Literally just bought chicken chow mein the bean sprouts are raw there is no soy sauce not one bit of flavour just noodles and beansprouts the chicken is nice but the mushrooms are tinned and slimy I would go back for refund but im at work so never going there again

Nice food ... but prices are one of the highest around... my advice... if you want value for money, try others first...if you want quality over price... then perfect place to purchase from... would have been 5 stars.. but parking can be a problem ...

Veg in the salt and pepper prawns was past it's best, carrots were chewy and peppers tasted off. Egg fried rice tasted burnt and was quite chewy and very dry. Some of the salt and pepper chips tasted stale. Won't be using this takeaway again, used to be good, not so great now. Also, we were told 10 minutes and 25 minutes later still wasn't ready.

Great place. Staff pleasant respectable. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have used this Chinese for many years, sadly it has drastically changed... the last two orders were not palatable. The recipes must have been changed.... so can't order from here anymore, which makes me feel very sad.

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2.5 HOURS FOR THE WRONG FOOD. Absolute worst experience ever with this Chinese, took over 2 and a half hours to get here, called after 1.5 hours they said it was on the way, hour later I drive to the store and it STILL hadn’t left, only for me to get home and half the order is wrong.

I have used Oriental Kitchen for 18 years. The food & service very good. Even though we have moved away from the area 7 years ago we still order from here. Delivery makes no difference food still delicious.

The beef was dry and tuff a unpleasant dinner

Best chinese around the area! Highly recommend... staying traditional with the silver trays reminds me of when I was a kid.. curry sauce is beautiful.. I'm glad the chips are still the same and you ain't changed them like the rest of the chineses. I will certainly be using this chinese again

Me and my family have been ordering food here at Oriental Kitchen for years, and their food is so teasty and delicious 😊👍 they deserve a five star the people who own the place are so lovely I'd give them a thumbs up any day 👍👍👍 their chicken chew mein and chicken curry is lovely, I'd recommend them to everyone 😊👍

Honestly the best Chinese around. my favourite is the duck chow mein. The flavour is incredible and the people that work there are lovely. The only problem is that it tastes so good I spend all my money in there. Coming from a half chinese family I approve 100%

General stuff: Building is okay, the interior has a nice feeling to it. I love how sometimes you can smell the food. Food: The beef is juicy and honestly it's delicious. The chicken is also brilliant. It is really good, I recommend the chicken balls. The sweet and sour sauce is brilliant, it is a bit watery now and then but other than that it is great. The duck is tender and succulent. Delivery: The delivery is quite quick and the delivery people are usually really nice. Overall, a great time!

I would give this place no stars if allowed! First time and most certainly my last! Ordered a beef curry, the meat WAS SO TOUGH I could not chew it,horrible cheap cut of beef! WOULD NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Does not deserve a one star. The food is very bland. I have eaten there for years. it is substandard I have complained. But they fob you off. Do not bother eating there. Waist of your money.xx

Had delivery for 12 people. All dishes good & generous portions. Sweet and Sour Chicken particularly good. No complaints here.

I came there last night and judging by the smell of the food I was expecting quality only to be left with nothing but a kids spoilt dream. Your prawn balls... At first glance I was expecting a big prawn inside but was left chewing on heavy excess of batter that you most probably let the prawn have his last swim before your thought it fit for consumption. The beef chow mein... How can you still leave beef looking pink and on top of that there was no taste to your lack of noodles. Nothing but hopes and dreams. The egg fried rice. How can what i tasted was like the smell of bleach, are you trying to feed people or kill them. If i myself was homeless I'd be disappointed l. Chicken wings with spicy sea salt and chill. How can I just get a portion of half a chicken wing. If i wanted legs I'd just go find a chicken shop but alas. It was dry barely had any spice and felt like I was forcing myself to eat after chewing on the same piece of meat for what felt like an eternity. I think the only part of this ridiculous that me. And my lady enjoyed was the chips. We even thought of trying to salvage what little we could but then you wouldn't play with your own feces would you.

Went there last night never again woke up at 5 this morning being sick and dizzy still ill now in bed

Used this place a lot over the year's it was just average but eatable but the last one was terrible, so the next time I went in I informed the young man behind the counter, not to insult him or gain anything for free,I was just plain good customer feedback, I mean, I just put it down to a bad one, you get one now and then and i was going to eat from there again, I was told If I didn't like the food, to get out and don't come back. So guess what I did, not the only Chinese takeaway in the area. I would go elsewhere.

Food was plain, had to add salt for it to taste a little bit better. Delivery driver mentioned twice he had change in the car but failed to go and get it resulting in me having to say keep it!! Short changed, which isn't very nice when the food is quite expensive as it is!! Defiantly would not return!

Have been lucky enough to have this on my doorstep for over 20 years! Food is always freshly prepared - and fantastic value & quality.
