Small coffee shop and market inside, coffe was great, and pastry was fresh 8 out 10.

Lots of out of date items on shelves and needs a good clean , I was shocked to see they have a very low 1 star food hygiene rating inspected by the food standards agency on 9th July 2024 stating major improvement necessary this is one of the lowest scores in Elmbridge , yuk!!!!

That the amazing food I’ve got from them today. - 4 slices of baguette instead of garlic bread with cheese - second supposed to be a pollo milaneze with chips and salad. How can you send something like that and not even inform the customer before? Frozen cold food! Very disappointed!

Ordered a couple of large pizzas and they were superb ! But beware, do NOT order online the stuffed crust : The website order system charges for it but then drops it from the order sent to the kitchen. No fault of the people who work there - just a faulty website. But good on them for correcting the error and sending out a replacement pizza anyway.

Lovely, fresh food, I enjoyed the Greek salad, my family loved the piggy chips and chicken. Yet to try a pizza! Highly recommend 😋

Second time I’ve ordered, delivered by a polite and friendly man. I love the option of having a whole meal base, the freshness of the ingredients too. My go to pizza place.

Placed an order for meal deal 3B £29.99 which was for two 15 inch pizzas. Received two 12 inch pizzas instead which is their 3A meal £21.99. A difference of £8. Called to complain on Saturday and asked for £8 refund which I’m entitled to, only to be told the manager wasn’t there but would contact me in the morning. No call back Sunday as promised so I called again to be told the same story about no manager but my details were there for the manager to call me. This is now Monday and surprise surprise no contact. I’m still no further in getting my £8 refund. Won’t be using again. Strange as they admit their mistake on the phone yet excuses when it comes to refunding

Just wanted to take a moment to celebrate the Olive Pizza Kitchen in Walton. Always so accommodating and friendly (we've only recently discovered them - shame on us!). They made us a heart shaped pizza for our anniversary last night (I gave them a heads up the day before that we would pop in). Just a little something, but made hubby smile as he had no idea (and loves his pizza!) Anyway, if you haven't tried them out before and love traditional pizza - give them a try - It's a little gem of a place 🍕❤️

First time order, vegetarian option on a whole meal base, tasted fresh with quality ingredients, will certainly order again.

The customer service was outstanding and the pizza arrived quickly, the pizza has never tasted bad when we order and is always hot, delicious and flavorful. Would definetly recommend this place to anyone wanting a solid pie with good staff.Thank you guys.

Pizza was great chicken wings I did not eat because I only like the flat pieces didn’t really have a choice because there was only legs and I thought there was going to be garlic cloves in the marinated olives

Hi there, I have ordered Regata pizza: 1. The olives weren't kalamata ,but just ordinary ones! 2. I was charged 20p extra for a bag ,but the pizza was delivered without bag, so why I was charged 20p then? 3. Apart from that, the pizza was extremely delicious!

Friendly and prompt service. I enjoyed their pizza and pasta. The lady there on Sunday is excellent, very friendly and goes the extra mile to see you get what you want and are comfortable. Food is also at a moderate price. Nice shop. Not very prompt at cleaning up after customers though.

I've ordered pizza twice from here and it is defiantly some of the best pizza I've had. the olive bread is defiantly a new personal fav of mine, and to make sure I wasn't biased I offered a slice to my roommate and landlord and they both agree it's some of the best pizza they've had!

We ordered 2 pizzas and antipasti. Antipasti the worst meal ever. Not worth the money!!!!

We usually use this place for takeaways. Really nice pizza and they also have a shop so great if you need milk, bread, cat food etc. They also deliver beer, wine and cigarettes.

Finally, an excellent gluten-free pizza, very, very few places do a thin crust gluten-free pizza that tastes good.

Do not shop at Olive. I repeat, do not. Twice in a row now that something has been purchased has been out of date!! They do not get rid of old stock and rotate it. Absolutely disgusting. These biscuits were purchased 26th October. I am ashamed I didn't check the date before opening!! They tasted awful.

