Absolutely amazing food, Alex our server was very lovely and very helpful!

My baby ribs were fine however the chips were very dry and of poor flavour. Other meals in our big group that I tried a little were not great either, especially considering the prices charged. It was also my mother's birthday when I visited in mid November. A cake was arranged for her by the staff(thank you) but it wrongly came out much later than the other desserts and the birthday singing very half hearted - poor on this. Dessert pictured just ok and expensive. The place looks great on the outside and in and great parking. Hickory's is not far from here and I believe a little more expensive too but it's so much better.

Fantastic experience here. The service was awesome. looked after very well. The food was incredible, very tasty. We all loved it. 9 of us dined in total.

Had Jake as my waiter, very fast service and amazing food. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Considering how many tables he had managed to serve us very quick. Live music was good aswell to lighten the experience.

Great for food and cocktails. Visited with husband and daughter there was something for us all on the extensive, authentic orleans menu. In particular i ordered a rib eye steak. It was cooked to perfection by the chef. I would say it was a far superior steak even to the local steakhouse. Will definitely return!

Food was excellent, The experience was made by the server Ashley who was amazing with the kids and picked up it was my wife’s birthday without us realising, we really appreciated the birthday cake.

Last time we visited it was really nice but when we visited tonight the food was terrible it was dry... missing items and when they replaced what was missing the beans came out cold... never again visiting!! as a chef it's baffling how you can burn a slow cooked piece of meat

I was seated quickly and given a complementary jug of water and a bag of popcorn; delicious and fresh. The menu had lots of amazing sounding food. I went for three starters; garlic pretzel, popcorn brisket bites and chicken tenders. The popcorn brisket was fresh and not greasy, had a delicious coating and tender chunks of brisket with a tasty bbq sauce. The chicken tenders were succulent and tasty, served with sour cream and a hot honey sauce; which was stunning! The garlic pretzel was soft inside with a typical chewy pretzel crust and a yummy garlic butter glaze. The portions are generous and I had to take my pretzel home as I could not fit anymore in. Service was good, friendly and patient (too many nice things on the menu) Would love to visit again when I'm in the area

We really enjoyed our 1st visit to Orleans Smokehouse Solihull. The food was really tasty and the service was really good. Only one thing that stopped me giving 5 stars for service was that we paid with cash and didn't get our change back. Which was just under £4. If we had got our change back, the server would've received that change and probably another £4 on top of that.

Had a family meal here today, 15 of us, food was great and the service was exceptional, highly recommend the chicken wings with the buffalo sauce for starter.

Danielle was our server, she was a wonderful host, made sure.myself and ky friend always had drinks and checked in to make sure our foor was correct and enjoyable. She made an effort to chat to us and made us feel welcome and comfortable, food was fantastic too, will definitely be returning if not for the food, then for the wonderful atmosphere and service. Danielle was an absolute pleasure to be served by, very friendly, positive and helpful, always checking in that our starters and mains were okay, keeping our drinks topped up, and overall very friendly and welcoming attitude

Great atmosphere, the band was very lively. The chicken tenders were lovely and crispy. The service was impeccable from Oliver, he made sure we had an enjoyable experience at Orleans. Could not fault his service, will definitely be returning.

Excellent food capturing a corner of the American smokehouse market hitherto ignored by the mainstream. Specialist operators are present in some major cities, but hopefully, this innovation will be rolled out across the country. Can be expensive, and calorie heavy and portion size can be an issue for some. The service was excellent by the attentive Taylor. As a bit of a meat addict I'm a bit biased, but I was also conscious that the veg contribution was particularly small, portion wise, and needed to be larger to compensate for the meat fest. Ditto the gravy and sauce, relying on the British reticence to ask for more smacks of an unnecessary meaness. By the way, we did ask for more. Get this right, and you'll thrive. Cutting corners unnecessarily will put off diners who appreciate a good deal, particularly in today's financial climate.

We enjoyed a fabulous evening our food was excellent as was the ambience...but for us, what highlighted our evening at Orleans was the attention our waitress gave to us. Taylor was so attentive to us despite being really busy with other tables nothing was too much trouble for her. Popped in for a couple of drinks, Michael on the bar was lovely and very knowledgable. He recommended some great cocktails but my favourite was the peach cobbler, definitely recommend thanks for a great night x

Poped in for a dinner and was delighted by the delicious tender meat on offer. The Peach Cobbler cocktail was delicious, and the cream soda was pretty good, but the raspberry lemonade was a bit tasteless and disappointing - tasting mostly like soda water. On the food front, the initial free popcorn was a bit stale but a nice touch to receive as you're seated. We ordered the Ultimate Sharing Platter to get the most out of our visit and try as many things as possible. The highlights were the bbq pulled pork and the ribs. They were great and if I visit again I'd get a whole portion of either of them. The sausage was OK and the cheesey middle was a nice surprise. The chicken wings were pretty average, but I'm not a big wings fan at the best of times. Brisket was flavoursome and fairly tender however one end was exceedingly fatty with little meat and the other end was all meat with no fat - so a mouthful was either squidgy or more dry. Overall I'd come back again but I know what I'd eat and order already.

Nice american themed restaurant, good atmosphere and service is good but the food is below what I would expect. But it's just not quite as good as Hickory's smokehouse.

Just had a really good meal. Can't fault the food or our waiter (Sean). The Thursday platter (Sean's recommendation) was excellent as was the chicken and waffles. The popcorn was a really nice touch. We will be back.

Came here for a family meal to celebrate the birth of my firstborn. Had a nice atmosphere, even on a Monday and the food was great too. Service was excellent, we were served by a lovely lad called Connor who was extremely polite and friendly. Overall a brilliant experience.

In Solihull for work and happened to notice this place next to my hotel. It did not disappoint, infact I would make the drive from Newcastle just to come here the food was that good. I had the smoked brisket sub and the meat just melted in the mouth. I loved the fact they gave you a bag of popcorn while you waiting for your food and fresh water for the table without having to ask for it. I was served by Alex who was so lovely, friendly and helpful. The menu had a great range and unlike many places I visit this actual had the true American deep south flavour. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

hi the food was a little dried up, over cooked . The plates had to be returned they were dirty,and ew ons requested. There was no kitchen roll on the table and I had to ask for some.
