Absolutely love this place. Guy on phone is brilliant.

Just had chicken curry and chicken omelette, it’s a shame it’s preformed chicken, mostly square chunks in curry, so won’t be ordering again

I was pleasantly surprised by this take away Chinese restaurant, the clean environment, the very fast service, the roast pork fried rice was really delicious, not greasy food, with enough meat and peas, a very delicate taste, I would have preferred it to be a little spicy, but really delicious! recommended!

I am a very fussy eater when it comes to bbq ribs and the sauce but these are the most hand down best ribs I’ve had in a while even the sauce is amazing all the food is good but I have to hype up the ribs because I’m not really a pork eater but theses are incredible and to top it off there delivery driver is one of the most friendliest drivers I have met

Food is great, only the second time we've eaten from there. Won't be the last time. Cash only, which can be a pain. Thankfully ATMs close by

The vegetable spring rolls are battered then fried by the looks of it. Taste of oil. My bbq beef ribs didn’t taste of bbq at all and were mainly fat - the bbq sauce itself was like a jelly and was set. My girlfriend had the duck and said that was okay.

I have had many good Chinese meals at Oriental House over the past 15 years and what I experienced last night was not the usual standard of Oriental House. The sweet and sour sauce was red and tasted like ketchup and was like jelly. The peking sauce on my ribs was like jelly too. Special fried I ordered with gravy and it came with proper Bisto on, this tasted quite nice. I think the chef has left.

Got to the house in good time, but the vegetable spring rolls, looked like they had been put in batter and tasted like there was no vegetables in then. And too oily. Then when I was eating the egg fried rice and beef curry, started getting a stomach ache, really felt like I was going to throw up, got close a few times that I had to run to the toilet as I felt like I going to hurl. Never ordering from there again

Very poor food one of the worse takeaway meals I’ve had in a very long time, I was looking forward to trying the Oriental house due to the amount of good reviews it has, I was very disappointed the food was plentiful but totally tasteless the pancake roll was more like a toilet roll dipped in batter and deep fried it was awful and inedible the chicken chowmein wasn’t Any better in fact the whole meal was very poor I definitely won’t be using oriental Pearl again!

Mi esposa ordenó una comida para llevar para nuestra cena anoche a las 17:00 pm 14/02/2020. La tienda estaba muy limpia y fue recibida con una sonrisa amistosa al entrar en la tienda. Ambos disfrutamos nuestras comidas, tuve el pollo al limón con arroz frito con huevo y mi esposa tenía pollo con champiñones, que a los dos nos pareció muy sabroso. Esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en esta comida para llevar, pero volveremos pronto.

We ordered our evening meal last night on recommendation as were not so happy with our usual take out place , to say we were impressed is putting it mildly , you have definitely gained new customers as the food was excellent each choice we chose was delicious, we had it delivered it took slightly less time than stated , will definitely be ordering from here again .

Driver spent 25 minutes trying to locate where we live after explaining ourself to the driver where we live in relation to where he was - 2 minutes drive. We called oriental house to explain the situation and to not bother with the food. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Just horrible. Paid 26 quid for disgusting left overs. Satay chicken was watered down curry with pineapple, clearly some left over from another dish. Shredded beef was very sweet and chewy. Vegetables were burnt and slimy. The starter prawn toast was stiff as cardboard. all disgusting ,waste of money. Had to bin it :(

Food was pipping hot, and really big portions actually too much for me but better to have more than not eh!! Everything was perfect right don to the delivery guy who was curtious. I will be ordering from here again and I suggest you make an order from them too.

Food was very poor the mixed meat udon just had a few shreds of meat in and that was hard like old meat . And only got 3 wings very poor indeed .

The only Chinese takeaway we will use. Never had a bad meal, they have never got our orders wrong, quite often lengthy wait due to amount of customers, but definitely worth waiting for. Great family business and would recommend over and over

Nunca he tenido una mala comida de este lugar. Nos dieron una comida para llevar en nochevieja.El servicio fue rápido y la señorita que nos atendio era un amable como siempre.La comida aquí es siempre fantástico. Tenía Casa Especial arroz frito, que es siempre bueno con dulce y agria pollo y costillas.Las porciones son siempre grandes y el precio está muy bien.Recomiendo encarecidamente este para llevar chino.

It took over 2 hours to arrive from the time of ordering. The food was exceptionally greasy which it hasn't been before, sadly we will not order again.

We use this chinese restaurant all the time. We have tried others in the past but none match the quality of Oriental House. The food is always piping hot, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a delay for delivery of food but its definitely worth the wait.

We have been using Oriental House for 10+ years. Food is always excellent and hot. At busy times delivery might be slow, but always worth the wait!
