Best chippy in Leeds Amazing value, great staff. More varieties of curry sauce than you knew existed.

First time I've been here in years, very disappointed hardly any fish in the hard batter and chips were soggy and cold. Think I will stick to my usual in future.

I love the chips and sosage but the fish with its bater just isn't crispy enuf so carnt give it full stars but it's a good 8/10 And will def be coming back for more

This was my local chippy 30 years ago. Came all the way from New Zealand and it was just as good. Well worth the trip. Will definitely recommend to family here and will visit again before we leave.

By far the best fish and chips in Leeds and Bradford. The Irish curry sauce is a favourite. Great food and would recommend. Quality!

Having been brought up living near the sea I’ve had plenty of great Fish and chips but I have yet to find a really good one in Leeds until now. I was a little worried about not having skin on fish but it was nice, proper well cooked chippy chips and the mushy peas were amazing. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. Will definitely be visiting again.

Was soooo nice highly recommend I come here every week for my lunch and honestly your missing out of u come to Leeds and don’t indulge

Called on a cold January evening. I cut my finger on the way in . Staff stopped what they were doing immediately attending to me. First class service. The food was freshly cooked, good sized portions and a very fair price. We all throughly enjoyed our meals. Top class service and top class food. We had travelled from Cumbria and were staying locally. What a great “ Proper “ fish and chip shop . Absolutely superb . Well done.

Absolutely fantastic. I arrived and getting out of the car cut my finger. Staff stopped what they were doing found me a plaster . The food was top class. Freshly cooked and beautifully prepared at a very fair price. We had travelled from Cumbria what a cracking chip shop. Top class service and food .

We were here for the first time, and we ordered fish and chips. The lady was very friendly and the chef cooked everything, so it was very fresh. Portion size was good, and well wrapped to get it warm home. For sure we'll be back here for our fish and chips

Owners are lovely and friendly. Prices you won’t find anywhere else. The fish was beautifully done, tasted great and fresh! Best battered sausage and chips also.. This is now the only chippy we go to!

The best fish,chips & mushy peas I’ve tasted. Well worth the walk up the hill from the canal. Lovely to be able to sit outside and eat them straight from the fryer. Really friendly customers and owners. Highly recommend.

Best chippy my sister and I have ever been to! Service was excellent and everything we ate was delicious, plus the portion sizes were generous without being too much. Highly recommend the Irish curry sauce, and when we said we wanted LOTS of salt and vinegar of the fish and chips they listened. Will be back soon ♥️

Travelled an hour from Saddleworth to sample the culinary delights of this Yorkshire Chippy and wasn’t disappointed, excellent Fish n Chips, lovely crispy batter and great to be able to choose portion sizes..typical Yorkshire friendly service!

My personal favourite chippy in the Bramley/west Leeds area. Not overpriced beyond other chippies. Good portion sizes and very tasty.

I took my Canadian friend to relive previous visits going back to 1967. We had a great meal and he was most impressed by the tasty fish and chips and peas. The fact the service was cheerful and friendly only added to the experience.
