Solía frecuentar este lugar y yo hemos observado que buceo nariz. Hoy llegamos a un café relativamente tranquilo y esperé 30 minutos para tres chocolates caliente y servida una anémicos. panini Le preguntamos a la camarera donde las bebidas eran, después ella estrelló el plato con la panini y ladrar son hecho por separado''. Nos daba 5 minutos más tarde y la camarera era sentado en un coche fumando un cigarrillo capot! Justo lo que quería ver. . .

Visitamos en 1145 en los padres día esperando la dan un desayuno - menú anuncia que disponible hasta las 12 del mediodía. Dicho desinteresado miembro de la orden personal que tomen los desayunos terminado en 1130. Pregunté si podíamos pedir tostadas - no, sólo si lo pides con frijoles como es clasificado como desayuno!Podía ver a la cocina detrás del mostrador para servir y vimos el chef y dos miembros del personal alrededor hablando sin duda no cocinar.Absolutamente no deseo de personal para satisfacer las expectativas de los clientes y como estábamos bebiendo café contamos seis miembros del personal alrededor hablando en el mostrador para servir.He estado aquí antes y siempre me pareció un muy concurrido café sin embargo esta visita fue muy tranquilo - me pregunto si eso es vinculadas a la atención al cliente, que es sin duda debajo del nivel de servicio en otro lugar.

I had one of the worst experiences at this bar during my stay at Radisson Blu hotel. The staff and the manager were not cooperative at all, and i was treated unprofessionally. We had a reservation for 4 guests and when we reached at 7 pm there was no free tables although our reservation was confirmed by the manager in the morning. Moreover, they seated us in an area which is reserved for a group as mentioned by the manager and after 30 mins they asked us to leave the table and move outside to another table which couldn’t accommodate us. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we were shocked by the attitude of the staff who were keep saying nothing can be done and we can’t help you.

121 Walton Breck RoadTravelled with my 3 kids from Ireland to LFC match. Paula, was extremely helpful upon arrival & even cleared a table in the pub so we could eat our takeaway food after the match!! One of the staff behind the bar (Phil), even took us back to the bus station the following morning & he’s a very friendly and knowledgeable scouser. Rooms are practical and clean and the location is less than 2mins walk from Anfield pitch. Would highly recommend staying here. The pints & atmosphere in the Bar wasn’t half bad either!! Will definitely stay here again if rooms are available.
