Always hot, always tasty & delivered with a smile. Wish the rice dishes were half the size though as a little too much for one, but that's my opinion

I read Leray M's review and was glad it was not just me. The food used to be outstanding. I hadn't order from there for sometime. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was! It was awful!! I can't find anything good to say about any of the dishes. :(

Food is excellent. They are happy to add or take something out of a dish if you don't like it.. Value for money. They really pack out their containers. And give me extra crackers for my parrot.

i oredered a vegetable chow mein as i am vegeterian but was sent chicken chow mein instead...not impressed. its not hard to read a food order.

Always love this place but I got beef satay today for £7.50 for 4 skewers but I literally had 3 skinny thin slices of beef on each one. Feel majorly ripped off for that. Apart from that the rest was great.

This "Oriental Chef" takeaway food is absolutely outstanding. We used to live in the area for many, many years and have moved to retire in the West Country of Somerset. We haven't found a Chinese Takeaway as good as the "Oriental Chef" we left behind in "Walton on Thames". So we travel 140 miles every so often to buy in bulk the "Oriental Chef" Chinese takeaway food. It is absolutely outstanding and deserves five stars, I would give it ten stars. The "Oriental Chef" food has a 10 out of 10 from my family. Wish they could open one here in Taunton , Somerset. A big thank you for the years of wonderful food. So whilst the food was actually pretty reasonable, i was so annoyed after waiting 1.5 hours, that i didnt enjoy the experience at all. You place an order thinking it will give a reasonable wait time, maybe 30-40 mins max. but it doesnt tell you until you've ordered how long it will take. 1hr 15m!! Its only a few streets away! And it actually took 1hr 30 mins - with no apology, and only left the shop once I had phoned to ask where it was. If you're hungry and choose not to cook this evening, go elsewhere!

Good size slices of pork. Arrived hot and what was supposed to be crispy was crispy. The pork was too vinegary for me, but that's the only negative.

Chips was saltless and soft- next time chips should be crispy and alittle salt. Prawns not well cooked and crispy. Chicken is well seasoned and spicy. Noodles and Rice is tasty but appeared to brown. Next time rice and noodles should appeared clear and white alittle

I had a conversation with the restaurant manager, Mike he said his name was. I have explained my disappointment with the food, particularly the chicken wings & the sweet and sour chicken. He advised that I should claim a refund for those two items

Undoubtedly the strangest weirdest Chinese I have ever had

Hot & Sour Soup was like sweet and sour sauce. Ribs covered in pepper couldn’t eat them. Duck and noodles were good.

can you please change the ribs and deliver again ASAP..far too crispy burnt even.nobody is enjoying them at all.everything else is fine.

The food is good, no question it's good. But not great or the highest standard. Everything arrives, is hot, good portions, well cooked... Etc. But there is always something about it. In tonight's case, much of the food was very bland. Chilli Shredded Beef, tasted like wet cardboard, with a hint of toasted sesame oil. That was probably the worst part. The rest was better, great Singapore Noodles, satay, etc.

Probably the worst Chinese I’ve had. The chicken noodle soup had no flavour, dumplings were tough and rubbery. Food was cold. When I phoned, spoke to a very rude and unprofessional lady. Food went in the bin.
