Had a jacket potato with bolognese and cheese it was the best ever bee I’ve tasted best cafe in dartford ! Food was so so so good good service and brilliant prices will be coming here all the time !

I had the set breakfast. 2 bacon, sausage, egg, fried bread and beans for £4.90. the tea was extra but I think overall it was still good value. Nicely cooked and the service was good. It was pleasant sitting outside the cafe.

This is a great cafe serving old-fashioned good food. Very tasty good quality ingredients, served piping hot. The coffee was lovely. Staff were all friendly. Definitely be back!

I go here a lot because the Staff are nice and they have good food. 👍 So many milkshake choices. I have been here since 2020... 🙂

The reason why I say it's the best in town is for a million different reasons. The service and food are out of this world, the second you walk in no matter the time or day, how busy they are, you are always greeted with the warmest smile, from the waitresses who always have the time of day to listen to my stories haha. To the owners who are so humble and down to earth. The food is always fresh, and always always hits the spot. The lunch specials which are homemade are alone worth the visit. All in all ossies cafe isn't just a cafe, it's a safe haven where you can come, sit, eat, joke and laugh and never feel out of place. I am a person who finds it hard to speak to people and feel comfortable in any place that isn't my house so Thank you to the whole team at ossies cafe for the care and love in the service and that also shines through with the amazing food too

my friends and i come here around every 2-3 weeks and it’s always a good experience. the food is nice, service is quick, big portions and prices are low. highly recommend the spaghetti bolognaise it’s unreal. not one complaint :)

Very professional for such a tucked away place. Service was prompt and friendly. Drinks order taken first. Food was served without delay. Price of breakfast was very reasonable. I certainly plan to return.

Excellent coffee made with Fairtrade beans from Brazil. The single expresso aroma brought a memory. Ozzies cafe made my day. It is clean, friendly. Seeing the fresh food made. The food well present, smells. I had an omelette last time and I enjoyed it.

A long time ago, I grew up in Dartford, and it was a buzz to go back and find it so, so changed. I can’t remember if Ossie’s was there when I was but a lad, but it’s really popular now. We went in about 12:10 on a Friday, and had the last table. Ordered a roast and an omelette, which took a while but was well worth the wait. I’d certainly go back again.

Seriously, all jokes aside.. when the owner approached me with this burger I was a bit dubious.. who’d thought you can make a holumi cheese burger?, well let me tell you something, this burger is out of the world! The Burger has been touched by an angel and has given the traditional burger a lift outstanding!! I applaud Ossies for this. My taste buds have been blessed.

Myself and husband fancied a breakfast out this week and choose here. Really nice selection of food and was busy which is always a good sign. Nice staff and good value for money.

I visited Ossie’s cafe with my partner and three children, and was amazed at the quality of food and the prices, very cheap! The staff were very friendly and patient while my children chose what to eat. The food was served quick even when it was busy, I will definitely be coming back here.

Food varies every time you go into the cafe. Can be lovely one time and greasy and inedible on others. Some staff friendly some not so much. Can be very busy at times. More expensive than other places as they don’t do many set breakfasts.

Tomato sauce they use is of the cheap variety spoilt the taste of my omelette which I found a little bland.

Been a while since I was last here, with my wife. Staff are still friendly, food still excellent. Had a nice fry up, nice. :)

I came in this morning for a quick bite. It is a small family run business with a friendly atmosphere and great tasting food! Will Defo not be hestitating to come back soon!

The waitresses were moody. My omelette was not mixed properly so tasted like friend egg and was raw in places. The chips were nice though.

Foe such a small cafe, we were very surprised and pleased with our lunchtime special of Shepherds Pie with 3 vegetables included. The mince was similar to bolognese which made the food extra tasty with tomato flavour. At £5.50 with such a full and generous portions and real bargain and treat. We were very happy with the experience, especially as we'd had a very stressful week, with mum being in hospital and visiting her in Woolwich again later that day. We definitely return in the new year and have already recommended to a few people.

