Nice garden center, had a massive upgrade, new set up, friendly staff, dog friendly

Very enjoyable day out here, they sell all types of garden items, and the plants are top quality,,, there is a nice little eatery on site too

Always such a nice day out, so many plants it's hard not to take a few home every time. Lovely mini market and cafe.

Really nice breakfast. Staff were friendly. I had a lovely omelette and my husband said the bacon and sausage were both tasty

Lovely place to wander around, even though today it's freezing! There's a sale on today!! Sunday April 6th!! Back for strawberry plants this time! Love this place!! Changed again! Green grocer, butcher and deli now too!! July. And now a cake shop!! If ever there was a time when I could spend as much as I like... Definitely do my weekly shop right there!! December. Soooooo Christmassy! If you had a fortune, you could certainly spend it here! Just bought a Christmas tree. The choice isn't great, but I suppose I'm a bit late with my decorations! Superb deli! Yes, I really could spend lots of dosh here if bank balance allowed!! See you in the Spring! March, and it's changing again! It seems different every time we call! It's so lovely to see the Spring flowers coming back in!!

Staff were very a commanding as we were late for food, but we weren't rushed, they food was lush and very good portions, slightly expensive but fresh. One downside, they could wait to sweep around us till we left. Felt a little uncomfortable having a member of staff sweep the floor around you whilst you ate. We were the last ones there.

Lovely small cafe Green & Wild inside James food Hall. Cosy and friendly. Nice choice of freshly made food. Just a small suggestion, no need for the overhead music, the room is small and people coming together to chat, makes competing to be heard over the sound of the music quite a noisy environment. The music won't be missed.

I haven't had any issues with the restaurant at back of the garden center (5 stars), however me and my wife had a cooked breakfast at Green & Wilde Deli Kitchen at the front. These were £10 each and both of us did not enjoy. The bacon was mostly fat with very little actual meat, the sausage was hard like it had been kept warm all day (odd taste so left), egg not great either. The bread and beans were okay thats all. Not for me 😞

Lot of selection not just plants

Diversification is a business requirement,as a garden centre ,that dept seems to be taking a smaller footprint every time I visit.Is it progress,not for me.

Plenty of plants,garden tools and bits and bobs for gardener...parking can be a bit of a pain,but when your popular you are going to have more people going there,prices can be a bit high but there are bargains to be had..worthwhile visit in my opinion!!!

Food is great, my last visit I had the brunch breakfast and it's still great.

In there on 24th Dec one of your employees was taking the piss out of one of your customers after pretending to help them (bald tall guy ) I over heard him telling another employer about the customer not the best way to treat people I will not be coming back there again and will be mentioning to other people about this employee

Fantastic experience in the Green & Wilde Deli Kitchen inside the James Food Hall within the Pyle Garden Centre. Food was delicious & the service was great. Lovely decor & the perfect spot to stop for a bite to eat & a Baileys after a look around!

Our experience in your cafe was pleasant but I must admit for a £10 breakfast I expected my food to be nicer. I appreciate that your food is of good quality but it was massacred in the kitchen. Rock hard bacon, sour dough toast which went up and down in the toaster at least 3 times (you can see the staff member in the kitchen doing this). Our bread was not the only one as we seen one lady take hers back and express the same issue. Disappointed ☹️

Everything you could want for the garden, also good deli/food & clothing area, and very Xmasy for the kids. 2 Nice cafe/coffee shops, although very full on Sunday afternoon.

Visited specifically to try the breakfast in the restaurant as it was recommended to me by a work colleague. Simply delicious and all that for £10...bargain! Waiters were very friendly and attentive. Food was well cooked and seasoned and they didn't skimp on the servings. Easy access from the car park, no steps to tackle if you have mobility issue. Veggie options available. I recommend the breakfast and will be back to try the cakes another time. Thank you!

