Rendang Chicken was outstanding though a little fishy. But still good. Very good dinner. Well fed!!

I recently dined at Oka Pan Asian and Sushi and had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the restaurant's Kingly Court location added to the charm. Our server, Rebecca, was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of dishes, including the Soft Shell Crab, Kimchi Chicken, and Miso Cod—all prepared to perfection. The Salmon Sashimi was fresh and flavorful, and the Yummy Roll lived up to its name. For dessert, the Crème Brûlée was a standout, complemented by the White and Dark Cookies, which added a sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The attention to detail, from the presentation to the flavors, was impressive. Overall, Oka is a must-visit for anyone who loves Pan Asian cuisine or sushi. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning soon

Delicious food. On the pricier side but great value for money and great for group meals. I recommend the Enoki roll and prawn tempura. I got the camomille martini, but found this too sweet for my liking. Switched for Asahi instead haha

The contemporary interiors created a relaxed environment that was perfect for a casual meal. Quality of Food: The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the sushi. The quality was exceptional, with each piece being fresh and flavourful. The variety and style of the sushi were exciting, showcasing the restaurant's dedication to authentic Japanese cuisine. It was clear that the chefs take pride in their craft, as everything we tasted was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Service Experience: The staff were accommodating and provided adequate service throughout our meal. While they were not overly friendly, they were polite and attentive enough to meet our needs without feeling intrusive. Pricing: One downside was the pricing; I found the meal to be slightly overpriced. However, considering the quality of the food, it felt more like a premium experience rather than just high costs without value. The combination of fresh sushi and a serene atmosphere made it a worthwhile stop during our shopping excursion. While it may be on the pricier side, I would recommend it for those looking for quality Japanese cuisine in London.

Arrived at 10 and they close at 11 but they accommodated us well and got the food out very quickly. Staff knew what they were on about and answered all questions we had regarding the food. The food itself was fantastic and we had an amazing time

We stopped for lunch here after a walking tour and loved the food. It was fresh and very tasty! We shared 5 rolls (3 specialty and 2 regular) between 4 people and we got 2 desserts and left satisfied. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was calming and cozy.

Had such a lovely experience here! We had the chicken in the starters, red dragon roll and crispy spicy tuna roll and the food was divine! The manager and our server Keith were absolutely lovely as well as the lady behind the bar. Oka has recently revamped and it has become a lot bigger and nicer! Definitely will be back

We had an absolute blast — our server was incredible and did so much to assist us and make us comfortable. The service was the first thing that caught our attention and it was incredible. The food was 10/10 — we tried multiple things and really loved the A5 Wagyu Nigiri (it was a menu special and it was just amazing), the Spider Roll and the Salmon roll. Overall delicious menu with a great selection of fresh and tasty food. Will definitely come back and recommend it to friends in the future!

Excellent food, great cocktails and very good service. Even though one of my dishes took quite a long time, the staff were kept checking with the kitchen and eventually gifted us with a desert as an apology for the wait time. Highly recommend it for great food and professionalism!

Really special find - the food was delicious! The service also so lovely. We had a few dishes between the four of us, including the yellowtail ceviche and seabass grill. The bulgogi was so yum! It was so yummy we ordered them again. Will definitely be back here for another meal. Thank you!

Had a great lunch at Oka on Sunday! The menu has so many interesting options it was difficult to pick, but we recommend the salmon truffle sushi roll and salmon bites to start. The servers were very friendly, and the portions are generous. Will definitely be back again to try more.

Tengo sake, la sopa de miso fue la mejor que he probado - un poco picante y delicioso, y el atún nigiri y el salmón fue genial. También tenía un rollo de man unagi que me gustó un poco menos. Wonderful service and atmosphere, the restaurant is on the first floor and overlooks the inner terrace. They had great specials and the food was prepared quickly. I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and taste of the food. If I have more time I would go again!

Mi hija, nieta y yo tuvimos una comida muy deliciosa aquí anoche. Cada plato estaba muy bien hecho y servido inmediatamente que llegó al paso. Solo teníamos unos 50 minutos antes del teatro y comimos con tiempo suficiente. Nuestro servidor era encantador también. Parecía tener un entusiasmo genuino por la comida y el servicio y brilló a través. También es bueno conseguir una “botella de agua del grifo” con hielo. Definitivamente le daría 5 estrellas si no fuera por las molestas moscas de la fruta que tuvimos que seguir arrastrando. Obviamente sabían que era un problema, ya que los reconocieron!

