Please stay away from this restaurant. I think all-you-can-eat buffets are a scam. I thought this one would be different from others, but it was a disappointment. There are lots of varieties, but the food is not good quality. They all look nice from the outside but inside not at good level. For nearly most of the food, there was a missing item inside. Most of it was tasteless. The ice cream was not like ice cream; it was sugarless. All the Chinese food was oily. The chips and hash browns were extremely oily. Please change the oil regularly; otherwise, we will get the same taste for all kinds of foods in the section. The pasta was unsalted. The red cabbage salad was extremely savory with no trace of cabbage flavor; it only tasted like vinegar. Some of the cherry tomatoes were moldy which put me off getting salad. For that much money, the quality of the food is terrible. It is too expensive. Even Lidl £0.80sh margarita pizzas are tastier. Unfortunately, the only tasty things were the tortilla crisps, cone of ice cream, and soft drink (which are all packaged items). Keep buying them from those brands! Please improve the quality of the food or reduce the variety to spend more time on improvement. I will not be coming back again.

Recommended by my family, we had to take a trip there. Well hidden & down the escalator from the main street near St Giles, you will find a huge hidden gem ! Very large restaurant( Best to book a table) but luckily, we found a table . 20 pounds eat as much as you want with an enormous variety of meals & desserts from different countries !

Probably one of the best parts of my trip. This place has EVERYTHING and they are so nice.

I found it a bit frustrating. The place was very crowded and the food did not meet my expectations. There were few sushi options, a line and a wait to get a small portion of seafood and when it was my turn they had run out of scallops.

Last two visits to Cosmo was not a good experience, as the escalator wasn’t working and my over 80 years old family friend has to take the steps instead and was struggling. The table we were given was wobbly and moving to side by side as it was not balancing properly. There weren’t any desserts left at the end everything was empty. The food was ok, they had variety of cuisine.

This food might satisfy Westerners, but it would spell failure in Asia

There are lots of options to choose from- Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese etc. If you have a good appetite and you are looking for variety, then it's 100% worth what you pay for. I would recommend the pork ribs, sweet corn soup and spicy aubergine- these are what I liked the best. Some of the desserts were quite good- again, lots of variety. The chocolate fountain was cool! I noticed that the kids were greatly enjoying the dessert section. A good place for family dinners. In general, the food is not bad, it's average in taste. The variety is the appeal, not the taste.

The Indian looking staff just rudely brush off against customer without apologizing while I was dining. Such rude behavior for service

Come here regularly whenever I'm in Oxford. It could do with more veggie options but there's still alot for me. The only problem I find is the staff often do not speak English well and don't understand what you're asking so after asking 5 people you might get somewhere.

Ate here when visiting the area. Some of the options available are different from my local one in Norwich, so it was a pleasant experience.

A great place to socialize with friends and family, the quality of the service is great, the staff is very helpful and attentive, regarding the food there is a huge variety of options and I believe it is impossible to try everything the restaurant offers, so the quality of the food ends up not being one of the greatest, but I recommend the place!

Great service, good foods, well seating for large group

Visited Oxford and after some drinks fancied some Chinese food. Google searched and this place was the closest with decent existing review ratings. When we arrived was very busy with 15 minutes wait but this was all very well explained so we waited in the bar with very engaging and welcoming bar staff. We really enjoyed our experience here, the buffet food was all very well presented with superb choices and all of good quality and great value for money. Will definitely re-visit and thanks to all the team at this Oxford restaurant . This was my first visit and you made a great first impression.

The quality of the food is not very high but it is sufficient. You can see the prices you attached photos. I would not recommend it if you are not very hungry. You can sit with a large group and eat comfortably. Drinks except water are not included in the price. St Giles car park is very close if you have a car you can leave it there.

Amazing atmosphere but some food was cold and not a lot of options though there was a lot of fish. Drinks were payed for seperatly but its paying for the cup and you can fill as many times. A few ajustmants needed . Ice cream and popcorn machines out of order I would go agian but i dont like fish.

Popped to cosmo's all you can eat in Oxford tonight! ABSOLUTE waste of time and money. The food quality was disgusting. Food was Cold, pancakes for the duck were dry and falling apart.had to come home and make food. The manager came out with a food probe started probing all the food and said the food was up to temperature trying to insinuate that I was making it up.. what I was stating was the food was cold not cooked cold and the quality of the food was shoddy. £50 left hungry and was told all he could do is give me 25% of my bill back. Not happy and will not being going back. I have a big social media following and I'll be making it known that the service and the food quality was certainly not worth the money! To be told all they can do is give me £12.25 back is laughable. I was under the impression I was dealing with the manager until he said if I wanted more than £12.25 back I'd have to speak to the actual manager. Shocking!

