Thay have bad experience, l order chicken burger meal but it's awful to see the burger meal, it's disgusting to eat the burger, they are cleanliness,l find badthing in the burger, l give him back and he want change for me, but l don't want it,they change me £6 for nothing

They charge you double price if you pay by card without even telling you .Is this even legal!! There is no thing such as customer service The food is cooked hours before serving and microwaved upon ordering. Frozen and precooked food The guy at the front needs a holiday

The order was totally messed up, wasn't edible at all absolute waste of money and time do your self a favour and order from somewhere else

Very bad service they charge me double price and food was not correct. When I check my order in home my some food is missing. He charge me £7 for chicken fillet burger and he gave me chicken steak burger.

The owner will greet you and smile to your face but lie and stab you in the back, but I won't trust these people with food again. He knows what he did. Shameful behaviour and even worse food.

Naans are good, chicken tikka with the period sauce is lovely, prices fluctuate alot but still fairly priced,customer service is good,staff are friendly

Very good, authentic Pakistani and Indian food. Cooked while you wait and at a reasonable price.... This isn't the RITZ it's a local food place, for takeaway or sit in... Recommended

Ordered a lam rogan josh and donner kebab wasnt much meat . Was not worth the money the curry was watery and the lamb had the bones on it the garlic naan was hard .

donor meat felt like plastic and tasted like if u processed already processed food and gave it to someone. chips were too overfried. salad was an abysmally sad mess. their cooking abilities were also abit fried. absolutely appalling. would not recommend.

Love their sesame naan. The service is really good too. I last visited on Eid day when they were super busy and was amazed at speed how the orders were handled.

I ordered from here about 6-7 weeks ago and paid £15 for a mix grill kebab. Upon arriving it’s had about half a handful of donner meat on it and no naan in the box. They said they would send me out a donner kebab but never did. I just rang to say I’m going to place another order and would they honour what they owe me from last time. The person I spoke to was very disinterested and was just saying ok ok not listening. So I’ve been put off of ordering and they have robbed me basically out of the food I ordered last time. Avoid if u want value for money and good service! Awful!!

Ordered 4 donner and chips they sent 2 and blamed it on the driver it was via Uber Eats which i regret to use , the food was bland and the burger was rubbish no lettuce or mayo advertised as with those, chips where absolutely rubbish me and my family's last night of food in manchester ended up in a disaster dont order or eat from that place

Popped in for a quick bite to eat while shopping in the area. After reading mixed reviews and judging the shop interior, I was pleasantly surprised the food was good. I had the doner and chips with chilli sauce, mayo and onions for £3! The chilli sauce was good and the pickled onions were also really nice. My belly was safe the next day 😂 so passed the test. Customer service is non existent however. They try to automatically add a drink for an extra pound to push up the price or just give you a random inflated price! *Reason for 2⭐ - because I've recently returned three times after my initial visit and the price for the same meal is always different depending on who serves you. I was charged £6 on my last visit 🤷🏾‍♀️ how can the same meal double in 6months

Chapatis are best here so are the naans . Very good prices aswell. Staff is very friendly. Sarwar and Ahmed thank you for always good food.

For desi Food and kebabs it is one of the best Restaurants and their Rotis are also better than others

Home delivery order via Deliveroo. Hygiene rating of 3/5 on government website, I discovered afterwards. Daal was nice. Donner was proper, very very thinly sliced (because they wanted to feed the whole world) but still nice. Roast chicken was burnt to a cinder. Paratha was like a thick naan fried in oil. Chapatti was thick. Naan was ok. Chips were like cardboard. Chicken Donner was basically sliced chicken! Onions were coated in some red voodoo sauce. Not great but eatable of you've not eaten for 12 hours.

We bought a donner and a donner and chips. The good was fresh, but the donner was thin as paper and tasted like paper. We phoned and were told they would rectify this. When we went yo the shop again and was given another donner and it was still very thinly cut. Horrible. Will never buy from them again.

Proper Indian food now doing nehari and kobeda.its just got better. It says on the wall best kebab in the world, they are not lying, mixed kebab on freshly made naan,absolute heaven, try the biryani it's out of this world. Mo and the team are passionate about the food they prepare and cook, open kitchen so you see everything, and finish it off with a cup of chai.

Very poor service really cold food ordered chicken burger got 4 lamb burgers totally disappointed phoned to tell them their mistake wasn't prepared to help either. I would give 0 star if possible one is too much for the service I got

After recommendations of our family friends we are truly convinced about their food and freshly prepared Nan’s at £1. They have good Asian food. Great Naan variety prepared with ghee and meat kebabs. Staff is humble and polite. Food is tasty and with authentic flavors as well.

Its on and off with this place, sometimes the food is great, sometimes not so much. Definitely need to change the buns on the burgers.

Ordered a lamb curry turns out it was mostly bones and fatty pieces. Poor dish, hard rotis and below average chicken burger. Hard chicken kebabs and a keema naan that had very little taste and keema. Not too happy given the variety of items ordered. Friendly staff though and cheap for money. You pay what you get!

We had a food on 07/07/20 form this takeaway. The food was very bad quality as we had to go to hospital! So, definitely I will contact my local council now to see what can be done. I have checked there reviews and find so many comments about food rattling!!!!! & bad customer service RUDE STUFF!!!! First time and the staff member that served was rude, ordered an Asian style pizza, but got a pizza with big chunks of pepper, so it wasn't an Asian style, was a veggie pizza, asked for a tub of ketchup as I was talking it out and he said it will cost 60p, but if I eat inside i can use for free. Ketchup bottle costs 47p from aldi if you wanted one, but this guy had the nerve to charge 60p but if I eat in its free, how does that work. Has a sticker on the window saying take card payment, so when I wanted to pay by card told me there is a charge of £1.50, which I said that your not allowed to charge, so said to me go outside and there is a cash machine. Worst place ever, never going again and recommend anyone and everyone not to go. Robbing people

Very good Asian food available. Good Naans and kebabs available. Staff is nice and polite. Food is clean and tasty as well. One must try, specially their big Naan for £1.50 each.

Consumed a most enjoyable keema naan, along with chicken tikka...accompanied by what seemed like a most tasty spiced tamarind sauce. Service from Sarwar was most polite plus exquisite. We went back after a very long time and food was just as terrific. Punjab Tandoori could well be classified a hidden gem! Won't be long before we visit again, to try out other dishes. Keep it up Sarwar.

كانت لي تجربه بالاكل في هذا المطعم انه غير نظيف عكس ما قرأت عنه واستغلاله للعرب والخليجين خاصه طعامه غير صحي بسبب كثرة الزيوت والبهارات ولا يوجد لديه قائمة طعام مينيو وبالتالي يحدد سعر الوجبه كما يشاء انصح بعدم ارتياده للاخوة السائحين او الدارسين بهذه المنطقه ودمتم سالمين
