One Stop Cafe in South Tyneside

Popped in here while in Jarrow and had an amazing breakfast, chose your own,8 items of your choice for £2.99, fantastic value, cooked to perfection and in quick time by a lovely Young lady, the cafe was spotless and staff/owner really friendly. Nice friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend popping in here.

Popped in for a snack one lunchtime after visiting Jarrow Hall. It was amazingly cheap. I had a huge cooked breakfast which was hot and delicious. The staff were very friendly too.

Excellent poached eggs with three toast and two tea. Very professional and courteous staff. Vive Jarrow!

Excellent friendly staff providing. Quick, prompt service. Well located at the front of the shopping centre offering a good range of meals with special offers.

Sadly that excellent café "Café Latino" is no more. Such a shame! In the shopping centre area of Jarrow there is little or no competition and it shows! I've never had a latté that is made with powdered instant latté mix (which was sickly sweet) and topped off with "squirty" cream. Empty cups were ignored and the waitress left three on the table just to get a tray to remove them thereby creating unnecessary trips, "Time & Motion" would have a field day! A breakfast was ordered but delivered "piecemeal"; eggs delivered before the bacon and cold (allegedly) grilled tomatoes sent last. Our party wasn't large (5) but by the time the last meal was delivered the first had finished! Hopefully we'll be able to find a more suitable establishment for our next visit one that serves real coffee especially!