I recently visited the cafe after a long absence and found a few good upgrade in the breakfast so much I couldn’t finish it all. Excellent value and excellent breakfast I will be back

Great, started using the cafe 5 years ago when I started working locally. It is now the office regular for breakfast and lunch! The staff are great, friendly and Ossie himself always has a smile for is customers.... See you again very soon :)

I will say we enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly. but I did not agree with one of your staff behind the counter vaping, visit your café Thursday 16th at 2 oclock

I visited ossies cafe with my disabled mother today .. firstly i was very impressed that they have a disabled table which ive not found before in any other cafe in dartford .. secondly the friendly staff were very helpful getting us seated and comfortable ..

Popped in with some friends for a quick meal during the week. I must say I think it’s a delightful cafe. The food is great quality and the staff are really polite and friendly! I will definitely be coming again!

I never knew this cafe existed until someone told me about. It is hidden down the alley past mc Donald's and my children will always choose this every time! Very friendly staff, great value, HUGE portions! Highly recommend!!

I came in there today as pretty much a one off as I was having my car serviced. Well from how the waitress’s treat customers is disgusting! If my daughter wasn’t eating I would have walked out! I witnessed such poor customer service on an elderly lady who clearly had slight mental health issues. I can’t tell how much it’s upset me and stayed on my mind, she must be a regular there and the waitress’s treated her terrible they made her a coffee which was too hot for her! Instead of helping her and making her feel better they were laughing and swearing about her! I could hear how upset the lady was and she was sitting outside! It was awful to see, they were just so rude! The food wasn’t great either to top of what I witnessed. The lady even apologised because she got upset, it was so upsetting to see. The women that work there should be ashamed of themselves!! And Ossie should really think about how his waitress’s customer service skills which they clearly lack, represent his cafe! I couldn’t wait to get out of dartford! That experience actually upset my whole day!

We enjoyed a top haddock and chip supper with all the trimmings (peas, bread, tartare sauce). Good quality fish, crisp batter and chips. All yummy.

I have taken lunch here a few times and each time Ossie's provided a decent honest meal in comfortable surroundings with prompt and efficient service. Sometimes it can get quite busy but I have always managed to find a table. The food has always been good and whilst there is nothing to make Ossie's exceptional I am happy to say that nothing is over-priced and I have always found the staff prompt and friendly. Ossie's is a good place for a no-frills lunch which I am happy to recommend to others.

I've been too many cafes in dartford but this is by far the stand out cafe great food and great service. I will be seeing you every Saturday in future

I travel to Dartford from Norfolk most months and always stop at Ossies for the breakfast there,its brilliant bacon is tasty, and the bubble to die for ,with two runny eggs to soak into the bubble,and a large hot milky coffee .I have taken my dad there for the last 4 years and he loves the breakfast hot tasty food at a good price .this makes the journey down to Dartford worth every mile there's no where better.

Myself, family and friends have been visiting Ossie's Café for years the reason being that you always get good friendly service and also there is always a very good atmosphere but most of all because of the food, we have never had reason for complaint, the food is always cooked fresh and he always uses the best products for eg, I know that his bacon is a dearer dutch bacon than what you get in most cafes you can taste the difference I always have double bacon as this is my favourite, also drinks he also uses a well known brand of tea bags, coffee and a wide range of milkshakes..He also has a good menu with a large variety of items to serve on it and at reasonable prices.

Visited this morning for breakfast, I would have to say that this is the same as any other cheap and cheerful cafe in town. It wasn't unpleasant, but nothing special. Cheap sausages, bacon and bubble not very crispy. Toast not very toasted. Easy things to rectify. There weren't many customers, so a little more care would have been appreciated. Teabag was taken out of the cup and it wasn't very strong. Latte was ok for the price.

I went in here to meet an old friend for a catch up and may I say I love my cafes and me and my friends always compare for after a night out... Ossies was the best so far I found for price /Set Meals and was beautiful if u love a good british fry up and a cuppa then defo 10000% Im even going back tomorrow with family and Ill take some pictures this time :)

The staff were attentive and professional - I went for a ham omelette and chips which was excellent and overall the meal was good value. One of the better cafes of its type in Dartford.

I visited this cafe many times over the years and have always been a little concerned about the level of hygiene but on this day i witnessed the waitress blow her nose just beside the open plan kitchen and sort out her hair the restaurant mirror in front of customers. I sat and watched for a good ten minutes hoping that she would wash her hands but this did not happen, i will not be returning.