Went to Green & Wild’s new coffee shop at Pyle Garden Centre with a friend earlier. It is clean, modern with lovely staff . Enjoyed a light brunch which was cooked & presented beautifully ..to perfection actually. Compliments to the chef. Very impressed & Will most definitely be returning 😃

So we took our family of 9 adults and 2 children for breakfast which came to over a £100. When the breakfast came one of the plates were missing beans? Called waitress who gave a mumbo jumbo answer and said a dry breakfast was asked for which was absolutely not the case and would not give us the beans!! Also we paid for 2 pieces of toast which we waited for and never came! Again I asked the waitress and was told it was put on one of the breakfast plates.I don't understand why? After saying we have spent over a £100 we were then given 1 piece of toast when two were paid for. Customer service was awful!!!

Service in this place is very slow .we ordered two hot chocolates they tasted like dish water went to complain they did make me another but no difference awful won't return sad nice looking place.

Lovely food in the new cafe! Very helpful lady who seemed like the manager/owner. We arrived very close to closing time but preparing food and drink for three people was no problem for them. Fish finger sandwich was delicious and the houmous was fantastic value for money. Will definitely visit again

On arrival were told there was an hour's wait for food (although there were empty tables near us) and the member of staff suggested we tried the coffee shop - Green and wild - in the food hall. Followed her advice. We waited 45 minutes for an over priced sandwich. Staff were friendly and apologetic but unlikely to make a return visit.

We shop at the garden centre regularly. We noticed that they are building a cafe inside the centre, looking forward to trying that.

Really poor service - some of the food on the dinner was cold. My daughters meal arrived as the waiter was clearing the rest of the tables plates, we had to remind staff 3 times that we still hadn't received it. One bowl of vegetables between 4 adults, we were told more vegetables were on their way but after asking twice more for it and nothing being brought we just gave up. We even had to ask where our drinks were as they didn't arrive. Not great, won't be returning.

What a brilliant place a very large garden centre with a fantastic restaurant and beautiful food, and a large car park

They have spent a lot of money expanding the place and doing it up way way better than it was before there is now a small farm type shops now inside from cakes ,geleto ice creams to meat, pies and other items. In the Olive tree restaurant my self and mother had two coffees and a slice of carrot cake and banana and white chocolate cake lovely 😋😋on this visit on the 25.10.23 I treated my mother to dinner I had the Butchers Burger and mum had the fish coujons and side salad can only say burger was and chips and salad was beautiful and delicious so was my mum's coujons ***** five stars .

Always a popular place to visit and can get quite busy. There are works going on at the minute so unsure how this impacts on parking. Lovely cafe that serves gorgeous coffee and cake. Main meals are available but have never tried these.

Love it here, especially the Cotton Traders and The Dawns Healing Light Shops. It's a great place, and you can take your dog in with you. However, there aren't any bins around if you dog decides to go toilet.

Lovely garden centre we bought 2 olive trees

Visited the Olive Tree today at about 2 pm the place was nice and busy with a great vibe. We accidentally got in the way of one of the serving staff as we walked in, and we exchanged smiles we asked where to sit and she said take a seat where you like. We sat there causally looking at the menu, and after sometime we thought perhaps we better go up and place our order. I asked at the till and they confirmed that we should place the order at the till and there was no table service. Anyway with that sorted we had a great All Day Brunch with coffee, great meal good quality. The meals and coffee arrived very quickly. All round a good experience, however the fact that there is no table service, should be made more obvious. Nice people good food. Happy to visit again.

Love visiting the Olive Tree. The food is always delicious and staff extremely friendly and helpful. I recently had the Sunday lunch here which was one of the best dinners I’ve had. Can’t wait to return. Thanks all! X

Great store, not much selection of house plants and the goods are really expensive but a well laid out store

Dropped in on our way through and marvelled at all the changed since our last visit. The plants are irresistible - all very healthy and well-displayed to tempt buyers. The Olive Tree Restaurant with its live entertainment and good food is now larger and has lots more tables. Parking availability is good here too. We enjoyed our scampi, chips with peas and a Chicken Curry @ £13 each. Try the Honeycomb Cake if you have a 'sweet tooth'. It's delicious!

