Great atmosphere and live music

Food was cold and lacked flavor - one of the "spiced bag" (despite being a favourite wasn't worth the money would have been better if it had Synthetic cannabinoids in it instead) staff said "you alright to pay" in a rude manner and for some reason my pint was more expensive than the person who was served before me. Other than that Arsenal managed to get a result last night, and it put me in a fairly good mood despite the food

Service was exceptional, bar staff even remembered my drink without having to ask. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere

I went for lunch yesterday as for my first time at a O’Neill’s and my last, I ordered a steak and my partner a burger, we waited quite a long time considering the pub wasn’t busy… when it arrived the steak was hard as a rock, dried and difficult to eat, the fries that comes with it were cold! I had to ask the lady that the fries are cold she took them and I had to wait 15 minutes for new warm fries. Wasn’t cheap neither £24 for a burned steak and a drink. Went to the bathroom after leaving, it makes me wanna get sick, really dirty including blood by the toilet floor, no hand gel to wash my hands after the state of the bathroom! even tho there are two dispensers both empty, urine everywhere on the floor, looks like that from Saturday to Sunday they didn’t clean at least if not longer … I don’t recommend this place at all. No good value for money 👎 the staff are very young and shy, they will just transport the drinks/food to your table… don’t expect more than that.

Fantastic service from O’Neills. We went in on a Sunday as a group of 8 asking if they were showing the NFL. One of the staff were so kind to offer us the private room they would usually have for events and opened it up for us to watch the game as all the other screens were showing a different game. Super appreciative that O’Neills did this for us, we’ll definitely be back!

Didn't like ordering at table as I am an oap. But I can use a smart phone so it took just a little while.

Hello, the portions for children are small, not to say scarce, the ambient music is so loud that they think we are at a Taylor Swift concert or something.... The price is abusive and if you order a kebab they give you an Indian dish that has nothing. It has to do with the original kebab, conclusion you won't see me here anymore. By the way, the men's toilet smells like bull pee and the women's toilet smells like pissed wood. The bathrooms are very low and the tiles move and the hand dryer doesn't even work.

Came for the football on Sunday night, place was rammed but was served really quickly, every staff member was super friendly and gave great service. Highly recommend

Ordered a chicken curry masala,,not tasty enough ,small portion of rice ,,small nan bread baked to hard ,basically value for money not worth it ,just very slap dash .,my daughter had a burger ,with fries it was tasteless, along with the doner meat. Looks can be deceiving

The girl behide the bar with glasses tonight 12.30 pm was the ruddest bar person ive ever come across in my life and does not have a clue on customer service, I would go in to detail but its too appalling. Not to mention the tall bar persons smart comment, who should not back up his colleague when they are in the wrong. Both should get some customer service training before being allowed behid a bar again . Been to this pub many times before and this has been the first bad experence l have had.

The Guinness alone is 5 Star, pair that with a burger and chips, it's a combo worth visiting for. I also find the burgers become more delicious the more Guinness you drink. Highly recommend

Spent Paddy's Day here and had a brilliant time. As an Irishman I really enjoyed the Guinness, and plenty of drink options. Food was spot on too. It's a huge place with plenty of seating, even on such a busy day it felt comfortable. Loads of screens for sports fans, and music throughout the day too.

Great venue for pub grub and good drinks deals!

A great big pub - basically, the pub stretches back to take up the whole length between the street at the front and the back. It can get very busy and lively, esp the weekends and when there are sports matches on TV. From the outside, it looks like a bit of an 'old man' pub, but it's more a pub for twentysomethings - possibly helped by the relatively cheap drinks. We enjoyed ourselves!

Good place to watch the football. Food is decent enough, with plenty of options. One of the bar staff appeared as though they would rather be anywhere else, but they got the job done.

Fabulous nate offers everything a great pub should offer and more, him and Sam provided excellent service atmosphere and first aid when need after an unfortunate incident with a salt shaker, 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be back

Oneils hosted our staff Christmas do last year and it was a fantastic experience. We had our own section within the pub to accommodate us all and the staff and service were excellent! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

The reason I love going to oneils is the friendly staff , who always make you feel welcome, the management who always go out there way to chat and make sure your visit Is a great one, the food is always top notch compliments always to the chef, keep up the great work oneils management staff and all my number one place for a pint of Guinness and lovely food

First pub on a “pub crawl” this was one of the better ones, so much so we came back and finished here. Plenty of space, friendly staff, quite reasonable in price

I loved the Wednesday night quiz, Paquita, the absolute queen was a fantastic host who made sure all were included in the quiz! such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Massive venue. Went during a quieter period but was clean and tidy. Good selection of beverages and a pretty good atmosphere.

Went for the karaoke stayed cos some beautiful blonde dude kept shouting 'Let me hear you O'Neil's' as if he'd sold out Wembley. Think he'd lost the plot really but the night had so much to offer and overall had a wonderful time with wonderfuller people

Had an amazing Christmas Dinner here. Beef yorkers were good with red wine sauce. Christmas burger with slaw and fries were also good. The Guinness brownie was also good.

Large pub with lots of seating and screens if you want to watch sports. Brilliant choice of beers on tap, food was very tasty. Limited choice for kids but they are welcome and that’s the main thing! Service was great got served very quickly

It would be nice a cleaner walking way in front of the building, a bit decorated inside more. It was a bit dark inside most of the people chose to sit near the windows.
