Ordered on deliveroo, I wasn't expecting much as I'm not a vegetarian or vegan. However, genuinely it was really good. I have no complaints at all, I got a solid burger and wrap which rivals and is possibly better than anywhere else in the area.

Great marmite chips! Quite pricey though.

Visited the hole-in-the-wall location on Picton Street (the very first one!) - we were served by the bright and smiley Kyla who really brought some good energy to our bank holiday Monday. She was helpful in discussing the menu options and quick in preparing the food, which is some of the best we’ve had (which, in as vegan-friendly a city as Bristol, is a tall order). The food was delicious, flavoursome and all put together really well. It’s refreshing to have so many options and catered to all tastes. Whether you’re a vegan or not, a visit to Oowee should be top of your list of places to visit when you’re in Bristol.

Fantastic restaurant for vegans! Service is always fantastic, the food has a lot of variety and flavours and it’s all vegan!! I really like it when staff write cute messages on deliveries. It makes it very personal for a customer and staff interactions. I’d love for there to be a gluten-free vegan range at some point !

We drive 45 minutes for the closest OWWEE from south Wales! I gotta lot of history with this place, during covid times I tried a vegan burger for the first time thanks to my fiancee and never looked back! I thought if vegan food can taste this good then I don't need to consume animal products any more and have now been vegan for 3 years thanks to OWWEE. Now we bring the kids here and they love it too everytime we go there's something new to try and always a lovely atmosphere the staff enjoy being there you can tell! 5 stars would open my own franchise in Wales if I could, one can dream. My boyfriend and I are not vegan but we've heard great things about this place so thought we would try it. I had the BIg Ovee and my boyfriend had Big VG. We also also had cauliflower bites and popcorn 'chickn' with garlic fries. Honestly could eat this everyday (but I won't cuz I gotta watch the waistline, and the wallet!) would take this over a BIg Mac any day (and I really really love Big Macs). The staff were lovely and smiley, and the food was really quick, even though they looked really busy with deliveroo orders. 10 outta 10 all round.

Picton Street blew it out of the bag as usual. Burger was amazing and the garlic fries were *chefs kiss* All the staff were super friendly and helpful too ✌🏽🌱

I can’t really fault this lovely lot over at Oowee Vegan. They’re always such busy bees and yet never fall short on what I think is some of the best customer service in Bristol. Super smiley, sweet and overall genuinely kind and helpful whilst you order. Have had a handful of really nice over the counter small talk and feel great heading down and seeing them each time. In terms of the food, this is my boyfriend and I’s go to local fast food joint. We are both vegan and love getting plenty of brilliant food without any concern we are eating something we shouldn’t. Our faves definitely have to be the marmite tatertots! The chicken burgers (My favourite is “the other side chick”)! And the garlic Mayo. But always get fries and the onion rings too. It’s all SO GOOD. Food and staff are totally brill. I love how personable and well catered it all feels. A total win for the vegans (and the non vegans too). Fabulous place.

OOOOoooweeeE would I recommend! This börgor was extremely tasty :3. I got a meal deal and offered the delightful employee my drink as I didn’t think I’d want it; but she selflessly encouraged me to indulge in a Citrus Punch Oasis® Zero and oof did this tie the meal together. Mama mia this was a key player in the deal dynamic. I wouldn’t have been able to appreciate the savoriness of the other elements to the same degree, particularly the crisps, without the refreshing palette cleanse that bottled drinks provide. 10/10 will stop by for more börgors on my way home from work. Cheers then.

I ordered from here last night and received my order with a lovely little message and a free garlic mayo dip thrown in with my food since it was my first time ordering! The food was amazing - I had the bbq ‘chicken’ burger and it was delicious. The fries are also cooked to perfection! Defo will be getting food from here again :)

Just snagged some Oowee takeaway from Picton Street—vegan burgers and dirty fries. Seriously, they nailed it! Burgers were bomb, and those dirty fries? Insanely good. Takeaway game strong, and my taste buds are grateful. Oowee, you got my five stars!

Gorgeous food- generous sizes, great environmentally conscious packaging, speedy delivery. One of my fave's.

Ordered a simple two kinds of dirty fries, a burger and a dip. Driver was great and food was still warm when it arrived. The pot of dip I paid extra for wasn't delivered, and my friend ordered "cheesy jalapeño fries" which were fries with fried jalapeños, no cheese whatsoever 🫥 had to make a cheese sauce at home so she could try and eat them. Please never ever order from here.

Food is super dope. Ocean burger is immense, tartare sauce and all. Garlic tater tots are better than most chips I've ever had. Garlic mayo supreme. Lady who served me was lovely and smiley. Food served in about 7 mins, super quick. VEGAN RESTAURANTS WIN AGAIN.

