Good value for money. My nephew loved everything here and played none stop 😊. There's lots to do. The bouncing pillow, the Lambs, car rides, digger truck and play ground were all his favourites. Clean changing facilities and toilets. Great day out for your little ones ❤️

We travelled yesterday to Otterspool about 50 minutes from north wales and we couldn’t have loved it anymore. I have a two year old and an 8 week old. My little boy was amazed by everything. There was a couple of things that he sadly couldn’t go on due to his height however they were also things he wouldn’t be able to do at his age at the moment. There were lost of places to sit down so that I could feed the baby and just chill for a little bit. We want to the candy factory and made some sweet sticks which were lovely. My son especially loved the bouncing pillows, I think he could have stayed on them all day long. We also stopped at the cafe for a little bit of lunch and the food was lovely. We will definitely be coming back again some time soon

Fantastic value for money and ample free parking nearby. Food was good and staff were friendly and attentive. A few parts were shut in preparation for Easter but that wasn't a big deal really. Perfect for toddlers.

Had such a lovely time here today with my children, taking advantage of the half term half-price offer! My daughter has seen the pillow-style trampolines from the outside, and is always asking if she can go on them. Today her dream came true! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the venue is clean, well-laid out, and "intuitive" to navigate. We honestly had such a nice day!

Great place to visit especially with kids, there's a massive play area but unfortunately you have to pay for entry. There's a cafe attached that does great food as well and if its just a meeting place for a chat then you have to go here. It also has events for families through the year so give it a visit.

Lovely cafe to start off with .. but people with dogs came in ,made the place smell and staff who stroke dogs and never washed their hands ... there was more dogs then people and the smell made us not order food .... theres room out side for dogs .... sorry but I'm not eating were dogs are 8 dogs in total it's really unhealthy ...Dec 26 ...still smells sorry but that's the way it is

Avoid them! all they think of is the money in your pocket. In case of unexpected circumstances that might happen to you they don’t care and not flexible to you. As long as you give them your money and go there, kids play in there and still spend your money in there they are happy and smiling but this is not called a good customer service but also a good customer service means you receive it when you need it and it must shows itself when your situation changes and you need help to sort it out, which Otters Pool Adventure Park fails in it. Really disappointed with the poor customer service I received while they could do something to sort my issue out. I bought two memberships for my kids and haven’t used it yet for a day out only once got a £26 discount on Christmas event, suddenly something happened and I decided to cancel my membership offering them to take the £26 off and refund the rest of money but they refused. Another downside of their customer service is they don’t care sharing all of your history they have in their system with public.Really regretted spent a fortune in there. Specially avoid their membership which is a rip off! Take your money somewhere that your happiness and satisfaction is guarantied in any circumstances.

We booked a VIP Christmas Experience at Otterspool Adventure Park, expecting a magical time for our family. However, our visit was marred by a series of disappointments. Firstly, we endured a 10-minute outdoor queue in torrential rain and wind—hardly the VIP treatment we anticipated. Following that, we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the previous group to exit the show. Despite paying for a VIP package, it seemed the park exploited every opportunity to charge us extra. Whilst the first accompanying adult should have been free of charge, I was charged equally without receiving any additional perks. The so-called VIP treatment for adults amounted to nothing more than a single biscuit offered in the gingerbread workshop. Our visit to Santa included the surprise revelation that the accompanying photos were not complimentary without being told in advance. To our dismay, we were slapped with a bill exceeding £20 for two pictures. We missed the chance for a photo with Santa due to this unexpected charge. This misleading and unequal pricing further soured our experience, leaving us questioning the value and integrity of Otterspool Adventure Park's offerings. Attempts to address our concerns with a manager were futile, as he insisted we pay without offering any resolution or compromise. This lack of customer service and understanding was truly disheartening. Furthermore, conversations with staff revealed unsettling information. One employee shared that they work long hours for minimal pay, while another admitted that the park neglects essential maintenance. Rusty equipments, blocked drainage systems, and visible puddles throughout the pathways were clear indicators of a poorly maintained facility. The overall impression is one of a park more concerned with extracting money than providing a quality and enjoyable experience for visitors. Given these issues, it's challenging to justify the cost, and the annual membership seems nothing short of a rip-off. Our supposed VIP Christmas Experience turned out to be a regrettable and expensive outing. We hope others consider these aspects before choosing Otterspool Adventure Park for their festive activities.

The cost of visiting this absolutely slap bang average kids outdoor play centre is nothing short of eye watering. While there is no issues with the facilities themselves, it puts itself in the price bracket of Blackpool Pleasure Beach which is embarrassing and laughable. Fair play to the people who are happy to pay it. Each to their own and all that, but I’ve just seen a Facebook advert for a Christmas “visit Santa” event and they are charging up to £50 a head for kids AND adults. Think the payment structure needs a review, or perhaps it’s deliberately this high to keep the “rabble” out. I’ll stick to the likes of Farmer Teds, Pleasure Beach or even Alton Towers for superior value.

Paid £32 for less than 2h as my son got bored very fast because more than half of attractions were closed, seems like the place is being refurbished for Christmas but the entrance price still the same. The only things he could do today (he is 2.5yo) was the quad bike and general playground, the domes to jump were wet and being so cold he didn’t stay on them. For £32 (2 adults 1 kid) it was a waste, any public playground that is free my son have more fun than he had today here. Its second time we come to this place and it is the same: most things closed and not worth the money. I gave another chance today thinking that was a one off occurrence but clearly is not. Also the toilet is a joke for parents needing to change their kids diapers, its shared with the public that is not inside the park so is packed with long queue and very narrow, no privacy or space enough to change diapers. Not coming back, its just a wasted big space with nothing much to do.

