Just dropped in and boy we were glad the Turkish we had pre booked was closed. Great service and the chicken kebabs much better and cheaper than Turkish options over the yard. So tasty 🤤

Rubbish food with even worse service. I went with a few friends who I haven’t seen for a while. Pushy waiter and pushy service spoilt the get together. The waiter took our order where we specified we wanted the 5 starters first and then the mains. We told him in English and in Urdu/hindi to make sure he understood. They served the starters and before we could take a couple of bites they came with the mains. The service guy was rude and wanted to force the mains on the table, lying and saying the order says we wanted it all at the same time. We asked for one of the dishes to be taken home so the waiter used a dirty spoon from the table from one of the diners to put the takeaway food in a container. When we pointed it out there wasn’t a single apology or acceptance of the disgusting behaviour. Paid and left with a hurry. Rubbish food with rubbish service

The food was okay, noodles were flavoursome but the crispy beef was overdone and had no flavour or sauce, waste of money. The dynamite shrimps was nice and the waitress was attentive. Overall not worth the price. Wouldn't come back again.

Save your time and your money! Unfortunately the standards of Oodles have very clearly depreciated and the food is underwhelming at most! Can’t complain about the price as it is relatively cheap but there are better options out there, being overwhelmingly disappointed is an understatement.

This place has gone so down hill its ridiculous! They served me raw beef and chicken! Foods now vile! And the drinks are cheap but still charging the same price as the proper ones! They’ve replaced coke with cola but still charge £2.75 for it! Customer service is shocking! Woman with long brown hair in black blazer think she’s a team leader, needs stepping down a few pegs, thinks she runs the place and her attitude is vile! Tried telling me the meat should look like that, but then went on to say she wasn’t a chef so wouldn’t know but couldn’t assist any further, I complained and never paid. Will never be returning and will be telling all friend and family who enjoyed this place before of the changes.

Maya and Maryam were amazing, they were extremely helpful and served us very exceptionally. If you come here I’d ask for them. 10/10 experience.

Primera vez que voy a este restaurante. Esperé al menos 40 minutos por una mesa. Aunque el camarero era amable, tomó alrededor de otros 40 minutos para obtener la red. También la comida fue decepcionante.

Visited today for my daughter's birthday, and I was really disappointed with the service. They clearly stated that they wouldn't serve my son, who is only 4 and has multiple allergies. This is the first restaurant that has outright refused to serve him. We've been to many takeouts and restaurants that offer alternatives, and he’s had food from places where cross-contamination was a concern, but no one has ever said they wouldn't serve him or that he couldn't bring food from outside. Thankfully, I had already ensured he has eaten something or he would have been starving; he ended up just having fries. I understand they might be trying to protect themselves in case of any incidents, but not having alternative options for someone with food allergies is unacceptable. I've had better steaks elsewhere. At least now I know what this place is like, and I won’t be coming back. Steak looks really dry and the presentation is dire.

Ordered grilled chicken and dry beef rice. Chicken was not fresh and definitely couple of days old Dry beef rice was old aswell and tasteless Only had one spoon of rice and it put me off straight away. Waitresses was very apologetic of poor quality of food tho. I also had opprtuinty to speak with mamager ( "basit "on my request ) . Manager acted as he is sales person of primark and he had zero knowledge of customer service and absolutely no knowledge of food and quality of food His only justification to me was " we still have same chef from many years " I told manager ill still pay you full bill but the quality of food is absolutely rubish and he took my insult as a compliment and walked away . He was happy that i paid him for a food which i didnnt eat at all . You can see the payment slip and also the food we returned untouched.

First time I came here. Food is a bit hit and miss depending on what you get. Had chicken dim sum, wonton soup, spicy chips, spicy beef noodles, chicken and prawn noodles and got a takeaway dish of beef pepper schetzwan. The chicken dim sum was really good, the spicy beef noodles were amazing, seriously spicy, did what it said, the chicken and prawn noodles were average, could've been a lot more flavourful, and the beef pepper schetzwan was delicious.

I had my second visit. I thought the soup serving bowl don't justify the price. Also the bowl size is different to last time, I queried this to the manager and I am not surprised by the response. I think the food is still good, given the potion size we had, this restaurant is definitely higher on the pricing. And there soup portion bowl size does vary per each visit, which is quite annoying. Rest is all fine.

Have you heard of a restaurant that makes you sign your life away or they won't serve you, well here it is. If you suffer from allergies they will make you sign a waiver before they serve you lol complete joke, Johngear and Baber sort your policies lads.

Hamzah was really humble and welcoming. He attended to us well and recommended one of the best on the menu! I will give him a 5 star because i will come back here again.

