The only thing good about is the way it looks. Ordered a few starters, lamb chops came very fast. However once we bit into to them they were all raw and pink inside… we told a member of staff she said she was gonna get her manager. We waited a good 15 minutes for a manager to come, the manager didn’t have a clue on what to say. He just said he’d bring out another portion. Then our prawn crackers came out. Tell me why the lamb chops came quicker than the prawn crackers. Our mains shortly came after.. along with the rest of the starters. However we are now waiting for our lamb chops, and we had our mains in front of us. Poor management, they had no resolution for us. We explained to the staff we just wanted to leave and would have paid for the things we did eat. Because there was no way I was eating anything else from there.

Quantities of food are very small. Food is not mixed properly. Charged us for plain water. All spice levels taste the same (mild and very spicy have no difference). Wouldn't recommend again. Stay away from here the staff give dirty looks as well

The chef at this restaurant should train the chef at Birmingham Oodles Noodles. The noodles were soooooooo good! However, the popcorn chicken starter is better at Birmingham as they give a little salad with it and better sauces. But the noodles here are perfect.

Quite nice atmosphere and interior but it seems thats all youre paying for, for the price the portions are really small and didnt taste amazing, sandwich was 4 small bites with some chips, unfortunately I wouldn't go here again unless they Improve menu or change price of items, waiters were nice though, overall pretty mid at best

Went in today just after 3pm, service is lovely by the sister but ive marked it down all on one star because we had to walk out without eating. No beef available, no chops available, this reduces the menu down to prawn, chicken or vegetable. All three are of which my families least favourite choices, we where hoping to get a variety of dishes and not just end up with the same to share. Also no Milkshake available, little small advice, if an item which makes up most of the menu is not available then customer should be told before being seated. Really really disappointed as we were looking forward to this, especially when one travels far to eat out in a halal establishment.

I have been to this establishment around 4-5 times in the last 2+ years. I'm afraid to say that the service has gradually declined to the point that we will now be looking at alternative fusion restaurants. There are are multiple issues; NOT CHILD friendly - We explained to the waiter, that our 3 children do not like rice and prefer noodles. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and asked them to swap the rice with plain noodles for our kids. It took 15 minutes of deliberation and a meeting with the manager for him to ok the swapping of the rice for plain noodles. Despite this, they tried to charge me extra for the plain noodles at the end with my bill POOR service - simple requests like an extra glass or a spoon to use were being ignored. We had to ask 3 times for extra glasses and a spoon to take out the food for my kids POOR TIME management - we informed the waiter that the sweet and sour noodles were for my kids and we would prefer if that came first so we can start feeding them. This request fell on deaf ears and we got the kid's food last by which point they were fed up, tired and wanted to go home All in all, I left the restaurant feeling very deflated and a tad upset (we travel 50 minutes to get to Rusholme). We are not sure if we'll make this trip again

Too overpriced. Quantity was not to the price paid off. Taste was ok. Chciken lolly pops were smelly. For 4 people the bill was £75. Bottled drink was £3.50 each. Looks like they only ask the price of their ambience and being on curry miles. Will never go again and would not recommend at any cost.

Nice place and very attentive and welcoming staff. The food was very good but some bits are not quite authentic - eg gyosos a little too hard. All dishes were tasty though! Parking a complete nightmare but there are about 6 spaces just outside in Oxford Place where you can park for three hours for no charge. They are always full lol.

came from newcastle to eat here before the arijit singh concert and suffice to say we weren’t disappointed, service was friendly, food came quick and was very flavourful! everyone was happy with their meals and we left full and satisfied. the decor is stunning, all the food was well cooked; meat tender, sauces were all moreish ! we also got some mocktails and they were brilliant - i got a mint cooler and my friend got the strawberry mojito and we were so impressed with now nice they were !! tasted so much better than other cocktails we’ve had in the past! definitely worth the £6. everything was reasonably priced too, highly rated recommend.

Come here all the time it’s my dad. Good food and waitstaff, particularly Maryam. I was shocked to find out the restaurant doesn’t provide free tap water. Upon finding out my dismay, maryam rectified the issue by giving me bottled water on the house. This was appreciated.

The food took over 40 minutes and it wasn’t in a busy time as there was only one other customer there. The spicy black bean rice chicken was salty which made the taste after a while bad. They also couldn’t provide us tap water which is a human right !! The staff were forcing us to give a 5 star review too and watching us !!!

Disappointing experience. Decor was impressive however the glare from the lights quickly triggered headaches. Food was average at best and overpriced. We ordered soft drinks and were refused table water when requested. Asked to speak to the manager to understand the rationale of refusing table water and he didn’t make an appearance at our table to answer our question. Also noticed waitress ‘cleaning’ a table with a dry serviette (no anti bac used so cleanliness was in question). Not worth a visit, definitely avoid.

The place is very good, personal was very pleasant and kind. I ordered Malaysian Meegoreng (Egg Noodles). It was delicious but for me a little bit spicy. Besides the portions are quite large. I would visit this restaurant again.

