What a wonderful experience!!! I ordered the salt and pepper chicken and the crispy shredded beef and what a delight. Exactly what I needed after a long week on the job.

Nice food but a bit j Hot for me

My partner and I have been ordering food from the Oriental Harvest, on a regular basis, for over 10 years. The service is always polite and friendly and the food has always been of a very good standard. I haven't rated the atmosphere because, as it's a take away, it isn't applicable.

Substandard rice almost not cooked which absorbed the very thin sauce, approached owner who did not offer return or alternative merely said that is the standard, very disappointing will be going next door to golden ball as advised by others

First time using here, had better elsewhere

Today, April 3rd, a friend introduced me to Shijiazhuang. The lady who runs this shop is very kind, very talkative, and she is young and beautiful. The food is also made with care and is very delicious. The children are full of praises. If you come to Walsall or pass nearby, take out here. Definitely the first choice.

I would have loved to have given this place 5 stars across the board, we were recommended to this takeaway by my friend who raves about it, sadly I don't share his enthusiasm or his taste buds. We had a lot of food and all of us sort of said the same thing, the food was hot but pretty tasteless, none of us could really taste the food at all, it was like having covid with no taste. Maybe it was an off day in the kitchen but certainly no taste to the food we had. Sorry Oriental Harvest, not for us.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying a plethora of dishes from The Oriental Harvest over the course of many years, and can happily say that the owners have brought forward the authentic taste of China to Walsall! I’ve recently enjoyed the Deep fried squid, spare ribs, chicken balls and prawn chowmein and can highly recommend the entire menu as it’s very diverse in selection. The Deep fried squid was juicy, mild, yet slightly sweet. The spare ribs were to die for - absolutely full of taste and paired beautifully with the soy sauce, bringing out its rich flavour. The chicken balls were exquisite, complimented in a crispy batter coating and went great with dipping sauces. I highly recommend the prawn chowmein as I’ve gone for it time and time again! The mix of the chowmein sauce mixed in with the prawns were both savoury and sweet. The owners are wonderful, friendly and respectful people, who make every visit a joy. Do not pass up this lovely takeaway, which I highly recommend. 5/5!

This takeaway does the best chinese food in the whole city. I recommend the chow mein and the spring rolls. You will not be disappointed. The staff are so lovely, just like their food. If you’re looking for some good food, this is the place!

I am blown away by how tasty this Chinese is. I have to say it is probably now one of my favourites. The pork rib was so juicy and sweet, I have never eaten a pork rib so good! The egg fried rice was delicious and honestly should be your go to. Staff were friendly when I picked up for collection, they were so smiley and actually made my day. My new favourite Chinese takeway, thanks guys!

Great service, delicious food cooked to order. Perfect amount of food, and packed especially to meet our needs. I recommend the Beef and Green Pepper in black bean sauce.

This ain't the oriental harvest half the size all container rice dry had 2 mushroom halves n a tablespoon of curry vile I was a massive fan 2nd bad meal

If I could give zero rating Don't waste your money here Asda frozen food taste much better Ordered Pork ribs, chicken sweet and sour crispy balls and oriental special fried rice Firstly order was taken wrong, instead of sweet and sour sauce a gravy sauce was given Pork ribs weren't juicy, it was like cooked few days ago and warmed and sauce just put on Chicken tasted as breaded fish

Food was standard, half hour over delivery time, missed item on order called to be told i didnt order item even though i no i did couldnt be bothered to send it back out, after looking at menu was definitely charged for item when adding order up. So poor customer service in my opinon. Wont order again poor service substandard food

Bit of a mix up with payment tonight at the door from both ends but delivery driver came back with in seconds soon as he realised and apologised by phone call too also lady on the phone was very helpful with the situation, anyway we wouldn't go nowhere else as we love the food from here our family love flavour and taste and the food ticks all the boxes for us all as well as polite and helpful staff 👍we would give you more stars if we could.......

Best Cantonese food in Walsall The food was delicious, the staff friendly and waiting time was short. Highly recommended and by far the best Cantonese takeaway I have tried in Bloxwich and Walsall.

People seemed nice but all the food we had tasted extremely bland, chips were overcooked, chowmein was bland and all clumped together and was like mush with no bite to it at all, egg fried rice all clumped together, won't use them again as tiptop just down the road is so much better than this one

Food is absolutely beautiful , best and by far the greatest chinese/cantonese food you’ll ever experience, as a family weve used them for roughly about 10 years now, and up to this exact point, we have never had food better customer service is 100% quickness of delivery is 100% Also Food is 100% A must try takeaway!!!

Food packed in a little plastic tub now a proper food carton not a lot of chips or curry sauce very dissapointed for the price ive paid absolutely disgusting

the food is only good for a dog which they may use as an ingerdiant in the food from what i have tasted the chicken balls can only be called chicken balls if there was chicken in them not deep fried fat