We read some other reviews saying the base of the pizzas had changed. We thought they couldn't be that bad. However, they were absolutely spot on. The pizza was awful. They have obviously swapped to cheaper / quicker ingredients. Couldn't finish the pizza we bought it was that bad.

Very convient store with different groceries

So disappointed, they have changed their base and it's awful, it was a cross between stale bread and a cracker, it doesn't taste fresh made more like a pre frozen base, brought in. We hadn't ordered pizza takeaways for over a year after Olive stopped their multi buy offers. They used to be the best pizza to get but not anymore. The tomato sauce is nice and tangy but the base is a NO NO for us. Sorry to say we will not be ordering again. Also the delivery time said 45 minutes and it came much later, near on an hour and half. 😞 I'm giving the extra star for the sauce otherwise its 1 star from our house.

Olive has been a light in the darkness they supply me with my morning latte as I go to work as a key worker they have every thing you need from eggs,flour,fresh fruit and bread your morning crousoints and so much more glad to support them as they have supported us xx

Best pizza in Walton ? 100% - easily, hands down the best option. Brilliant service, brilliant fresh tasting pizza for a fantastic price. Once again i will always use Olive over one of the other brands as its important to keep local business on the high streets however without doubt this is the best pizza in the area. Well done olive !!

Great pepperoni pizzas. Tried the chicken wings, twisted fries, potato wedges and garlic bread as well. All tasty. Collected food a bit earlier but it was all ready. Good value for money

ordered e grande Pizza on Tuesday as it was buy one get one free and the menu card said that the pizza with half and half is free but I was charged extra for it and delivery man started rudely arguing that its best pizza in town and never refunded it back. ver rude and will never order

Rudest staff on telephone and absolutely noninterest innpeoviding customer service. Will happily take your money and not deliver on the products. Do yourself a favor and never order anything from them!

Got order wrong, breakfast was awful quality

Haven't ordered pizza there but the staff in incredibly rude and claimed they didn't have our package sent by UPS (it's a drop off point for various delivery companies). They refused to look for it but eventually admitted they had it. Unfortunately I have heard several other people experiencing the same issue when picking up parcels. They simply refuse to search using the tracking no and it's a struggle to retrieve your package.

Just collected a package from here after UPS sent me to the wrong address 3 times. Found the staff really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to try their pizza soon!

Excellent tea and coffee and croissants, girls friendly but lack customer service, always in their mobiles and as I left, I thanked them and said goodbye - answer - see ya la'er - not the response I was looking for!

We have decided to order food from Olivia because we didn't know the place, tired of the usual and guess what? I just had the best calzone, the best chicken wings, the best tortellini, the best ice cream and the best sticky toffee pudding!!! We are shocked how wonderful the food was. We are definitely ordering again and again... Food was hot, dessert was amazing, everything very well packed for delivery. Huge thank you!!! Yummyy!!!

We ordered delivery and we were blown away with the Pizza. We also had some side dishes all were excellent. It felt like actual restaurant food . If you want a good pizza and great side dishes delivered.............. try these guys you will be happy.

Filthy floors, filthy toilets reheated food, I just can't believe that this place offers food, cuppachino served from used grounds of coffie, over price well above the convenience I will never step foot in this place again.

The wholemeal is where it is at, I don't see anybody else doing that. Great team there, can't fault them on much, pizza was fresh, tasty and well priced.

Very good for a fast, cheap pizza. Good menu to select from. Nice crispy base.

Unbelieveable service. Took over an hour to deliver the pizza and when asked why, they lied about when they received the order despite clutching a time stamped receipt. To top it all off, they didn't deliver the correct order as they suggested the website would allow you to order the wrong combination of items. Avoid them.

Over priced but useful in an emergency for bread, milk etc. Had a horrible toasted ciabatta type thing from them once - put me off trying their pizzas. Weird atmosphere created by the way the staff go around the place.
