Shocking service staff were rude the man running the place refused to serve us even take away coffee or tea as they closed at 3.00pm it wad 2.45pm plenty time to put 3 warm drinks together as there was still 4 sit in customers finishing their drinks.

Had a lovely experience in this cafe. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Food was delicious . Nice relaxing atmosphere. Will come back again whenever in the area.

Un grupo de seis de nosotros nos dieron una cálida bienvenida en el concurrido restaurante un domingo por la noche y tuvimos una gran comida, muy bien presentado, bien cocinada. Amplio menú hambriento, no demasiado tiempo, apropiado para los vegetarianos, así como la carne/pescado caprichosos. Unas ensaladas y platos principales.

Ru45 Ocean DriveMi decaf americano no estaba recién hecho y sabía a café instantáneo. Arranca. ¡Incluso pedí un reemplazo y sirvieron lo mismo de nuevo!

100 The JewelOlder lady at the customer service desk is pretty rude and flippant, as well whenever I come later in the evening it’s never really clear which self serve section is open and you end up walking back and forward, and if you need help having an item approved theres very few staff available

82 High St, The Royal MileAside from being charged twice for our stay, and finding the room not so clean : this boutique hotel is really ideally placed in the city, and is a perfect fit for a first time in Edinburgh. The hotel people were very nice to us, and the manager was genuinely sorry for the double-charge thingy : so it's a 4-star rating for me. Cheers !
