Walked in for a takeaway, service was top tier and the food amazing. Brilliant selection of food and what we had was perfect.

Such delicious food, not greasy but packed with flavour

Sausage was £9 for one sausage and it was burnt. £5 for two small hullumi slices. Overall will never go back burnt food and a fortune for very little

Brilliant Greek Food! So nice and fresh. Greek salad good portion and gyros perfect size for me. My partner ordered 2 but he has a larger appetite. Delivery time was excellent too .. under 20mins :)

We ate in tonight and honestly don’t know why it’s so quiet. The food was absolutely delicious. We had pork and chicken gyros and halloumi to share. The service was great and the waitress was fabulous. Nice music in the background. Excellent value for money too. We’d definitely return.

I love Olympia Bites! The Greek salad is such good value for money. I’d happily pay more for a larger portion with the option of a side of pork and chicken 😊

Over an hour after the food was due to arrive we called the restaurant to see where it was. They said that the delivery driver had called and was “2 minutes away”. However, 35 minutes later the food still hasn’t arrived and the restaurant is now closed so we cannot get through to anyone.

Ordered lunch for 20 people at work . The food was fresh and delicious ( salads , gyros , feta , olives , deserts … ) The staff very pleasant and delivered food with the huge smile :) Thank you so much And we will be back !!!

I got so excited to see this Greek place and I was really hoping to give this the thumbs up but sadly, I can’t. I absolutely love gyros and souvlaki but my souvlaki was so burnt and dried out it was actually so hard to eat it, so tough (chicken isn’t hard to cook) leave it moist! They obviously flamed grilled it to sinders… I truly was hoping for better 👎 Sorry for this review but I won’t be back unless I actually come to the restaurant and sit in so I can hand it back if ever given a souvlaki l

Me and my partner have ordered from Olympian Bites multiple times now. The service is always lovely. The gyros is out of this world and because they provide their own delivery service you know you aren't waiting ages just for cold food to arrive. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered a gyros and a club, both of which are supposed to have tzatziki in them. They both came out with some orange sauce. The waitress confirmed that is not tzatziki and checked with the chef. We were reassured that the chef is Greek. They said that there is a mistake in the menu and these foods are not meant to come with tzatziki because that would melt on the hot meat, and they will fix the menu. I would've thought that they know their menu after over a month of being open! The food wasn't that great, chicken was sparse and we basically had the same food in a different shaped pita. The empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon should've been a warning sign!

We visited Saturday 2nd December as we often passed the restaurant we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the grilled halloumi and the dips. Both absolutely delicious. We both opted for the lamb chops with fries and greek salad. They were absolutely delicious and it was very filling with the pitta bread and salad. Were it not for Frank Sinatra singing in the background you could really imagine you were in a Greek Taverna as the flavours are so authentic. I really hope that more people come and eat here as it is excellent value for money and I heartily recommend it!

half the main order missing tried to phone restaurant from details on their website to be greeted with they can't take a call right now. what was delivered was nice but delivery incomplete with no way of rectifying.

The food came earlier than expected which is always a bonus. I've never really had Greek food before was excited to try something new. The only thing was the garlic pita bread was burnt so unfortunately couldn't eat it but other than that I was happy.

Pork Souvlaki is absolutely top notch, and the Kadaif is unbelievably tasty. I cannot recommend them enough. Love that we have a Greek place that delivers here now.

Loved being able to get that taste of 'greek holiday fast food', quality was great, loved the salad options, looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu.

Food was ok. Has the potential to be good if a few changes are made. Firstly, as someone else mentioned, the chips are not great, they seem to be overcooked or maybe sat round for a while. Secondly, that is most certainly not tzatziki in the gyros, tzatziki isnt pink its white, and should have cucumber, mint and garlic, this pink stuff has none of these. Get a proper tzatziki in there and it would taste much better.

Looking for simple, quality, fresh food? This is probably one of the best I've had in terms of that. But is it flavourful? Not really, there isn't enough salt. Everything including the dressing on the salad was bland. Feta = bland (which is unusual), chicken shish = bland, bread = bland. Even the olives, seems like only the green ones were brined. The shish needs a dip/sauce, too dry to put on plain pitta bread. I could have had a bad one-off order, but this was my experience nevertheless. Would I order again? Maybe. They also missed my drink.

Visited Olympian bites yesterday. It's not long been open just a couple of weeks. It serves Greek street food which was not only delicious but kind on your pocket . The restaurant is tastefully decorated and it's got a good Mediterranean vibe . Greek music playing was a nice touch Look forward to the next visit

Do not order online, they always cancel the order after one hour wait, or they delayed the order and you must cancel!!!

Lovely food, only issue was with Just Eat not assigning a driver which was out of the restaurant’s control.

