Absolutely gutted! Ordered on a Monday at 7.45 for delivery at 8.30. It was delivered to my neighbour at 9.45! When it got to us after I went and got it the food was stone cold and far too spicy! We ordered sweet and sour and crispy chicken neither have a chilli by them

Loved it, the noodles are addictive, the salt and pepper chicken is tasty 😋 My 8 year old loves noodles and lapped these up, even the spicy 🔥 ones! Great value and tasty, not greasy! Saral was very helpful and friendly, thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Oodles Derby! The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff, especially Sarl, made the visit extra special—Sarl was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Sarl!

0 star review. Ordered delivery through the app, asked me to select a time for delivery selected 21:45pm it arrived at 22:18. The food was freezing cold, the halloumi fries were not even cooked. Also ordered 4th January and had a hair in my food, was promised a refund so didn’t write a bad review but I am still yet to receive the refund after calling 3 seperate times (times they have told me to call) but conveniently the manager is never there. Ive given this business several chances now in hopes of improvement and it just gets worse. I’ve ordered lots of times from oodles from now on I Will NEVER order again.

This Oodles took my memories back to when I first tried it when they opened for the first time in Leicester! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite and the food was absolutely delicious! On top of that, the place was spotless and well maintained which I definitely appreciate in any food place. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for amazing food and great service. Eat in or takeaway, either way I would highly recommend.

I don't know what happened to oodles,but it's a disaster now. Everything was insanely spicy like they just dumped chilli into every dish. No balance, no flavor, just a burning mess . It's supposed to be a place well-rounded meals , not a punishment for your taste buds. Definitely never going back .

Had a terrible experience at the Derby Oodles. I’ve visited the London, Nottingham, and Loughborough branches before, and the food there is miles better. Derby’s branch was a huge letdown—nothing compared to the others.

I used to love Oodles and it was my go-to place for a great meal, but unfortunately, the quality has drastically declined. The food was awful and not up to the standard I remembered. It’s disappointing to see how much it’s changed for the worse. Definitely not the same experience anymore. Wouldn’t recommend it based on my recent visit. please don’t visit here

I’ve been a regular customer at Oodles, but today’s experience was disappointing. The chicken was cold and not fresh, and the taste wasn’t anywhere near the quality I used to enjoy. The firest food going. I travel 40 minutes to get here, the food and service is insane, especially the lovely lady at the counter. She always makes my day and she’s honestly the sweetest soul. 3 times ive been in store only to be told a range of excuses ranging from "our system is down" or "we're not serving right now". And yes, I visited during normal opening times. Not sure why you're open if you cant serve people? The attitude of the staff working here is diabolical to say the least, and the overall food quality has dropped drastically compared to a few years back when this place was more popular. Multiple times the chicken has been dry, multiple times the rice was crunchy because it was undercooked, probably because the staff were rushing...what happened to this place? I can see the owner is trying to be more proactive with responding to reviews etc... but it means nothing if you don't actually take the feedback and use it constructively.

Nice place Food is average Couldn't fault service

Disgraceful service after using oodles many times I will never again. I ordered an egg fried rice for my son as he doesn’t like veg and the box came with the vegetable rice. When I then rang up and told them they said I must have ordered wrong and the veg was from other dishes but the rice didn’t have any egg so it obviously was an issue on their part. Woman on the phone was extremely rude the whole time saying I made the mistake and refusing to send out the right order.

I will give Iman Yuzo, a 10-star rating for an excellent customer service. He is genuinely warm and kind, helpful, and very polite. I personally like the place as I find it really clean, spacious and it gives me this cozy restaurant vibes. The food was freshly prepared and cooked just to the point of perfect doneness. No over-sugary, salty or over- greasy taste, just perfect! I love specifically the crispy and the chilli chicken- they are a perfect match with egg fried rice and vegetable noodles. And oh,not to mention the tasty prawn crackers and spring roll sides. The portion and the price are just about right. So next time you crave for some Chinese, I highly recommend the Oodles Derby and you will never be disappointed.

Today i visited the Oodles Chinese in Derby. The quality of food was very nice and I never tried the food like this before i highly recommended try crisy chicken with spicy chips, one of the staff name himanshu good customer service as well.

Just had the lunch today at oodles … it was a quite good experience. The food was amazing . . The staff was very humble and coperative . I made some changes in my order and customised it .. and they treated very well .. especially the guy with glasses was very good . 5 star ⭐ must recommended place .

do NOT eat here. it is not worth it. you will end up with really bad food poisoning i had oodles a few days ago and im still sick. this is disgusting. i wonder just what was in the food to make me this sick.

As I’m typing this right now, the food is currently rotting in the rubbish bin. Me and my wife decided to order takeout, as we do for a treat at the end of the week. Due to the horrible experiences we’ve had and my wife’s sensory issues, we decided to go for something safe, a simple Chinese. But when we opened our large boxes we found that our food has been jam packed and covered in this strange chilli sauce. Now, the chilli sauce has not only soaked through the chips but had also gone through the entire box and straight down to the egg fried rice. We didn’t even eat far enough through the box to get to the rice as we both started feeling extremely ill, most likely due to the RAW chicken served in both boxes. This is a pathetic excuse for a Chinese restaurant, and we will not be visiting ever again in our lives. We will be recommending as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Would give this place zero stars if we could, absolutely pathetic.

Can’t go wrong with a cheeky oodles & noodles. I just wish the parking was easier to access and the atmosphere was better. Sometimes the service can be hit or miss. But the food has always been fresh. I would say it’s medium spicy. I always get: Egg fried rice Vegetable noodles For the chicken / prawn options I get: Crispy chicken Chilli chicken Or Prawns Chilli chicken or crispy chicken I do not like my food being soggy, so I opt for the drier chicken or prawn options only. Definitely get the crispy shrimp, it’s amazing & crunchy.
