Ordered paela and garlic prawns through Uber Eat. Just auful! Most of the food went to the bin. Paela dry, saulty and rubbery. Waste of money.

Este lugar solía ser genial, por desgracia, nueva dirección y un nuevo chef ha malogrado. No tires tu dinero!

My wife and I called here for a quick drink on a Saturday evening. The lady behind the bar was welcoming and served us our drinks efficiently. I thought that the price was reasonable value for money for London. ( Just over £9 for a glass of house white wine and a pint of draught lager)

My friend and I ordered through Deliveroo and found the food very problematic. We ordered tapas. The Patatas Bravas were a mound of soggy diced potatoes covered in ketchup, with a smidgeon of insipid garlic mayonnaise in the carton. The Gambas Alajillo were meant to be prawns in garlic and olive oil, but they were doused in chilli for some reason, perhaps to mask their tastelessness. There was an awful lot of prawns (rather small, with tails) which led us to suspect that this restaurant prefers quantity over quality. The Tomate Aceite Pan were soggy, the Jamón was dry and the Queso was like plimsoll. The Pulpo (octopus) was dry and chewy. The Croquetas De Jamón were the best thing we ordered. Gritting our teeth, we threw out much of this overpriced guck. This was a disaster of a meal—it was so slovenly cooked—and such an anticlimax to my friend's holiday in London. I would never order from this place again and simply do not understand others' glowing reviews.

This is the most authentic tapas restaurant I've come across outside of Spain. The food is simple and delicious, the drinks cold and on Friday nights there is a guy who plays Spanish guitar till 9pm. The owners are lovely and service very Spanish! 🍷🍷 The prices are also outstanding - with a bottle of wine two people can have a big dinner for under £50 in central London which is almost unheard of. Such a gem of a place.

I ate here with my friends a few weeks ago. Small but cost restaurant. The waitress was nice, her English wasn't great but we managed. We ordered lots of different tapas and most were full of flavour and delicious. However the seafood we ordered was not very nice. We ordered prawns and octopus. The prawns were so small and lacked flavour and the octopus was chewy and tough. Shame as we enjoyed all other tapas. I might give it another try and mention next time about the seafood.

So this is an interesting place. First of all, let me explain all of the good points. The food is made very well, super tasty, loads of flavour, delicious. For this I’ll give 5/5, I didn’t eat anything that was bad. As a group on a business evening meal with my team this was also a lovely, busy, fun ambience in a pretty converted building and sitting upstairs was a great atmosphere. For a group booking where you want to all share food, the menu is also perfect as the dishes and style of food lend themselves to being shared my multiple people so this makes the whole experience very sociable. Again 5/5. Now onto the not so good… Drinks prices … £7.50 for an Israeli beer is outrageous. 330ml coke in glass bottle £5.00 outrageous. Wine, pretty rubbish list and hideously overpriced so didn’t bother at all. You should also be aware that as a group of 6 people spending over £300 weeks only ordered 1 drink each during the whole meal for two reasons. Firstly, the drinks were so extortionately priced, even for London, high rents, blah blah whatever! And secondly, which brings me onto my next point…we were a table of 6 people on business, with corporate credit cards and yet virtually no waiters ever came over to offer us more drinks or to see how our food was! So the service was pretty non existent which in a place so highly priced is not acceptable. So we got charged £37 for rubbish service, far from ideal, including it taking them forever to bring us our bill at the end! And then food prices. Yes, the food is good, but when you look at what goes into the dishes, much of it is either vegetarian or where there was a protein it was a tiny amount of meat or fish in the dish. So a good example…Houmous in a typical Turkish restaurant would be no more than £8 and you would be served as much pitta bread as you can eat! At this restaurant houmous was £12-15 each but the pitta was extra so we got charged £24.50 for pitta alone, which probably cost the restaurant about £2.00 and should have been included in the price of the houmous! Other main dishes are £20+ but were also small and disappeared in minutes between six of us. Overall, this was hugely disappointing…we paid £333 and left still hungry for more food, thirsty after a lack of drinks and underwhelmed all round! For this kind of money we recently had an outstanding meal with wine in a high quality restaurant in Chelsea which shows you how overcharged this place is. In a Turkish or Greek restaurant we would have paid £200 for the same kind of meal! Change your pricing and improve your service and you’d be a 5/5 and still here in 3 years time. Don’t, and I’m guessing you will long since be shut down by 2027!