About a 10 min walk from the riverside industrial estate and tucked behind the high street is this little gem of home cooked food and excellent chips and bloody good prices! Had ham omelette and chips on first visit and gammon egg and chips on second. Omelette big and tasty and chips very good. Gammon was a bit cheap tasting but otherwise ok. it came with pineapple as well as an egg, I asked for no pineapple cause I don't like it and can I have an extra egg instead. I didn't get the extra egg but the one I did get was very nice. I would defo go back. Prices were excellent. There is outdoor seating under cover and some with sun and they accept card. Open till 3 so good forLunch too if your shopping.

Had one of best omelettes I have had for a long time. Definitely worth a visit, wish it was open on a Sunday

you get what you pay for just about, the omelettes are decent, the tea and coffee less so, portions not as generous as most of the similar outlets around town

Used to have my coffee at a very well known coffee store not far away and one day had a coffee here and enjoyed it more. Ok it's not served in a fancy cup, but it was better and served with a smile.My son had a bacon sarrni and boy did he enjoy it.

Having frequented Ossie's since opening we felt a review of their excellent food, service & value for money was well overdue! We best endeavour to (& look forward to) eating there at least once per week. The food + service is superb & unsurpassed when compared to peers. Being a well travelled couple, whom frequently eat out are well placed to judge.......We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ossie's for a hearty/delicious breakfast or superb brunch/lunch, always freshly prepared, tasty, steaming hot & served with a radiant smile.Thank you for your fabulous food on each & every visit!Martine & Malcolm

As someone who has used Ossies for awhile very disappointed with recent visit....Service not great,Quality of ingredients still good,Bacon superb but tomato sauce cheap brand not nice ,Fried Eggs yolk like bullets,Butter on bread was the same amount a plasterer must used in plaster to do a wall....It is such a shame because I used to love this place go back to how it was Os.

With a hungry TV crew of 15 people to feed on location in Dartford, Ossies went above and beyond on all accounts. The food was ready in 15 minutes after phoning a very specific order through. The order was excellent value for money, and the staff were only too willing to help carry the food to our production car. Thank you very much Ossie & team, we'll be back!

We have been going to Ossie's since we have lived in Dartford, and it has always been consistently good. Clean, bright interior, freshly prepared food, quick and cheerful staff and best of all, very reasonable prices. Whether you want a quick snack, breakfast or a large main meal, this won't disappoint.

As a single female I found Ossie's café to be friendly, spotlessly clean and I have never felt uncomfortable sitting on my own in this café. Their staff are polite and very friendly. The food is second to none, not greasy like a normal café. They care for their food and service, and it shows. Definitely one of Dartford's hidden gems. Must go to experience.5 Stars

From the moment you walk in all the traditional preconceptions of a 'greasy cafe' are dispelled. They contemporary decor, the friendly smiles and welcomes of the all the team and the atmosphere make you feel instantly like you could spend may hours in there with great comfort. WHAT A GEM. I Set up the laptop and started and found that after a few hours of bliss and calm followed by smiles and warm atmosphere and not to mention the INCREDIBLE food which should almost certainly be much more expensive. I left know in hat I would return to this little gem that I found. The age old saying that if its too good to be true than it probably is! this is certainly not true of Ossie's cafe. This place really is THAT GOOD! You simply MUST go and experience for yourself.

This is a friendly welcoming cafe with a great atmosphere, serving quality food, very well cooked at reasonable prices.My children love the milkshakes and bagels.

I am an expert on the British traditional cafe. I discovered Ossie's today. I knew that I was on to a winner straight away because it was so busy. Friendly waitresses bustled around efficiently. Very clean throughout. My all day breakfast was perfectly cooked and the cup of tea a PROPER cup of tea, not just an abandoned tea bag that seems to be the norm these days. Nice clear menus too. There is a BUT though, and that it is too cheap! Elsewhere I would have been charged 50% more without all the pluses listed above. Visitors from the continent must think that they have died and gone to heaven. All the staff clearly like working together and that rubs off onto the whole atmosphere. About 7 minutes walk from the station, so very handy. I shall be back.