Amazing experience at Cosmos yesterday. Didn’t book, but wonderful staff made us welcome and found us a spot. Fantastic food and so much variety. Chocolate fountain is a must! Lovely thank you.

This is a fabulous “all you can eat” around the world restaurant, the staff are really friendly & efficient, it’s nice & clean , the food offering is amazing ! A place for every occasion!

Great place to go. Lots of food choices that are freshly cooked. This was our second visit, and it can get really busy. Only negative was ordering drinks. We were seated and then left to it. Took us several attempts to be able to order a drink as all the employees were busy doing other things. Definitely go back again though.

I usually like this place for the convenience and the variety but in more recent visits I've noticed that the quality isn't as it's best and the options aren't refreshed and replenished as often as they should be. Unfortunately the wine selection isn't that good either 😕 Having said all that it's a pretty good place to meet friends for all occasions. With a bit of tweaking it could be as it was when it first opened

Went here for a friends birthday. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the quality of food and the service provided. The staff were absolutely amazing and outdid themselves. They sang happy birthday to my friend and provide cake at such short notice, the food was delicious and they had a massive range of dishes. The variety of food was amazing they had halal food, vegetarian options, drink dispensers, bar, dessert, Chinese, fresh grill and many more. There is a limit of 2hours I believe but this place has become my go to. Thanks again guys !

Very Clean A Very Good Buffet For Birthdays

I have been here with family and friends a few times and like the place! It’s a good fun (little expensive though) Waitress are always nice and table is always prepared and ready as booked. Few things need seriously improving is the fish bar and meat bar:- if you need some freshly cooked seafood you have to wait over 30 minutes! Most of the times Beef is not available! Also, salad dishes need to be topped up more often as sometimes there is no salads! Overall ok and can be good fun for adults and kids.

We ate our moneys worth, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff very polite, helpful and professional, from the moment we walked in, till the moment we were ready to leave. The food was sub par. We came at 4:30 which was meant to be dinner but all seemed left over lunch and dinner options were not available until we were leaving. Carvery was unwelcoming as the meats just appeared to be for display, no staff available to serve. Most staff seemed to be walking about aimlessly snatching plates from customers before they had finished, a trip to the loo resulted in food being taken - not sure this is good for wastage really it was untouched food. Sad as have had better experiences

Spend just under £200 here waste of money! Terrible service! Food was not getting topped up! Waited nearly 10 mins just for nan! Wont be returning! A chicken nugget was not cooked still raw!

The food was actually disgusting to eat, the one in coventry was way better than this, came all the way for such a disappointing experience. Don’t get me wrong the layout is beautiful but the food tasted cheap. There was not much option and they’ve seemed to shrunk there buffet, this one should have been closed not Cov!!! Rude Service.

I have visited more than 10 buffet restaurants, this might be the best one for unlimited food with more than 10 different cuisine. Amazing customer service and nice selection of cocktails.

Although we got there nearer to closing time for dinner still foods were absolutely incredible, good customer care & services and good vibes to enjoy with your loved ones. Thank you to all staffs. Fav👍🏻👌🤛🏼

The experience was new and the food was delicious

On the 13th April we went to the Cosmo for lunch. The atmosphere and table service was great but unfortunately most of the food trays were empty and the staffs were taking very long to top up those food. Also, there were no Naans and when I asked one indian cook for some naan, I literally had to wait for more than 20 minutes for him to bake 2 Naans and refill the the naan basket. Hope all this will improve.

Avoid! Very disappointing and would not recommend! At 2 pm there was no food to choose from, as it opened at 12, this was unexpected. So in essence we ate noodles and rice that were still available, for £16,99. A warning at entrance that food is low would have been the decent thing to do. So we paid at entrance and came out hungry. I never made such review but this is needed. Also, the staff was uninterested in providing a service.

Light atmosphere and very good food, regardless of which country you choose. The Indian TOP...even the pizza isn't bad. And the AYCE formula allows you to try everything...a tour of the culinary world! And then the desserts, with a cascade of excellent chocolate that will allow you to indulge in a delicious feast! A pleasant lunch break in a magical location!!

4/10 for food. I had high hopes as this was a recommendation, but I was left disappointed with the quality of the food.

We were here for the 3rd time today and once again it was perfect. Sunil welcomed us very friendly and remembered us. The food was again very tasty. The service was very attentive and helpful. We will be back on our next visit to Oxford and can only recommend a visit to Cosmo. Thanks to Sunil and his team!