Terrible experience. The lady at the front has an ego the size of a whale. Just because she’s wearing a blazer she struts around rudely talking to customers. I had a simple request which was shut down for a silly reason. Not very professional. Food was standard. Waitress was good. Atmosphere is terrible. Thank you and no I will not be returning.

Went on New Year’s Day very bad experience, firstly the waiter that came over was very miserable and had a face like he didn’t wanna be there we then proceeded to order which took 1hr20mins to arrive including the drinks. We both ordered Sirloin steaks medium they overcooked it and came very well done and the dynamite shrimp the water on the lettuce was brown and lettuce was old. I now have very severe food poisoning and can not stop vomiting and having diarrhoea. This is not acceptable normally food is always great and I’ve never had any issues before. Due to them giving us both food poisoning which I’m assuming is from cross contamination I will be taking further action as I am now unable to go to work

Horrendous food chicken was pink manager tried to come up with an excuse that we didn’t tell them till after (we told 2 employees) they then said it’s because how it was cooked I’m a chef and it wasn’t cooked they gave us rock solid veg and chips were vile only ate the steak which was overcooked but only thing edible then tried to charge us 20% tip Don’t go rude staff

When they opened one of these places in my hometown I didn't visit it due to the negative reviews it got. But I'm happy to report this branch is just as bad. The food here was terrible. I ordered a Prawn Tempora that looked more like a Prawn pakora. It was covered in a thick blanket of batter and cooked to the point that the prawn climbed out of the plate to complain to management. My niece ordered a burger which smelled very strongly of perfume, and the noodles my sis in law ordered were dryer than the Sahara. At one point I found a Nomad crossing the plate with his Camel. He was lost. The mash was watery and the experience was unfulfilling. Would have enjoyed a visit to Guantanamo Bay over whatever the hell this was. Btw, why are the waiting staff so lost? Asked to place an order and she looked like we just asked her to explain Quantum Physics.

Not long ago, I ordered a portion of plain noodles from here and I was served my food perfectly fine and it looked delicious. Not far from finishing my meal, a blue plaster was to be found underneath the rest of the noodles I consumed. I was that disgusted that I called a waiter over for her to see and she took it back to the kitchen saying she will be back. She came back without the meal and explained that it was an accident as I continued to ask for a refund due to that I was NOT paying for a plaster to be ate in the meal I was served. She agreed with me and proceeded to pass me the bill with NO refunds. I had ENOUGH at this point and just thought screw it and leave the restaurant. This effected me physically and mentally due to that I have germophobia and finding a plaster in my food continued to make me paranoid to whenever I eat anything at a restaurant I repeatedly check the food just in case this disgusting event occurs again. On the other hand, the waiters were extremely uninviting and I did not feel welcome at all. They were even rude for saying that we had to sit at a two seater table knowing we came as a three and had to pull a chair over to the table. The amount of disrespect is unreal telling us we HAVE to sit a two seater when we aren’t even a two. Addition to this the food and drinks were severely overpriced as each person was having to pay an amount they were definitely not willing to pay. Thank you for reading my review as I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to any individuals that are thinking of coming here as I surely did not enjoy my time there.

Food was disgraceful, i ordered some beef noodles and the beef in question was donner that tasted like it came from a container as it left a disgusting aftertaste in your mouth, the chicken chilli ginger we ordered was extremely salty, they offered to change it for a new batch which looked like they hadn't even changed what we gave them as it came back as salty as ever. The egg fried rice usually contains egg and the rice is usually nice and fluffy however this rice was brown like it was old and it also had a smell to it. They offered to change the rice as-well however same concept as the chilli chicken gave it back to us refurbished. They kept us waiting over an hour for our food to arrive. Very disappointed as we came all the way from Manchester and the Manchester branch is 100x better. Terrible experience and i would not recommend eating here.

Nothing can be worse then finding a hair on your food and staff refusing to take it off the bill after repeating my self 3x it was taken from the table, tired to speak to the manager she showed me the phone and walked off and sent a colleague over, same colleague we already spoke to who did not want to take it off the bill waited nearly 30mins for my food As customer who come here on a regular basis this was shocking!!!!

The only word for this restaurant is ‘abhorrent’. From the service to the food, everything is awful. We were served beef that tasted like cardboard and were told this is how it is! Such places need to shut down so that people don’t waste their hard earned money.