I went there and returned to this excellent Jap of absolutely medium price, but of high quality! The fast, kind and attentive service made the experience of both evenings excellent.

Nice experience had in Carnaby, the restaurant is on the first floor of this small and very characteristic baglio. Obviously a purely touristic and crowded area. We were welcomed by the staff, welcoming and partly characteristic place. We ordered various dishes from a simple and well-made menu. All the dishes have very characteristic flavors, especially the Yummy 😋, they are well made and the fish is of good quality. Clean bathroom. No parking. Recommended.

Started coming here back in 2016 having walked by on so many occasions. I still regret not popping in earlier (although I have more than made up for it with some triple weekly visits since then). Great food and drink options. Staff are what make the place though. I'm on first name terms with Nitesh the manager and some of the other staff (some who have sadly moved on). Lunch used to be busy so I'd go around 15:00. Went to dinner last night (21/08/2024 - best to book) at 19:00 staying till late eating food and enjoying family time. Point to note, everyone of my family and friends I've introduced end up visiting regularly too. Spicy Tuna and the Tataki Asparagus Roll are my favourites. I'd highly recommend these along with the lamb chops and kimchi chicken. This is one of only a few Sushi restaurants that also offer Kizami wasabi which is a much better taste experience than the standard wasabi paste. Vegetarians guests of mine have complimented that the selection for them is also very good. Overall a great place to eat and relax and enjoy great food. Service is exceptional too which really counts. EDIT: Try the warm cookie dough desert with vanilla ice cream. Any sweet tooth will be well pleased.

Visited this lovely place in the heart of soho, went in for cozy dinner. Warmly welcomed by the team. Tried one of the best sushi in the town. Beef and lamb was just 💋. All thanks to Legend Sushil and the team, who helped us in every way possible. Will definitely return. 🤙

The team at Oka was absolutely so genuine and kind. The food was impeccable and delicious! I suggest the salmon truffle oil sushi and the Beef Bulgogi Fillet had incredible flavors that melts in your mouth! They were also so kind to surprise my friend for her birthday! Must visit best oka branch!!

Lovely sushi place on an upper level in Kingly Court. We've been coming back every time we're in London. Gracious service, lovely atmosphere, and some of the best sushi we've ever had. A great respite from shopping on Carnaby!

I have been coming to OKA sushi for years now and they have never, EVER, stopped impressing me with the incredible food (with fresh products) and the kindness of their staff. They renovated the place a few months ago and I was in awe of the beautiful setting that they created (perfect for a cozy date). And they upgraded their cocktail menu to have new creations from their incredible mixologist. All in all, I am proud to be a regular customer in this restaurant. And I really want to thank the staff : Milena, Pedro (sorry if I got the names wrong and I forgot the others, I’m terrible with names). But thank you thank you thank you for your incredible service.

After seeing all the good reviews I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a good variety of the dishes however was extremely disappointed about the quality of the food. The sushi was overrated, lacked taste and was overall poor in my opinion. I ordered the tempura prawns and the kare chicken which was okay but nothing special. The salmon bites was also only ok, edible but nothing special. Overall I will not be returning here again. My 2 stars are only up there for the service .

Came here for my birthday dinner, ran a little late and staff were really nice and accommodating of us running late. Took pictures for us and were very friendly! Food was absolutely delicious especially the Tuna Sashimi & Spider Roll. Only downside is as the sushi comes out so quickly (amazing!) the cooked meat (specifically kimchi chicken) took noticeably longer, around 10-15 mins longer than everything else. Will definitely come back if in the area!!

We had a very good time dining experience at Oka. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The ambiance was perfect, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

Very expensive for the little amount of food you’re given, two of us spent more than £80 total and went home hungry - we didn’t order any alcohol either!

Visited on a Wednesday evening and was seated promptly. Unfortunately it took around 40 minutes after this to have our order taken which was a bit disappointing. No fault of the service staff working on the day as it was obviously understaffed as there only appeared to be 3 people working. Once ordered the food and drinks came out quick and were both very delicious and high quality. Maybe management needs to consider staffing more people.

Great vibe, great staff. he actually squeezed 3 of us where we didn’t have reservation. The dragon roll, oka salad, miso soup were great. Chicken skewers were below average. We took the matcha cookie dough for dessert and it was amazing, a little too sweet!
