Had an amazing experience at Oodles. Food was absolutely great. A big shout-out to our lovely waitress subhi who served us perfectly . We will be back 🔜 insha'Allah.

We ordered dynamite chicken which was really nice. Crispy beef was not nice definitely avoid. We ordered 2x spicy beef noodles and one was nice and one was extremely spicy to the point where we had to ask to change the dish. Our server Maryam was lovely and very helpful. Malaysian meegoreng was really nice best dish on the menu.

I went to Oodles N’ Oodles this evening with my kids. Foods are tasty. As busy evening, I had wait for my food a little bit longer than usual. Especially I would like to say about a staff , a thin and tall girl, because I had very good customer service. She is polite, and friendly. She looks happy at work. Whatever I asked, she answered me her smile. When I askd her name, she said her name is Maryam. I am really happy with her service. Very good Customer Service. I want to say her Thanks. The receptionist was also very good but I didn’t asked her name. Every staffs are very good and made my best evening. Thank you all☺️

Maryam delivered an excellent service and made sure we were ok throughout our meal. The food was nice, however there was a mistake with a order in the kitchen. But it was resolved very quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our evening.

Not been here before, I was visiting with my family from out of town (from the north) and decided to give this place a try. Judging by the reviews, either Birmingham has bad taste or I must be missing something. The service was good - the waiters looked after us and no complaints about the service. But the food is sadly not great. For example the starters: The prawn tempura for was more like a prawn samosa (I don't think the chefs understand or understood the tempura batter) and the dynamite shrimps was so spicy that they might as well tipped the whole of the chilli powder into the dish. The chicken dumplings were sadly more like a hippodumpling - dry and chicken filling raw in appearance. For the mains, I ordered the kids simple egg rice and plain noodles - no complaints there. However, my beef Singapore noodles required me to call 999 - my mouth was on fire from the excessive amount of chilli thrown into dish, it needed extinguishers! I could not taste the noodles or beef or even the soy sauce. My wife ordered a beef noodles type of dish - the chef decided to cook it with tomato ketchup!?! I tasted it thinking she must be exaggerating - but the whole dish was a overpowering ketchup dish lol. The waiter luckily acknowledged she was not eating it and kindly asked her if she wanted something different (I think he asked the chef why he cooked it in ketchup) - my wife decided on lamb chops and chips, thinking nothing can go wrong with lamb chops and chips. The chips apparently where good when they arrived - the lamb chops unfortunately this time where cooked in a secret brown sauce that tasted like a cross between ketchup and sesame oil lol. Again, waiters really good and apologized if food was not to the standard required for our pallette. Birmingham generally has good eateries - I know Birmingham is bankrupt, rates have increased, bins are overflowing, floods are more common due to council cut backs and has an awful sold out corrupt MP in Shabana Mehmood - but the food scene will always be good with the brummies....but unfortunately not with noodles oodles.

From the moment we walked in, Bishal welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His knowledge of the menu and genuine recommendations made our dining experience memorable. He was attentive without being intrusive, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Bishal’s friendly attitude and professionalism really added a special touch to our meal. We will definitely be back, thanks to the excellent service from him!

Husband and I came from London to try the food. Food was delicious. would recommend the lollipop chicken, egg fried rice, prawn tempura and chicken manchurian. We were served by Maya. She was kind, friendly and professional. Took our orders promptly and made sure to check in on us when food arrived. She also served us with a wonderul smile. We recently visited in Birmingham branch. The food was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to visit there.

I visited with my family of 4 and friends family of two. I have two year old son who is allergic to nuts. I spoke to the team who took order from us that he has allergic and he need to nuts free food. We order for him kids meal fries and chicken nuggets and they said the oil used to cook may contain nuts as they fry all in one oil. Okay this is understandable. So we went to near by McDonald and bought the same menu. We have placed 6 other orders for us from the restaurant. The food served to the table and I came from McDonald with kids meal. Such useless and common sense less people didn’t let my son eat the McDonald food in the restaurant. 6 others are eating in the restaurant and 2 year kids can’t have anything in the restaurant as all the food for kids are allergic. We asked almost all menu and they simply said it may be allergic. What is more surprising is McDonald said their food allergic free and these guys didn’t let him eat. Imagine you served a food on plate and ask you to leave. I had to say if you don’t allow him to eat we all will leave. They just didn’t care! What customer service. After waiting 30 minutes with kids and they asked us to leave. Shame on you #Onoodles & noodles and your policy.

Last went 12 years ago. Remember it as a high quality food but now must be under new management. Food either too spicy or bland. No medium option. Wantons were dry. Waiters were not focused- got order wrong, no drinks until our tongues were burning. Bill was wrong. Will not be going back. Mostly because food was not high quality. Go elsewhere

I ordered the Malaysian meegoreng which is supposed to have 2 - 3 prawns and chicken I only got one, and my sister ordered the sambal fried rice and she also was supposed to have 2 - 3 prawns and chicken and she also got one. When we went to ask why to a server who wasnt our original one (who was short with black hair in a bun). Our original server said rudely when I came here you said everything was fine. She came just as our food came and and asked as none of us had eaten yet. She then said to me and my sister in a tone do you want me to get you one prawn each and I didn't want to because of her attitude but we just said yes and she was like what did you get we told her and she just gave us plain prawns so I didn't see the point of asking what we got. And later when I came out of the toilet with my little sister and she was sort of in the way of us, and I said excuse me she gave me a dirty look and moved to the side. It does say on the receipt User: Asim. I'm not 100% sure if that's her name.
