Food was awful and driver didn’t have a clue what he was doing

Wow the chicken bits were just batter and no chicken and the 1/4 duck was so small Didn’t even make 6 pancake I’ve been on just eating for years and this is the first time ever I’ve had to warn people avoid!!!

Ordered for the first time ever which is always a risk, but man, this paid off big time. Will definitely order again. Chicken pieces in the honey garlic and the sweet and sour were cut super small but the flavours were all right where they should be!!!

Have ordered from Dragon Bowl several times. Food has been good - arriving quickly and hot. The boss lady is very reasonable - once had a mix up with my order (happens) and she sorted me out with no bother. Overall a class establishment.

They forgot to give us curry sauce which made having rice and chips very dry.

By far one of the best Chinese restaurants in Oxford. Eveything on the menu is amazing, food is so tasty and clean, and the customer service is fast. A great choice for comfort food.

Haven’t ordered from here for a while and sadly won’t be going back. The beef chow Mein tasted burnt and the beef was chewy & tough , the mo shu pork was watery and unpleasant. The dumplings were nice and the spring rolls were ok. I’ll go back to rice box next time. Disappointed .

The most bland and disappointing take away I’ve ever had delivered. The ribs were cooked but just something like congealed gravy put on the top,horrible. The crispy chilli beef was dry and tasteless too. Threw away after a few mouthfuls. Will not be using again.

Wow what can i say, after singing their praises for nearly 10yrs they’ve really let themselves down. Ordered £40 worth of food for to turn up cold and i could tell it was reheated yesterdays stock!!! Will stay away from now on!!!

Everything was OK except the crispy shredded beef it was so chewy and looked like worms not what it was ment to be at all could not eat it

Excellent meal, very tasty, not greasy, lovely soups and crispy spring rolls, tasty mains and rice and the Singapore noodles were nice and spicy. All arrived hot, will use again.

Will not be ordering again. Both chicken dishes were in edible so dry. A complete waste of money. Most of the meal had to go in the bin. Gone downhill it used to be lovely food.

The food came early but the quality was a let down. The fried rice was dry and the Honey and garlic chicken was not only chewy and very difficult to eat it had sugar instead of honey in it..

Bought beef in chilli oil and it was awesome Loved it Going to be a regular there.

Was okay, but it was one of the worst Katsus I have ever had. Chicken was overcooked and looked like it was breaded instead of panko. Sauce was lacking in flavour, and the rice tasted stale. The veggie spring rolls were amazing though! And the delivery was quick.

Tasty food, leagues above panda House down the road, and very friendly staff when we came to pick up our order. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I used to love the food from Dragon Bowl however recently the quality has declined. The price has gone up but the taste has been compromised. Need to improve!

One of our best experiences of a Chinese restaurant in oxford. The portion sizes could be bigger for the price, but the service was way quicker than predicted and the quality was great!

It says our food has been delivered but it hasn’t been.

Delivery times have been slipping quite a lot over the last couple of months. I don't mind it taking a long time, but you really need to update the estimates so we know what to plan for. Food arrived so late that it was cold. Called the restaurant to inquire, and they said it was out for delivery already, another 40 minutes went by before it arrived.

First time I use this shop, a few things I like: the food portion was really big (so quite a bit leftover for my work lunch tomorrow); service was too class, polite staff and right on time. The chowmein is no doubt the best I’ve tasted on JE for a long time. So all in all a good enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, food quality seems to have dropped with the implementation of this new menu (has been a few months since we last ordered from Dragon Bowl). Shame that chicken satay no longer offered as a starter (the main satay option is not worth ordering, nothing like it), and the sweet and sour chicken was a bit tough. Also disappointing that the spring rolls did not come with sauce. Unsure if new management as last time ordered crispy chilli beef and it was all carrot which was not good. Service and collection time were great though, cannot fault that.

Good food, good prices and great people. Service is quite fast, and much more reliable than other take outs I've been to. It's located right outside a bus stop which is great for easy access for pickup orders. Highly recommend it.

First time I. Have used this takeaway. Excellent food, this was delivered on time and at the correct temperature. The driver was polite and courteous,and my overall impression was excellent.

Well how can I start the special egg omelette was tasteless the garlic and pepper chips were stale and hard and the complementary prawn crackers was also stale the only good thing about this order was it came extremely fast. Very disappointing meal for the price

Completely stale prawn crackers, hardly any beef in the dish, flavourless egg fried rice that was practically just boiled white rice, and partially solid sweet and sour sauce that tasted mostly like tomato. Arrived luke-warm too. I was excited to try a new Chinese takeaway and the reviews here looked really good, but I was sorely disappointed. The food did arrive on time, though. So props for that.

This is the first time we have tried your food and it was very enjoyable apart from the prawn crackers which almost tasted stale. We will definitely use you again as we have been badly let down by our usual chinese takeaway who we have used for years. Many thanks

Garlic and chilli chicken bites are legendary, chicken chowmein is full of flavor and more impressive, delivery was within 35min, efficient and satisfying, a new record! Keep up the food work dragon bowl!

The menu has changed, the prices have changed, I miss the beef with brocollli on the new menu. the noodles we're nice.

The duck wasn’t shredded which I found kinda inconvenient and wouldn’t order again. The garlic and chilli rice didn’t have much flavour in my opinion. Stir fired was nice tho

Been ordering from here for a while, really cannot fault anything - apart from the recent price increase (but everything and everywhere is these days, yeah I did the comparison trust me). Good quality and the little extra goes a long way.