Wonderful day Very impressed even when it’s cold the staff are always helpful and friendly I was really impressed with the farm manager he was so kind and clearly cares about the animals which makes me feel reassured going back (which I will!) that the animals are cared for properly Worth every penny and every minute, thank you for a lovely day.

We have beautiful day out with our little girls.. there is so much to explore and so much to have fun. Even there is foam dance for kids.. don’t forget to visit pets..! This place is so clean.

I've always liked otterspool adventure, come lots of times. However the last visit has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Finding how much they charge Vs how much they pay their staff is quite disappointing and to be honest it's put me off coming back. Paying minimum wage, depending on your age can be as low as £5.20 per hour which is a choice. Irrespective of age, everyone should earn a living wage. Attractions are good and shows are always great, like I say I really like the place but after seeing what they pay their staff, I'm torn to pay my money to a business that chooses to pay £1 more to their staff than what they charge me for a slice of cheesecake.

My friend and I took our grandchildren here today. I just want to say how lovely the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. One young man in particular was so good with the kids and took the time to explain what work was going on at the park and wished us a safe journey when we were leaving

This place was excellent for the children to explore and ha e so much fun. Not sure why adults are charged for admission as there is nothing for them to do . If it wasn't for their child they wouldn't be there any way. Toilets need cleaning more often ladies not very clean at all . Very good food at reasonable prices. Outdoor park made from wood and other wooden fences could do with TLC as it is Starting to look tired .

We had a great day out on a Monday in August, when the weather was reasonable but not amazing so perhaps that explained why it wasn't heaving - great for us! All the rides were open, not much queuing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the staff member that runs the farm, he protects the animals' welfare as well as allowing the children to interact appropriately with the animals, which no doubt results in less stress for the animals and teaches the children animals are not toys. He is also very knowledgeable about the animals in his care. The only slight negative is that drinks and ice lollies seemed to be quite expensive and the rule about not eating your own picnic at the benches would put me off going more frequently.

This is an amazing place where it may not be large but is mighty good value fun easily lasts all day and brilliant staff

Visited the café often and had a variety of meals - always excellent. The cakes are fabulous, and big enough to share. Sit inside or out. Very family friendly. Very dog friendly, especially midweek when it's quieter.

Lovely warm, sunny day out with youngest granddaughter at Otterspool with lots of energy spent in the children's playground coupled with glorious views of our amazing River Mersey. We are so lucky to live not far from these beautiful views. Used to take our beloved (late) dog to the prom/park often to enjoy the great walks along the prom, no matter the weather. Have lived in the vicinity since 1971 since we got married but we also visited Otterspool prom many many times even when still living in Old Swan and Wavertree as a day out on the bus (when it still had an 'open' council rubbish tip in the 1950's and 1960's) How times have thankfully changed for the better!!!!!! Simply love the whole S Liverpool area. Have seen it all remarkably transformed over many years especially in the 80's for the Garden Festival. That's when the open 'tip' disappeared I believe. Time also spent today in the cafè which offered reasonable value for a midday snack/meal and the staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Well done to them!!!!! On the downside, we wanted to take the little one into the adventure section next to the cafè for a while but sadly, even with OAP concessions it was far too expensive (over £9 each off-peak, over £15 each at weekends) for our budget, and even more expensive just for the little one (she is nearly 4) so had to give that part a miss and simply enjoy the main playground. Sadly, (also on the downside) this area is now also beginning to feel/look it's age (we oldies remember it from new all those years ago when it had a major 'wow' factor). We have been there many times over the years as our 3 children were growing up and sonce then with all of our grandchildren. However, it now needs some serious investment/remedial work. Nevertheless, even with what was there, a good time was had by all and we all went home exhausted but happy for a good day out. Make sure you enjoy what is there whilst it is all still in reasonable order, but, don't expect perfection or you will be sorely disappointed. LE (Allerton)

Lovely views over the river Mersey to the Wirral, a great place to walk along the river and the park and relax.

Always a great visit here, wish they had a soft play for my daughter, as she is just a little bit to young to play in the adventure area yet. Food and drinks are great and the home made cakes, delicious.

I am mostly Disappointed with are visit. We got the half day deal entree from 3:30PM and it said play for a good 2/5 hours till 6PM .. The Boat ride was good and kids wanted to go for a second time only to find out they just closed them at 5PM. It's a cute place but extremely expensive entree for what you get ..£16 for a Child is not normal really it's a small place. And am happy I didn't pay full price for the whole day because you really don't need a whole day. Disability toilets were very dirty and didn't look like they were cleaned true the day. Parking is difficult at busy times. The only thing I could think of which was really nice was the Mr whippy ice-cream that was really nice kids enjoyed it. Bit pricy but it was worth it very good ice-cream. Saying this you don't need an entree ticket for a nice Mr Whippy the ice cream polar is outside the Exit entrance. Overall it's just to much money for what you get just not worth it. Just pass by and get a ice-cream.

After visiting the public playground, we decided to buy some ice cream from Otterspool Adventure only to find out how expensive it is for absolutely miserable portions. Definitely not coming back.

Awesome place for the kids. They got to take the swim boat, ride the quad bikes, drive the jeeps, operate the earth moving machinery and generally run around. They had a time with the Easter Bunny and lamb too. They collect enough Easter eggs to win them prizes too. I am not a kid, but I had more fun than I bargained for too. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Amazing day at otterspool Adventure today with my mum and nieces. We loved it so much, there is for the kids to do. Third time visiting the park, and each time we have found the staff really friendly and attentive. Mya and Liam as well as other staff were great with my nieces today ! Spring farm is a great addition to the park, the animals were so cute. Thanks for a fab day!
