Don’t come here if you’re a woman on her own, the man behind the counter thought it would be okay to make creepy comments to my girlfriend when she came here on her own to grab food.

Really underwhelming. The chicken shish was very small and tasteless. There are quite a number of Turkish grills around Clapham and this is the worst I’ve been to - will stick to the others in future.

Wow, I‘m really impressed. It was the last day of our holiday, and we weren’t looking for anything too fancy, just something to eat that isn’t fast food. And we were so lucky to stumble across this restaurant. The wraps were very good. The salad was fresh and the chicken tasty. The two workers there were extremely friendly, helpful and funny. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The wraps were super tasty. Perfect for grabbing something quick to eat, but you can also eat it in the store. Prices are good for London. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. I recommend the chicken wrap, it was freshly prepared and tasted good, would be happy again.

Used to love this place but they’ve changed and not a fan anymore! Why fix what’s not broken. They have taken the beef and sweet potato fries off the menu. The Greek salad doesn’t contain feta anymore. The late night price increase is a joke.

Theatre visit with a vegetarian friend. Wanted to grab a light lunch. This place is perfect. Simple menu but great choices, food was served hot and fresh. Generous portions, lovely staff. Great VFM. Definately visit again when nearby.

Walked into this shop because it looks clean and beautiful, Bought two chicken Shawarma wraps for £8.50 each, it’s small and the meat was flavourless. I know it’s on a high street but way to expensive for what you get, they won’t see me again.

The food was absolutely delicious and amazing with great customer service. Mr. kabir is welcoming us with smile. We ordered Chicken sharwama wraps, house special with Salmon, Baklava. We enjoyed most. Thank you for offering Good service.

Everything is made fresh and salad is good quality too. It’s a good restaurant for quick food. My friend ordered wrap, comes with sweet potatoes and drink. However, my lamb shish (with extra £2) only comes with sweet potatoes. Side salad is good portion, but meat is not enough. Both of us find the food is not much flavour, so a bit disappointing. Free tap water and cups by the bar to help yourself.

I recently tried the vegan Handmade Falafel wrap, and it was undoubtedly the best wrap I've ever enjoyed! The staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!

Very disappointing service. We were seated for ten minutes before we got a menu. Others were seated with a menu straight away. Drinks took 25 minutes to arrive. We ordered the same starter as the table next to us, but we got considerably less than them. There were two people sat at that table also. The table was not cleared after the starter, and they're not big tables so it got very crowded. The waiter did a very good job of pretending he didn't see us. The food was ok but nothing special. I would not recommend eating here.

My friend ordered from this place and because i wasn’t feeling that hungry i passed, but then i tried the chips and they were exquisite , then my friend offered one of the kibbehs (icli kofte) and it was amazing as well, i had to taste the chicken my friend was eating at that point just to make sure if they aced it as well, and they did! The flatbread they send was also still warm and super fresh, the only thing that was just above average(still not bad) was the baklava which was covered in too much syrup for my taste, i will definitely order from here again and probably again.

I love this place so much ! I would go here for my lunch breaks when I worked at Archer street and I decided for my birthday I would go here for dinner. Best meal I have had in a while. Lovely chefs and fantastic foood!

My friend took me here for the first time last night and YUM. Choose your salad, meat and sauce. Staff were very friendly! It’s been 12 hours and I’m still thinking about it. I will be coming back.

Quality of the food has really dropped here.

I’ve been there several times but last time I’ve got a terrible food poisoning. The standards have to be improved.

We used to love this place as restaurant and takeaway. We decided to try it again this evening, the mixed grill whilst tasty was on a mess of cold rice and warm salad. There wasn’t enough bread with the hummus. It made us a bit sad for when this was the best Middle Eastern food in the area. We won’t be ordering again. It was expensive and not very good :-(

Excellent shawarma wraps for little over £7 each (with 10% PureGym discount). Really tasty and sizeable - would struggle to find something better around this area for this price.

If you eat their falafel wrap, two things will happen. First, you will not need a tissue thanks to their genius packing. Two, it will be one of the top three falafel wraps for you. You have to do the hard work to remember what those two other wrap places are.

I cannot believe this little pocket of heaven landed on my doorstep. I have scarcely considered eating anything else since. The quality never falters. The smiles never waver. Whether it’s a dine in or take out, I know I’ll be shaking it all about.

Fantastic Food & Staff!! I’ve been coming to Olives & Meze for a few years since living in Clapham as the food is sooo good!! I usually have the Chicken shish with rainbow salad and it’s very fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly every time by the chef. All the staff over the years and owner is super friendly. After what was a frankly disappointing night at infernos (potentially my last night there), the evening took a turn for the absolute best when I entered this establishment. Excellent restaurant aux influences turques/grecques, situé au plein cœur de Clapham. La nourriture est vraiment bonne et les portions sont très généreuses. Je recommande en particulier le "Home special" (une viande au choix, 3 types de salade et des frites). Bon rapport qualité-prix et service très aimable. À tester absolument !