Some nice starters. Noodles decent but some not as flavorful. They don't provide tap water. And some service staff seemed to hover.

Amazing service by staff. Small portions and cold food. I ordered chicken shashlik when I asked to warm it up. I was brought fresh plate within few minutes again it was cold and this time rice was raw. I was quite hungry so ate my cold chicken but didn’t eat raw rice. Although it was nice of staff not to charge me for raw rice.

We went here for a meal with the family. My food hadn't arrived even when everyone else had almost finished. I asked and the waitress said it would be 2 minutes and went to check. She said it had accidentally gone to the wrong table and that it would be here shortly. I said I wanted to cancel it as everyone else had almost finished. She said I she not cancel the order! I insisted that I didn't want it anymore and when the bill arrived, I had been charged for it. I had to point out that I didnt receive this order. The food was pricey, especially paying £6.00 for a mojito of which 2/3rds was ice! I wouldn't recommend this place to family or friends

The food was fine, service was also fine. I tried to order tap water with the meal, I was told that I had to order bottled water. Which is simply not true. Any restaurant establishment has to serve tapwater to the customer if they request it. I even told this to the waitresses who served me, and she was totally dumbfounded. Apart from that, everything else was about average. if you’re looking for a great night out with your family, there’s plenty of other restaurants on Winslow Road, which are far better.

Came here as a group of about 15 from work early on a Friday in August. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and rethe staff are very polite. There is a large selection of choices on the menu. It is worth noting that this place does not have a licence but does quite a range of cocktails. We sat for a while and the staff took prompting to take a drinks order, which was a little odd. They then started taking food order shortly afterwards. The starters started coming out quite soon and, oddly, before the drinks which were pretty slow. I guess this is what happens when you offer a lot of drinks that will take a while to make. I had chicken bao buns, beef wok chow mein and the chocolate spoon cake for pudding. Also had a strawberry mojito. Food was good - hot and tasty. The cake was a bit too rich for me. Asked for a glass of tap water to go with it to be told don't serve that... Apparently not a legal requirement in unlicensed places but irritating when you just want a bit of something to drink and are forced to buy overpriced bottle of mineral water. Not bad but probably wouldn't go back.

Excellent ambience and comforting. Pretty, modern and relaxing and comfortable especially for families. The steaks, soups and noodles we had were delicious. Tastefully presented with great service. The menu has great variety and all the dishes we had were fabulous. What more could one ask for. Oh, and the price comparatively was very reasonable too. Impeccable. Definitely need to return to taste it's many other delights, I'A. Parking is tricky anywhere along the curry mile so best to try and park in any of the car parks or look for off peak 2/3 hour free bays along nearby streets

Communication is poor with staff not understanding basic requirements or requests. Huge language barrier. Also, food was not good, this place is very over rated. I would not recommend.

The food is amazing, I and my Mrs went there twice in a week. The only reason I am giving 4 star is the portion needs to be a bit more but the quality is 10/10 also the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Definitely a very good place to enjoy Indo-Chinese food in Manchester.

Beautiful, quiet, delicious food, and staff with a beautiful smile

Lovely decor and vibe. Got the spicy chicken and spicy beef noodles which tasted more indian than chinese in flavour. The chicken lollipop and crispy beef were nice as were the grilled chicken strips and plain noodles. Service was quick and place was stunning inside.

My visit here was nothing short of a disaster. The service was abysmal—staff were slow, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. We waited an absurd amount of time for our food, only for it to arrive cold and tasteless. The dishes were poorly prepared and lacked any semblance of flavor, which is shocking for a place that supposedly prides itself on quality. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time, and I would not recommend this café to anyone. Management clearly needs a wake-up call because what they're offering is unacceptable.

I worked there for a few days and never received any payment. I contacted Ahsan, who handles their payment issues, but he was completely unhelpful. Despite visiting multiple times, filling out all the necessary forms, and reaching out numerous times, I still haven't received any money. Avoid working there if you expect to be paid.

Okay spot for Asian fusion food. The restaurant is Halal but the drinks trend on the sweater side. The dynamite chicken was not spicy at all. Fried rice is questionably white. The chicken mashlik was great. Szechuan fried rice was a little off but spicy enough.

No tap water The food was quite nice. The place was quite clean. The staff were ok, but apparently they do not have tap water. This is untrue as there are taps in the kitchen and bathrooms. I was abruptly told I could only order bottled water. Save your money, go elsewhere.

I ordered Crispy chilli Chiken which was not crispy or chilli.The Chiken steak dish my friend ordered consisted of 90% was egg fried rice. The food was Over priced & was just about OK.

Atmosphere was perfect but im sorry to the food was far from good. Meat chops were like eating just fat, chicken was overcooked and smothered in lemon. From eating here ever other week to be soo disappointmented today, i wont be returning anytime soon!!!