Amazing collection of businesses with a large car park in the rear. Enjoyed a special celebration event in the Olive Tree restaurant. Food was excellent and the service great

Went at 12:10 pm went to order and was told that the meal would take an hour to come , did not bother to stay we just walked out before ordering , the place was half empty , not impressed at all .

Lovely place with so much on offer. The olive tree although quite pricey is delicious. The butcher has a lovely range but my favourite is fruity bouquet.

This is one of our favourite places for coffee. We visit a few times a month for cappuccino and hot chocolates and cake which is delicious. It is usually pretty busy and waiting times are affected by this. We particularly love to sit outside which is a lovely area but the inside has a fantastic atmosphere. It is always clean and the servers are polite, friendly and professional despite usually being very busy. Highly recommended.

My friend and me were very dissapointed ordered the cream tea which described a scone it turned up as a dried out tea cake noticed bag behind counter with them very hot inside. Staff not happy about my complaint no compensation sorry guys will be...

First visit after covid and found the garden centre had returned to normality and the choice of plants and other services greatly improved. Lots of other small businesses within and was tempted to buy a delicious cheesecake.

Well thinking we we're goings have a breakfast at Pyle today . Oh boy were we wrong we ordered 2 coffee, 1 poached egg on toast and 1 toast with jam. This was at 10 -30 ...had coffee straight away but then had to wait a further 40 minutes for our small breakfast at which time was told they were just finishing up to bring out .a further 10 minutes passed to no avail so went to complain and had a refund . Much to my annoyance. The funny thing was because we had drank our coffees we didn't even get a refund as a goodwill for waiting for such an appauling time for said breakfast absolutely shocking sadley we weren't the only ones people had been waiting over an hour suffice to say we will not be going back .

Came for breakfast waited about a hour for it to come to the table by that time hot drinks had been drunk no offer or apology won’t be coming back or recommending it very disappointing.

A great experience and a tremendous place to be at

6 in our group ranging in age from 9 to 79 (plus 2 dogs) and including meat eaters and veggies. The 9 year old said it was the best pizza he's ever had (I dunno, but he always has Pizza!) vegan Sunday roast was amazing and so was everything else - service was quick and friendly, we sat outside as we had dogs but the outside was covered and just as lovely as inside. My aunt had a jacket potato rather than a roast and even that was really generous, loads of salad and coleslaw etc. Brilliant to have such a good selection of other things as well as the ace roasts - something for everyone. We combined it with a walk to the beach at kenfig nature reserve (8 mins drive away) and could not have had a better day. Top marks. Not far from motorway either.

A pleasant place to visit, browse and buy. Besides the obvious garden centre items there are also quite a few concessions to broaden the appeal. Throw in a cafe that offers quite a wide menu and you have a place to occupy your interest for a few hours. A revisit today 8th July 2022 and there has been a big reorganisation. Most cars now have to be parked in the rear car park but the only access is down the slope where it has always been. Inside you are now routed IKEA style and it can take a while to find what you want. Not an improvement in my opinion. Revisited 19th May and much has been added to improve the customer experience so well worth a visit.

Finding my way around here took forever. Its just a maze and parking was incredibly busy. We just managed to find a space.

Excellent had the best sausage sandwich iv had in years no fuss didn’t have to wait to long although it was really busy ! Would recommend it to anyone !

Came here for the 1st time today with a friend, I decided to order the prawn mayo baguette as it stated freshly made bread on the menu I asked at the counter before ordering if the baguettes were fresh and was told yes so went...

Sunday Lunch was excellent value for money. 3 courses for £17.50. Food is lovely, staff friendly & helpful. Definitely be returning & recommend. Alternative menu also available if you do not want Sunday Lunch.

What a lovely surprise, my daughter and I had Sunday lunch here yesterday, it was absolutely fantastic, we will definitely be going again , superb food and very friendly staff …perfect Sunday lunch 😋😊
