Walked 2 miles today to visit this place based on great experiences at other outlets. Regret that I bothered having passed several nice cafes along the way. Service and ambience both v poor. Had to specifically ask for my coffees in cups, spoons, milk and tray to carry my order. (All separate requests) Tables and toilets were unclean. In fairness, drinks and food were good but service and cleanliness let the brand down. I won’t return.

efficient friendly staff . Professional service always, clean shop . Best decaf, almond coffee in town. Although sometimes the sign it machines dont work .

Ole & Steen make the best café lattés. Their Kensington High Street location is my go-to whenever I'm in London. The quality & taste of their coffee is always consistent. A nice Kløben bun or Cinnamon Social is the perfect complement to a warm rich latté.

So good, breads are delicious with loads of savoury filling choices and the sweet pastries I need to go back as it was so hard to choose