I had a stunning fried chicken burger delivered to my door from Oowee. It was moist, crispy and delicious. I will definitely be coming here again. It's a shame they have other 'vegan only' stores near my office. I initially avoided the brand on Deliveroo because I assumed they were a vegan-only restaurant.

I go to Oowee Vegan frequently, such good food and even though it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny. Will be coming back

Stumbled upon this place yesterday and glad I did. I had a simplicity burger and it was lovely. Every part of it was lovely and didn't have to wait long even though they had a lot of delivery orders to do. Just gutted the wife and kids took a bite each 🤣 Well recommended 👌

10* food with 10* service!! The food is absolutely delicious - I’d recommend everything on the menu, especially when you crave Vegan junk food ! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We often receive lovely messages on our take out bags and the staff always go the extra mile if food is running late because of a lack of drivers/Deliveroo issue. We love the Picton St. store, thank you !

Great vegan burgers and loaded fries. Ordered the Ocean Burger a couple times recently and it's delicious! Please extend it to not just be limited edition. Cluckin' fries are great and I'm glad you've introduced personal size portions. Easy to pick up through collection if you live nearby.

I've been getting Oowee for a long old time now, it never disappoints. Today Deliveroo really messed up and was sending my order to the wrong address and wouldn't refund me if I cancelled. it had been a taxing day, and I was finding it hard to cope. I called the store and the lovely person on the phone completely sorted it for me. I got my refund, no food was wasted, and I immediately remade my order which arrived in very good time and saved my evening. I didn't catch your name, but thank you so much to the person I spoke to on the phone, it meant the absolute world.

I hope you guys read this. I order from you guys frequently because of 2 reasons. 1. The food is amazing. (Best burgers in Bristol. Trust me on this guys) 2. Every time I order food, I get a personalised message on the bag and it makes my day. Keep up the work guys. Will miss ordering food when my Uni gets over 🥹.

This restaurant redefined what it meant to eat food for me. If I could marry one of their burgers I would and we would have a long, happy life together. This is not the only the greatest Oowee restaurant, but definitely the greatest experience you can possibly have for a reasonable price legally.

I’m not even vegan and this is my go to burger place. The Big Oovee is the one to go for. So tasty and those crispy onion bits on top are just too good.

Had the Flamin' Hot Clucker while my husband ordered the Sneaky Clucker, with aside of Garlic Butter Fries, and our verdict? DELICIOUS! I would have thought it was crispy battered chicken if I didn't know it was a vegan burger. The jalapenos gave the whole thing a wonderfully pleasant zing. Although the fries were a bit soggy for my taste, I still liked the buttery garlicky goodness and the sprinkling of green onions. Overall, it was very tasty, filling, and very satisfying.

really really good. i always go back, the chicken burgers are soooo good and the beef ones are good, i would recommend getting the big ooVee/a beef one and a chicken one and splitting with a friend. the waffle fries are also incredible.

I'm crazy about this really cool place

Very disappointing. We had a cheeseburger, chips and a can of drink which cost £11. For this money you'd expect a half decent meal. I've had many vegan burgers which have been delicious, but this was worse than McDonald's cheapest cheeseburgers for £1. The burger itself must have been half a CM thick, and the whole thing was soaked in sauce and falling apart when I opened it. I'd describe it as close to inedible and certainly not filling. The chips were also like warm and tough, like they were already a day old. And £2 for can of Fanta is expensive anywhere. I would say for £5 this would be bad. For £11 it is appalling. Would not recommend at all.

Oowees new found love of seitan has ruined it. Oowee used to have a selection of vegan options including a lentil burger which tasted far better and had a much higher nutritional value now left with something that's basically vegan macdonalds. I guess that may be a plus for some people but for me massively disappointing.

We ordered lunch from here today and it was excellent. So tasty and very filling. I had the sneaky clucker burger and we shared some clucking fries - all VERY good. The gravy was amazing!! The staff were great, we waited in the car and they kindly brought it out to us, thank you! We definitely look forward to ordering again.

I'm not a vegan so I was initially curious as to whether vegan burgers could do the job. The truth is that Oowee Vegan is one of my favourite places for burgers in Bristol. They just melt in your mouth. The dirty fries for me are a mix. The first layer tastes great, but after that they're just bland chips. This could easily be improved if you layered the sauce and toppings throughout.

What a place! I'm confident about getting oowee vegan for my non-vegan friends because it's so good! I think I prefer their chicken style burgers to the beef style ones as they're a little more accurate, but all of their food is tasty and definitely satisfies that "takeaway burger" desire!

Me as a meat eater find their burgers superior to any of the meat options in Bristol. They actually fill you up nicely too.
