order never got delivered, even though it said it was delivered at 17.55, I never actually received it

Missing sweet and sour sauce from my chicken balls

Had to wait despite a 20 minute collection time. would have had it delivered instead. the food in general was monotonous in taste. had no veggies. I understand things have become costly and they have raised their prices too, but earlier one would find some veggies here and there in the food. now almost nothing.

Made food order for 4 people. Food took over hour and half to arrive! When it did it was cold and missing 3 dishes! !! Called takeaway to be told they were not ordered which they were! No apology nothing. Disgusting attitude.Always order from there but no more. Apart from missing dishes and terrible delivery time, cold food and unhelpful staff who couldn’t care less attitude the food was tasteless and bland. Completely ruined birthday meal.

I get this Chinese every time! Duck spring rolls and sweet n sour prawns are my go to with other dishes trying at random (crispy shredded beef in the photo). Always a tasty treat!

Third time in a row over 30 mins late, food burnt and stone cold, the crispy beef was so salty we couldn’t even eat a few mouthfuls!! The chow mein tasted of paraffin AGAIN! Disappointed! Will be using somewhere else from now on

The food was bland, sweet and sour sauce was more of a sour tomato sauce the chips were fried oven chips, the ribs had hardly any meat and the sauce was questionable. This is the 2nd time I have been here and definitely the last as both times were awful, thought I’d give them another go as may have been a chance that last time was a one off…seems not. Overall very disappointed with the food quality-especially for the price!

Food was lovely but the plain chicken chow mein wasn’t edible.. just tasted burnt 😔.

Keep up the good work 👏 golden crab claws are recommended but must be eaten with caution as contain pointed bit of bones as are the lovely butterfly prawns in breadcrumbs

I was hopeless of Asian food in UK after tasting itsu, shoryu, grand village imperial... This is the best and only reall Chinese food in these 2 months I had never tasted after I moved to UK. Judge me? I was still having Canton dishes in 1.5months ago. From left to right Fu Yang egg special King prawn fried rice Beef with broccoli And the free prawn chips.

It took 2 hours to arrive and half the food was cold. The eta was 2 hours so it was technically on time but there’s no excuse for cold food.

Awful food. Don't waste you time. I've ordered some chicken and the sauce in it looked like dish water (what is left in the sink when you finish your washing up). I hoped at least it would've been tasty, but seriously, it tasted like microwaved food.

Have enjoyed ordering from here many times before but this weekend the delivery time changed by 30 mins once the order was in so kids were very hungry by the time it got here. Food was also not as good. I guess it was a busy night but I won't be ordering again.

Food was terrible! rock hard pork pieces which could not eat chips soggy the rice was ok.The delivery time stated was 15.20 after i placed the order it changed to 15.50! Used to like oriental express but will never order from hem again!!

Ordered from here the other day. Very quick delivery and food was piping hot when it arrived so I was impressed. I ordered the mixed chow mein (portion size great, much more meat than any other takeaway I’ve found so far), the pork in black bean (a little dry and sauce not my favourite but it was fine) and the mixed salt chilli combo (very nice but could have done with more spice and seasoning imo). In general it was good but I found it quite expensive. I will probably order again though.

I've ordered from here twice in the last week. The first time was expensive and the chicken was in a sauce that was slightly too sweet. Fine. The second time I ordered crispy beef. What I received was not crispy beef, it was deep fried batter. I actually can't tell if there's any beef in it, it's so thin. Really disappointed! I really wish I could get a refund. As most people pointed out, the place is really expensive, and I would really expect them to put in good quality beef.