The food from this is absolutely amazing, the staff member I spoke to was so helpful but the order was over an hour late as Just Eats doesn't send drivers. I placed the order 17 17.16 and it arrived at 19.41 - so after two and a half hours, the food was worth the wait even though I have now gone past it. If Just Eats don't send drivers, be honest and tell them as all you've done is order directly in future (their food is soo good) and just avoid Just Eats where possible

After looking at reviews here and on Google I thought it will be really good. In reality it was very mid. Chips were old and probably re-done, green olives were very salty and nearly not edible. Other than that it was mid when it comes to taste.

I WILL be coming back! Really tasty.

I wanted to like it, but unfortunately this was not the case. The pork souvlaki was pink, the onion used in everything was too overbearing (I suggest soaking in water), the pork gyros meat was barely seasoned, and the tzatziki lacked mint or flavour. Shame. The Kadaif was nice though.

This restaurant now serves Greek Street food. We visited on their second day of opening and were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and eager to please. We hope to return before too long and wish them all the best with this new venture.

Terrible! I'd say: a tragic choice for my birthday dinner! Starters: frozen tinny pealed prawns, swimming in a pool of tomato sauce; soggy calamari in a mess of sauce. Mains: Called "Mixed seafood linguine" - just a miserable linguine with tomato and some tinny frozen pealed prawns... not even a single leaf of parsley or coriander as garnish... Mix seafood?! That's fooling people, seriously! I published some pictures if you want to see... Steak acceptable; Service poorer than basic! Waiter apologised for the music as there was an ethnic party upstairs - Music didn't bother us at all, nor I have a problem with ethnic parties. You should apologise for the food instead! I've read other reviews and was appaled of the owner's replies and threats! 🤦🏻‍♀️ One of the replies insinuates that the client had no idea, knowledge or had ever tasted proper Mediterranean food, and that's why it wasn't of their taste... Well let me tell you, I am from a Southern European country... so do not use that excuse with me! I understand these are very hard times for small businesses, but if you keep fooling your clients you shall not survive! For the very first time I felt the need of writing such negative review of a restaurant... I'm sorry!

The portions of food for the price was absolutely ridiculous, it would feed an 8 year old and they would still be hungry. But the worst thing was the taste, its like they have never heard of salt and pepper or even fish stock for any flavour in the risotto. The calamari was like rubber and they literally charge you £1 per calamari ring and you get 10. The chicken steak was a thinly sliced butterfly chicken breast that someone forgot to take off the grill, it was that hard and dry. Will never recommend this place to anyone

I am very disappointed! Drove all the way from Cirencester for a meal, only to be told that the card machine isn’t working. I spoke to them over the phone before the drive. They could have warned me really.

My girlfriend and i ate here last year , the food was fantastic , we love fish and shared quite a few starters and our mains which were both fish , the sea bass was amazing , also my girlfriends stuffed squid , overall the place had a loveley relaxed atmosphere and the staff were great n didnt rush us ! Which i hate , we had a wonderfull evening and we booked for our second time for tomorrow , neither of us can wait and are very pleased to finally have a decent fish house in glos , Well done to the team cheers !

Can't speak highly enough of this restaurant! The service, the food, the ambience of the restaurant. This was my first time trying freshly cooked seafood and I've never tasted anything so good in my life! We had the king prawns and shrimp in Mediterranean sauce for starters and the sea bass and sea bream (whole fish) as mains followed by cocktails and not a single complaint. For any seafood lovers this is the place to be in Gloucester for authentic, reasonably priced Mediterranean food. Well definitely be back! I hope this review helps others to find this restaurant as it's a diamond in the rough and well deserved 5 stars.

Been for dinner with my family and friends and really enjoyed the food. Higly recomend to everyone.

Absolutely nothing special about this place! Not sure how the good reviews were given. We ordered the fish soup and it came in a very small bowl. Hardly any fish in it and loads of parsley. It was tasty but ridiculously small. No gluten free bread to go with it either. Frozen chips and overcooked thin slices of cod (just grilled until dry). The salad was ok though. The hubby had the stuffed squid. Again, no culinary skills involved there! Just a weird combination of runny cheesy sauce and prawns. Seriously think we should have got fish and chips instead. The waiter was friendly though!

Delicious seafood restaurant. Not far from the quayside docks. We had sea bass (whole fish) and grilled king prawns. Big portion and really tasty. Lovely personal. Really recommend to the sea food lovers. We were really glad to find this restaurant. We will be back!

Just had a nice dinner date with my babe here. Great location, good reception, nice ambience, soft music and of course, great and reasonably priced food. I particularly loved how huge and tasty the T-bone steak was (I’ve been over fed). The Luna cocktail was also lovely; some dark rum, orange notes and not sure what else was in it but could’ve had five of those if I was only after drinks. Overall, I highly recommend.

We had an order delivered, sea bass nice, a bit over cooked but the mussels were absolutely diabolical! The last time I had mussels that shriveled, hard and not nice tasting was in Belgo in the late 90's and they gave us our meal for free and gave us a £50 voucher to use in any Belgo next time...I rang up straight away after seeing and tasting the mussels this time but was only told......oh sorry about that.....? I will carry on using the fish market in Gloucester shopping center and cooking it myself!!!