Disappointing and Not Worth It We visited this restaurant as a group of 10, including three kids, and left thoroughly disappointed. While the service was fairly quick, it became clear that the speed came at the cost of quality and freshness. The prawn fried rice was utterly bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor. The chicken spicy noodles were a disaster — drenched in a ketchup-like sauce that overwhelmed the dish. The veg Manchurian was equally poor, with no actual Manchurian and a cloyingly sweet sauce that tasted nothing like it should. Even the kids, who aren’t usually picky, struggled to enjoy their meals. The portions were decent, but it was obvious that the dishes hadn’t been freshly prepared, which explained the lack of authenticity and taste. Overall, the food was far below expectations, making this visit a waste of both time and money. We certainly won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

We sat on a broken bench. The furniture is all worn off. The toilets were filthy and flush don’t work. The food had hair in it. That’s the second time we found hair in it so won’t be coming back.

I have always heard positive feedback about the noodles at this place but I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the spicy chicken noodles and it was so hot that it was inedible. When i told the waitress she said all she could do was apologise. The vege noodles were not very nice either and the popcorn chicken for the kids had a smell to them. Will most certainly not be going back!

Service was very awful. We were cramped in like sardines in a corner such that 4-6 depending on sitting will have to stand incase you need to ise the toile of something. Not an ideal environment for someone claustrophobic. I beleive it is more of greed to make more profit. The meal was so dry. Rice feels not well cooked a bit of hard part in the middle. Also, it feels very dry in the mouth. Every penny spent there was a waste of resources. We complained about the sitting position. They told us outrightly there is nothing they can do about it Would not recommend for anyone. When I asked a staff that attended to us if he would sit were we were asked to sit. he said "NO". He felt it was too tight, but there was nothing he could do, unfortunately. Toilet: Unfortunately, I could not access the toilet as I didn't want to disturb other by asking them to use the toilet. Shpuld be a bit of a private affair. Customers service: poor. They could not resolve customer's queries Cost: Very expensive meal, not worth the value Looks clean.

The food is horrible I don’t recommend anyone going to this place the drinks are all made with no effort not a single one taste like mocktails we all left our food on the table and it’s way over charged for such a horrible food and service.

The food was great but the service is a huge let down. Order was taken by a young woman but she was a little confused so it was confirmed again by someone else. I went to the place with some family from Australia and had to ask for the drinks we ordered around 4 times and these arrived at the end of the meal once we had asked a third party.

Ordered online uber eats, MILD chicken egg noodles… OMG are they having a laugh that was not mild complete waste of money. I would never ever buy from here. Go oo plain chips, they were steak cut chips re-fried nasty n black. Also got oodles fried egg noodles… even Maggies noodles have more flavour. Absolutely disgraceful for £24.00 everything went to the bin!!

The chicken wings was undercooked, the king prawn choi mein was bland. The female toilets need attention. The door had tape over it instead of saying out of order. The table was disgusting falling apart.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Me and some friends had ordered a mix of starters and only 1 main dish of noodles, we received the starters however waited over an hour for the Noodles despite asking multiple times. Eventually we were told an order for noodles hadn't even been made despite other waiters/waitresses reassuring us that it was on its way. Eventually when I asked to cancel the order after over an hour of waiting, I was told if it was plated up this wouldn't be possible, and it magically appeared a few minutes later. The waitress slammed it on the table and walked away without any apology/accountability. We had also asked for water multiple times and this was only given right at the end when paying for the bill. I understand it was a Saturday night and they were busy, however multiple people who were seated after us had received and eaten their food whilst we were still waiting. Extremely disappointed in the service and lack of apology/accountability.

Finding hair in your food is already unpleasant, but the manager’s cold attitude makes it even worse. It’s always disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t handle issues like that properly. If the manager was cold and even tried to shift the blame onto you, they didn’t take responsibility or make an effort to resolve the situation. You deserve to be treated with respect, especially when you’re giving feedback about an issue it’s so disheartening when something like that ruins what should have been a positive experience, especially when you traveled from another city. When you make the effort to visit a place, especially a restaurant, you expect to be treated with respect, and it’s frustrating when that doesn’t happen. Owners if u reading this plz take action otherwise soon or later u ll be close down

Poor service! We waited almost an hour to be served to still be told the food will be ready soon even though it wasn't! We paid for our drinks which were served straight away and left feeling dissatisfied with their disappointing service. Will be avoiding in future!

This is our most frequently visited restaurant the food is great and the service is good. I love the steak here. However can do with clean toilet and would like to see some more new dishes in the menu.

Great experience at Oodles 'N' Noodles in Birmingham! The food was flavorful and portions were generous, especially loved the Sweet Chili sauce. Maryam, our waiter, was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Perfect spot for a quick, tasty meal. Highly recommend!

It was a random first time visit but every money spent was worth it. Loved the noodles, fried rice, starters. If you are looking for an asian place this is a must visit. The staff was friendly and they can customise your plate too. Didn't take photos of every item we ordered but everything was above expectations. I just loved it and definitely added it to my fav list.