Mango mojito and Chicken Hakka noodles are so good 😋

We had dinner at oodle n oodle last night, they were bringing food one by one and the food got cold. It was a bit pricy considering a portion . Chicken dynamite and chicken shashlik was good, noodles were not that flavour full. Overall food was expensive, small portions and not tht tasty. I wouldn't recommend this place 😔

Very disappointed :( Various Noodle dishes were not fresh with not much flavour. Prices were high and quantity was less. Imagine, 8 small dynamite chicken starter costs £9.00 and not enough for one person. Kids were not happy. Taste of shashlik and dynamite dishes were ok but not enough for even one person, so only one star.

Ordered for delivery and only half the order came, they called and asked us to contact the driver and then we went back and forth with the driver and restaurant for 15 minutes trying to get the rest of the order only for them then make us REORDER THE MISSING FOOD, paying for delivery AGAIN with NO DISCOUNT. Never ordering from here again

Went to oodles on the weekend. Food was nice and fast service. It was in fact too fast where we was unable to finish our food. Waiters/waitresses kept interrupting us while eating. They kept coming to our table a lot of times. My husband has finished his food first and they wanted to clear the table and as I had felt awkward I told them I was finished too. The restaurant had a few customers and they were rushing us as if customers were queuing outside their door and we wasn’t hurrying up. They had so much waiters that they were just lined up at the bar area so soon as you come in it’s a bit overwhelming. As a female, it was really awkward when the waiters were just lined up staring at me eat.

We had dragon fly noodles 10/10 chops 8/10 dynamite chiken 10/10 chiken dumpling 7/10 . Mango papaya salad 7/10 ( it was 10/10 last time it was nice n saucy but this time it was a bit dry not much flavour)

They seemed to have more staff than necessary, but the girl who served us was lovely. The atmosphere was fine, but the food was a bit disappointing. Instagram shows grilled club sandwich with curly fries and big portion, but it arrived with plain fries and tiny. It was very tasty though, just too small. The website doesn’t have the latest menu; it’s missing the rear page too. They don’t serve alcohol!!! My bf was very disappointed because of this; he was also disappointed with the chicken fried rice dish. They only have 1 card machine for the entire restaurant, which seems crazy. Probably wouldn’t visit again unfortunately.

This was exceptional. The service was amazing and the food was beautiful too. The waitress asked for any negative feedback and provided us a comment card which is so rare. That showed me this restaurant is committed to continuous improvement. Highly recommend the chicken sizzler

Dear owner of the restaurant and who ever is thinking of coming it’s a shame the ambiance is beautiful but you need a new manager and train your staff better because if what happen last night you also had another 3 customers walk away from the door when they asked me how the food was and I told them what happen. This was all around 5.30 so you where not even busy at all Soon arrival we got seated it was my husband and my 9 year old child who is admitted in hospital but got a few hours out on a day pass as he was nil by mouth all day for a bone marrow biopsy as he is undergoing treatment for his cancer. We ordered his food right away as he new what he wanted pad Thai and so did I so she said she will get that order in now my husband took a little longer to order his food and then we called her back to place his order. Strangely his food arrived and mine not did my sons food arrive and this took over half hour and there where only another 8 customers in the restraint who already had there food by now. I asked where is our food the waiter did not respond and walked away I called the waitress that served us and she said sorry it’s busy in the kitchen I’ll check I called her back and she said there making it I said noooo what happen we placed outlet order 45 minutes ago now what happen she said other peoples food is before us. Well really so how can that be because we ordered before my husband and we still don’t have so someone messed up either yourself when placing the order or the kitchen. Ok errors can happen I know but I can’t stand people playing . I called the manager and he said the waitress forgot to put your order through and he will get them to make it My gosh so my husband finished his meal and then our food arrived and pad Thai was SPICY 🌶️🌶️🌶️ it’s not meant to be and never was when we came a week ago so it was inedible had to send it back and get corrected and packed to go as we had to take my son back to the hospital. Worst experience worst manager just said sorry once and walked away paid for all 3 meals and we did not even eat 2 of them at all. The owner should be disgusted with the service his staff gave and at the door I was so upset that my sun walked away not eating and bare in mind he had not eaten since 8.30 am as he was nil my mouth till 5 pm for his procedure and all he wanted was to come here only to be left disappointed and hungry.

The food is great but service is very hit or miss. If you’re lucky, all will go well, if not, expect to wait a long time for food, extra tissues, cutlery etc.

Enjoyed the clean tables, professional waiters and the booths one is sitting in give lots of privacy and are comfy. Food is great for the price.

Came here today for birthday lunch with 2 children, food came out in dribs and drabs over 40minutes after ordering, some food cold, stale fries, not really impressed with this place, Dr. Hasan GP Manchester. Staff were pleasant.

The restaurant atmosphere is very amazing and the food is delicious and all Halal.

No gluten free options and refused to even talk about it, despite having gluten free ingredients on the menu. Refused to bring tap water. Refused to serve starters with the mains. Awful place, please avoid unless you want to have a miserable time where the staff are disrespectful and rude to you.