Not the best, very disappointed the noodles was very dry, food containers took ages to be refilled. Never no pizza an a que waiting. Table serves was poor we had a pile of plates on our table that needed to be taken away trying to eat. I would not return to this cosmo again.

They are more concerned with you getting out than ensuring food trays are filled up. For it’s worth the desert was the only good part

Although I had high hopes for Cosmo restaurant, I must admit that my experience fell short of expectations. While the variety of dishes offered was impressive, the overall quality was unfortunately average at best. However, what truly detracted from the dining experience was the overwhelming noise level within the restaurant, coupled with the presence of running and shouting children. The combination of these factors made it challenging to enjoy a peaceful meal. I hope that in the future, Cosmo can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant dining environment for all patrons.

I was eating today with my family. The restaurant its really clean and organised, food looks amazing and its really tasty. The atmosphere was amazing.The desserts are tasty and fresh, you feel fresh after eat them. The nice thing is, you can eat how much u want at a good price, a lot of different food.

Arrived a bit early before our booked time. Was allowed in early to our table. Drinks where ordered ( refill drinks) which took about 20 mins to arrive and then went to get outer food. About a 5 mins wait for plates (lord only knows) then got stuck in to loads of hot and flavourful food.

I was served a by a chef named rodgers at the made to order stand. He had very positive energy and served with a big genuine smile which made my meal very enjoyable! (The dumplings he made were great!) Thanks!

Nice food but I don’t like how the q for the tables is right beside where u eat and I mean like two inches away…. Also the foods a bit mad but it’s alright and I wouldn’t complain for the amount of options ,there’s something for eveyone Don’t expect any smiles though. all the staff seem angry your there

Good value for money. Plenty of food choice, literally everything you can imagine, from roasts to sushi. Definitely worth a visit.

Staff was extremely nice and friendly, especially Sunil! Very quick to get seated. Food was good and lots of cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Japanese, English) Plates were taken away promptly and overall, experience was very good! Depending on how much you can eat, price is relatively good.

Nestled in a vibrant atmosphere, this undisclosed venue hosted both our company's Christmas celebration and a recent family gathering with seamless grace. Despite a lack of reservation, their prompt service, led by a spirited Nepalese manager, left a lasting impression. An unequivocal recommendation for all to experience its allure.

Had buffet lunch with family. Food was good but could be more better. However, mostly it hurts when they charge you a "service charge". It a buffer place and everything you do by yourself. Even when you ask a glass of water, they will give you a glass and tell you to fill water by yourself. 😂. Not gonna go again

For our outmost surprise and completely shocking we were told by a Chinese looking manager/ supervisor ,that since we don't have a reservation booked we have to pay for our food and drinks before we can be seated and that the new rules since 1st of February. I felt biased and judged as being an south asian family visiting the restaurant. However I continued and paid as i didn't wanted to make my family feel bad. The drinks i paid for never came on the table so i went to collect all the 7 big glass of drinks at the bar myself. We were not even attended by the staff even once to ask if our food was ok or if we need anything else. Felt biased/ judged/ neglected and wasted my money on such a bad place providing disgusting quality of customer service.

Enjoyed all of the sushi as well as Chinese dim sum. Sushi were fresh and the noodle bar is a plus. Staff were friendly and very quick to collect the used plates from the table. Highly recommended for people who visit Oxford.

I've been in there few times, the restaurant it's nice, the staff is really helpful. The food quality it's a bit up and down, for example: I had a bit of spagetti carbonara which was made most like with one of them carbonara sauces that you can find in the supermarket, because the taste was nothing like the real carbonara ! Some of the vegetables were half cooked which is a bit disappoiting. But most of the food in there it's pretty decent, also the desserts section is amazing.

Excellent choice of freshly cooked food. Cleanliness was obviously important as the tables were cleared promptly and the food areas were being cleaned frequently. Happy to eat here again

We've been here twice for dinner in the past few weeks and enjoyed it both times. The buffet is reasonably priced and drinks are on the cheap side and with a good amount of choice. Food is tasty, although oddly enough could do with a few more Asian dishes, rather than having so many English choices (fish fingers, chicken nuggets, chips etc!). Things also get pretty busy and you're unlikely to get a quiet table away from the crowd. There's a reason it's popular though; Good food and at a decent price and with helpful and polite staff. We'll keep coming back!

Booked a table, but didn’t seem necessary as people were all getting in with no issue. Table service of drinks was a nice touch compared to Southampton one where you queue up for drinks. The food, although quite a good choice none of the dishes were really standout great. Most were tepid at best imho and they ran out of plates 3 times whilst I was there. Expensive compared to other branches.