Pre-theatre meal and this is a great place to choose. Excellent Turkish food and very speedy service. I asked for a bottle of rose and as they didn't have one cold, it was immediately put into the fridge and produced 15 minutes later. If you want to eat in, then it's worth reserving. Between us, we tried most of the mains and all the salads. All wonderful.

Traveling from abroad, found this great place and absolutely loved it to bits. Was the perfect spot for easy quality food. The food is clean/healthy, simple, large portions, and very tasty. Loved it so much. Over the course of a few days, went here about 5 times (I became recognized hah). I wish we had a similar spot back here in the states, it would be wildly successful. Great place for people who are traveling and need simple clean foods packed with veggies. My go to was grilled chicken, rice salad, 2x veggies, sweet potato chips/fries with whatever sauce. Chicken Shawarma was solid as well.

The restaurant has changed, it has become more a take away, but you can also eat in. The food was really good and tasty, I had a wrap with grilled chicken and rainbow salad, all tasted fresh. Customer service very good too.

Food was good. We had the hot meze for 2, tabbouleh (amazing) and the prawn main course (the tomato sauce was a bit bland and nothing to write home about but the prawns were big and juicy). We will go back soon to try other dishes on the menu!

The food is great quality and has a real freshness to it. The staff are friendly too but can be a little forgetful at times as I have been there twice now. Otherwise I love going there.

Food was ok but portions were frugal. We had the fish combo set platter for three - each person got a prawn and 2 calamari rings to start. The main was 3 small slices of fish - size of a small kitkat! I realise restaurants are having a tough time but this was a whole other level. I am hoping as were dining on a Sunday eve they were low on produce after a busy weekend - so were being resourceful. There was that feeling of being duped amongst my party of six. Also check your bill overcharged by £20! This eatery can probably get away with such shade all round with the hip young inebriated clapham crowd - but we definetly thought 'cod.'

Portion sizes aren't massive, ordered a mixed sea food dish and got 1 single prawn (lol). Also the glass I drank my water from smelt terrible. Also only 1 single mixed toilet. Food came pretty quickly. But the food tasted pretty good. All in all, 7/10 from me, just bring your own bottle of water.

Been a regular in this restaurant for over 5 years and never left disappointed until last night. The menu had changed and the price increase was noticeable which is absolutely understandable in the current economy but the portion sizes had decreased as rapidly. We ordered the hot meze which has always been an amazing value feast over 3 plates of food and a bread basket now arrived on one plate. Instead of 6 different appetisers it now consisted 4 with the higher price tag. We enquired when the remaining food was arriving but were told that it was the whole platter. We moved on to the mains as we were shocked about the amount of food or the lack of it. For our surprise the mains now didn't include the delicious yellow rice option anymore but the steamed rice was an extra 3.50 and mixed grill nearly 20 pounds without a side dish. The food was lovely as always but sadly it will be our last time visiting as the bill was significantly more than we ever paid before. Such a shame as it has been a lovely spot to visit regularly over the past years.

We were there between Xmas and New Year when a lot of other restaurants were closed. The atmosphere was nice the food was really good!!

Amazing experience, amazing food, amazing STAFF! I went for my mums birthday and they gave us complimentary Prosecco, they brought out a cake and she loved it. So glad we came here! Would defo recommend

Food was absolutely delicious. It was our first time trying a few things and we fell in love!

Came with 8 people just before Christmas. we were greeted by attentive staff and it was a very warm and inviting atmosphere. We settle on the Christmas menu which was 4 courses and didn't break the bank. The food was exceptional, very hearty, authentic and exceptional. I will definitely return and I do recommend.

Oh, my goodness. I dream about this little restaurant even now sitting here in the States. The food was all so very fresh and delicious and I wish we had had time to go back and try the fish set. The service was outstanding. Everyone there was attentive and kind. I hope it's there the next time we're in London!

Excellent service and very tasty foods. I had a lunch with my family even if my first time I felt very comfortable in term of food prices and food service. There is a very good kids menu which comes with drawing paper etc..my kids really enjoyed it. I highly recommend chicken sish and meat lover which I like mostly in this restaurant.

I had a dinner with my wife in this restaurant. The food was lovely. We had meat lover for 2 set menu. They brought so many hot and cold starters before we had the main course. I loved hummus, borek and falafel starter. In the main course, it was a big plate which had many cubes of lamb, adana and chicken. I loved tropical storm coactail as well. It was such a good experience for us. We will definitely come back!! 😊
