Shocking breakfast, service appalling. Bain fatty, sausage tasteless and bread like hardboard. Definitely a place to avoid, the staff just dumped my tea on the service counter and left it there. They were more worried about the till, they should not be in catering, they looked dirty and grubby

My parents came here last week, they won’t be returning. They ordered a sandwich & after 40 mins, no sign. They spoke to the waitress who said “they’re busy”?! They were so rude without any need, my parents are not rude people. My mum calmly explained they couldn’t wait much longer &, as there was no sign of it coming, could they have a refund (as they had an appointment to attend). They didn’t offer to bring it out quickly there & then & there was absolutely no apology, only rudeness & abruptness. Next thing, a lady comes storming out & literally slams the money on the table in front of them rudely saying there’s your money!! They managed to annoy my dad, the most gentle sweetest man so….thank you for making their relaxing little cafe outing together (a treat from mum before his chemo the following day) memorable for all the wrong reasons. Maybe you should either be kind & hospitable, or shut the doors.

Waited ages to be served while staff had a chat. Tea served 10 minutes before getting my breakfast. Cold egg yolk and white half snotty. Burnt hash brown. Cold bacon. Waited 20 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even busy. I was the only one there!

This place is terrible. Despite phoning for collection I was still waiting for over 15 minutes for a jacket potato. And the jacket potato was clearly microwaved- not baked. And was cold. Horrible place, grubby looking with staff who are miserable and need a serious lesson in customer service. Avoid at all costs. There are many other places you can stop off at for food that are better priced and far better quality.

I have used this cafe a few times this summer for a break, coffee and a suitable place to debrief motorcycle associates. The coffee is good, I haven’t eaten my self but the breakfast looks good and is popular. I would prefer an outdoor no smoking area.

Sausage Bap and a coffee - £5:45 - other local cafes £2:50 with refills. Need to seriously take a look at your prices- too expensive for me to go back. Just opened a business near, would have been a regular if the prices where reasonable.

Nothing better than a bacon sandwich anytime! Theirs are very good as are the breakfasts. Handily, they are open on a Sunday too. Happy days. Reasonable prices too ;)

If you look past the fact this place is on an industrial estate the food and the service is Tip Top!

Visited here last week whilst on Industrial Estate. Have been about 5 times before. Menu is quite varied for a Truck Stop type café. However - the staff looked and seemed run down and unmotivated and were outside the front door smoking. As a non smoker this is off putting. Food was distinctly average and having had eggs here in the past they have still not learnt how to cook a fried egg without it being served up rock hard and over done. Noticed a guy on another table who had a cottage pie and he left most of it - looked very dry.

Great little truck type café situated at Sunrise business park Blandford Dorset. Clean & friendly staff & competitively priced. Has 4 or so picnic style benches out side & more than adequate seating inside. Basic menu But more than sufficient. Food Always well cooked & speedily delivered to table. I visit quite frequently & am never disappointed. thourly recommend it....

Great breakfasts and hot baguettes, better value and quality than Subway, have something for take away lunch 3 or 4 times a week.

Service was friendly & efficient. The menu was wider than expected and there were a variety of specials displayed but we opted for the 'old faithful' and had a mid-range all day breakfast each, all very good - vale for money & would use again!

Whilst out on a driving course we stopped here for a debrief and a tea. There is a fair amount of parking outside this cafe and failing that there is parking in the road of the business park. The cafe is right next door to Crazy Monsters a children's play zone. As well as hot and cold drinks they offer cakes, biscuits and a limited amount of cooked meals including fried breakfast. It is a bit basic but clean, there is a toilet and the staff are pleasant. You place your order at the counter and pay. There is a smoking area outside

Very disappointed. I had looked at the menu before going there and nothing that I wanted was available. Won’t be going again.

On our journey home from an overnight-stay in Bournemouth we decided to take a minor roads route back home rather than the direct main road route. This took us through quite a few small towns and villages. Our plan was to find a Farm Shop Café or a village / small town-centre café where we could get lunch: ideally a snack and a hot drink. We were over an hour into our journey when we saw the signs for Marcia’s Farm Shop and turned into what was a heavily pot-holed carpark. We then walked into the signposted barn noting that there was plenty of tables and chairs arranged in neat rows but no-one was sat there. There was another door into ‘The Shack’; inside was actually a full bar; like you would find in a pub. There were a few locals propping-up the bar, chatting and drinking draught beer. This is not what we had expected and we assumed that the ‘Marcia’s Farm Shop’ and ‘The Shack’ were one in the same business. There didn’t appear to be any farm produce on sale: other than, we assumed, the food offered in the menu. It was almost exactly 1pm when we were approached and welcomed by a pleasant lady. We asked about food, and she advised us to select a table and choose from the menu of snacks that were available, and that she would return to take our order. We studied the menu having ordered some tea and my Partner chose a fishfinger baguette, whereas I chose a toasted ham and cheese sourdough sandwich. The plates took a good 20-25 minutes to arrive from ordering, but freshly prepared food does take time. So, we sipped tea and amused ourselves with the help of a large (probably over-fed and under-exercised) old Labrador who constantly wandered and sniffed around the bar and seated areas. The dog then settled at our table once our food order arrived. This was not a serious issue for us (others however may dislike being ‘hounded’ by slobbering dogs while they eat their food). Both plates featured a colourful and tasty fresh dressed salad which was really good. My sandwich was really firm and crunchy with a generous helping of thick-cut ham and plenty of well-melted cheese, and a small portion of red cabbage coleslaw to go with the salad. It was really good and enjoyed. My Partner’s baguette featured homemade cod loin fishfingers and tartare sauce (both inside the baguette). The fish was a bit moist and insubstantial; despite being made from the loin. Cod can be like this and it is why we prefer the meatier haddock. The baguette also accompanied by a few crisps, but they were a really strange flavour for accompanying fish (reminded us of Oxo beef - but very artificial). Our food was on the whole good, generously portioned and very much welcomed, and it was good value.
