Amazing food for a hungry monster

This place is awful. Ordered on uber eats 2 large boxes and a plain chips.. £30!!!! Took longer then it said to come. Food was cold and hard like it isn’t fresh. Tastes awful chicken tasted gross and noodles were undercooked and smelled gross!! The chips were rock hard and tasted like they had been reheated just to be left cold again. Didn’t eat it and chucked it away what a waste of money. This place used to be so nice and has changed drastically.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Oodles. I went to the shop the day before yesterday, and the food they gave me looked and tasted like it was 3 to 4 days old. It wasn’t fresh at all — the noodles were dry, the vegetable smelled bad, and the whole noodles felt like it was just thrown into a box without any care. I couldn’t even eat it because of the smell and poor quality. I ended up having to throw the food away and wasted my money. This used to be one of my favorite places, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Please make sure to serve fresh food and not old leftovers. Customers deserve proper, freshly made meals.

Had a great experience at Oodles Noodles Derby – the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I forgot to order a bottle of water to take my medication, but the kind lady working there gave me one for free without hesitation. Really pleased with the care and thoughtfulness – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently ordered noodles from your shop and was very disappointed with the quality. The noodles were undercooked, the vegetables had a strong unpleasant smell, and the food overall tasted stale and seemed unfresh. It even seemed like some ingredients were past their best date. I paid expecting a proper meal, but what I received was far from acceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality and freshness of your food.

The guy giving the food at the end with the glasses acted like his ass had been slapped! So moody. But in contrast the lady taking the order was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Food was very tasty.

I walked in at 10:40, and the staff were busy cleaning up. They saw me approach the counter but just let me stand there while they continued their tasks. Eventually, one of them looked at me as if I were in the wrong and, without any apology, simply told me they were closed. It’s clear they’re relying on cheap labour—foreign students who are only there for the job and lack any real sense of customer service. They do the bare minimum, just getting by and pushing the limits of what they can get away with, much like the situation you often find back home in India or Pakistan. I understand they want to finish up on time, but if your advertised closing time is 11 pm, don’t act surprised when customers show up before that. I won’t be coming back anytime soon, that’s for certain—unlike your closing time.

Absolutely gutted! Ordered on a Monday at 7.45 for delivery at 8.30. It was delivered to my neighbour at 9.45! When it got to us after I went and got it the food was stone cold and far too spicy! We ordered sweet and sour and crispy chicken neither have a chilli by them

Loved it, the noodles are addictive, the salt and pepper chicken is tasty 😋 My 8 year old loves noodles and lapped these up, even the spicy 🔥 ones! Great value and tasty, not greasy! Saral was very helpful and friendly, thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Oodles Derby! The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff, especially Sarl, made the visit extra special—Sarl was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Sarl!

0 star review. Ordered delivery through the app, asked me to select a time for delivery selected 21:45pm it arrived at 22:18. The food was freezing cold, the halloumi fries were not even cooked. Also ordered 4th January and had a hair in my food, was promised a refund so didn’t write a bad review but I am still yet to receive the refund after calling 3 seperate times (times they have told me to call) but conveniently the manager is never there. Ive given this business several chances now in hopes of improvement and it just gets worse. I’ve ordered lots of times from oodles from now on I Will NEVER order again.

This Oodles took my memories back to when I first tried it when they opened for the first time in Leicester! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite and the food was absolutely delicious! On top of that, the place was spotless and well maintained which I definitely appreciate in any food place. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for amazing food and great service. Eat in or takeaway, either way I would highly recommend.

I don't know what happened to oodles,but it's a disaster now. Everything was insanely spicy like they just dumped chilli into every dish. No balance, no flavor, just a burning mess . It's supposed to be a place well-rounded meals , not a punishment for your taste buds. Definitely never going back .

Had a terrible experience at the Derby Oodles. I’ve visited the London, Nottingham, and Loughborough branches before, and the food there is miles better. Derby’s branch was a huge letdown—nothing compared to the others.

I’ve been a regular customer at Oodles, but today’s experience was disappointing. The chicken was cold and not fresh, and the taste wasn’t anywhere near the quality I used to enjoy. The firest food going. I travel 40 minutes to get here, the food and service is insane, especially the lovely lady at the counter. She always makes my day and she’s honestly the sweetest soul. 3 times ive been in store only to be told a range of excuses ranging from "our system is down" or "we're not serving right now". And yes, I visited during normal opening times. Not sure why you're open if you cant serve people? The attitude of the staff working here is diabolical to say the least, and the overall food quality has dropped drastically compared to a few years back when this place was more popular. Multiple times the chicken has been dry, multiple times the rice was crunchy because it was undercooked, probably because the staff were rushing...what happened to this place? I can see the owner is trying to be more proactive with responding to reviews etc... but it means nothing if you don't actually take the feedback and use it constructively.

Disgraceful service after using oodles many times I will never again. I ordered an egg fried rice for my son as he doesn’t like veg and the box came with the vegetable rice. When I then rang up and told them they said I must have ordered wrong and the veg was from other dishes but the rice didn’t have any egg so it obviously was an issue on their part. Woman on the phone was extremely rude the whole time saying I made the mistake and refusing to send out the right order.
