Didn’t even get 20 chips with my order

Order was not mine it was for someone else and ringing the restaurant they kept cancelling the call.

Full meal missing, not the first time, quality is shocking, called the restaurant and all the woman was saying is “I know I know” do not order from here, the service is a joke

Kebaba was burnt soggy salad snd hardly any thing yhere

The best chicken shish I have ever had, so tasty alone and in a wrap! Will definitely order again

I ordered beef doner wrap, no salad. It comes with salad and oven 30 minutes late!! Set of idiots, will definitely not be using them again!! And I tipped the driver, what a complete waste of money. Just East and Original Doner service sucks!! Do not use this place!! Be warned!

Ordered some chicken strips which never arrived and the smallest bag of chips I’ve ever seen.

The driver did not buzz the flat buzzer he rang to go out to the car to collect, I live in a down stairs flat, he didn’t get out of his vehicle, the food was great but won’t order again due to him

disappointing and would not order from here again. ordered chicken shish sandwhich, 4 small pieces of dry chewy chicken. pizza was one of the worst we have ever tasted

Took an extra 15mins on original delivery time. Sadly the chips were cold and didn’t taste fresh. The chicken and rice were nice.

I really like this restaurant when the food is cooked correctly. Unfortunately, on this occasion the chips were very hard and dry, and seemed to have been re-fried. To top it off, the drink was missing. Poor experience on this occasion.

I bought before you a mega combo box, and there were pieces of chicken, pieces of every meat, this is mixed kebab meat that you gave me, this is not a mixed grill

Food was of a good quality but unfortunately it was near enough cold when it arrived.

This was such a disappointment. I waited an hour and 25 minutes for this, the delivery time kept moving later everytime I looked. The food was stone cold because it had been sat for so long and was soggy. For the cost of it, incredibly disappointing.

First time ordering from here and the food was good but the tartar sauce and mushy peas that was stated would be included in the fish and chips meal, was missing. Regardless, the food was nice, would order again.

both kebabs were amazing lovely fresh moist meats and fresh salad, Turkish wraps were so light too will order again.

more garlic mayo on rice then the meat and salad just put the sauce separate so we can put on as much or as little as we like beef Doner is lovely

I ordered £30 worth of food for delivery through Uber Eats, the order never came, no phone call & Uber refuse to refund... Original Doner also rejecting my calls after a few rings... Avoid this place!

Probably the worst kebab I've had. Had a chicken kebab sandwich with Halloumi. Got one stick off Halloumi the chicken was salty and very little of it. If it wasn't a takeaway I would have took it back and wanted a refund.Very poor.

Original Döner is a really good food place, the staff was really kind and perfect flavour. I recommend trying. I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and cheese sauce, it was so tasty! 10/10, could come back every single day! Thank you original Döner!

Ordered the “Mega” combo meal. Frankly nothing mega about it apart from the price. For the price it’s quite a kick in the teeth when it the salad is roughly a third of the meal. Food wasn’t bad. It was freshly made . But you can get frozen döner from anywhere and was not anything significant. It is not authentic and the price is to recoup the cost of their decor. Severally overpriced.

Really sad to leave this as every other time Ive ordered everything has been perfect. I don’t blame Original Doner, this is on Just Eat I believe. Order was due to arrive 19:15 and arrived an hour later, however when I called Original Doner at 19:35 they said my food had been prepared 10 minutes prior and they were waiting for a driver. So £20 for stone cold food.

nice food but a bit on the just warm side, took the driver a while to dig out the correct delivery from his boot then to get his phone on the correct app fir the delivery code all of which added to the food getting colder ..

First time ordering from here very nice but I didn’t get my sauces instead got 2 bags of chips and I think £3.00 for a can of pop a bit expensive

The food is very tasty but sometimes can be too salty. And the salad could be improved as all the time I found just 1 tiny slice of cucumber and 1 of tomato. Thanks

I ordered a meal deal which comes with a doner sandwich fries and a drink, I can't get a refund for the missing fries as they didn't add it to my order. Obviously no one is going to pay £3.45 for a can of coke!!

I was disappointed with my recent order. The chips were cold, and I didn't receive the drink I had ordered. The kebab was flat and nearly empty, with just a bit of salad inside. To top it off, the sauces were mixed up. I won’t be ordering again.
