Muy buena comida. Una gran selección en el menú. No a todo el mundo le gustaba el sushi, así que era un menú de equilibrio y todo el mundo estaba satisfecho con su selección. El servicio fue muy bueno. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera para probar este lugar.

Reservé el restaurante Oishi para una comida de negocios y me impresionó mucho lo profesional que funciona el lugar, así como el personal que nos cuidó esta noche. No se puede negar que la comida y el servicio era impecable. Mis papilas gustativas fueron llevadas en un viaje tentador a través de diferentes reinos de placer con cada bocado dejándome suave mmmmming con satisfacción y satisfacción. Volveré cada fin de semana con amigos y familiares para compartir lo que se sintió como una experiencia única en la vida. Muchas gracias al equipo de Oishi que hiciste nuestra noche. ¡Nos vemos pronto!

First visit and in short would never go back and definitely would not recommend. Incredibly slow service and poorly managed with not enough staff. Food ok although Sushi was all covered in sauce which spoilt it Detail: After 40 minute wait we chased up our drinks and the fact we still hadn’t been asked for a food order. Appeared to be 1 person on the bar in the restaurant but couldn’t make any drinks instead transferring the order to the 1812 bar next door with long delays. Around 20 mins wait second order of drinks when there were zero other customers in the restaurant and not many in the main bar and first round had been dry for a while. Didn’t bother with anymore. Came across as same bar guy making up the sushi whilst 1 chef doing hot food. That was another 40-60 min wait for food after the drinks wait. Very poorly organised and not fair on the skeleton shift of staff that were there. No expectations set on wait time. Menu looked good with loads of things I’d have liked to eat and tapas options like the bao buns were nice, calamari and Korean chicken also good but very salty. Sushi we went for the platter which was £30 a head and smothered in sauce which actually borderline ruined it - every single sushi piece on the platter has sauce and made it heavy. Should have been maybe one row max. Optional extra sauce on side. So bad would have to say on service to avoid altogether.

Delicious sushi and a great atmosphere with live music later on. Sushi taco was a cool concept and it held up to expectations. Definitely my new favourite place for celebrating! Jace was a great server :)

Went out for a birthday meal with some friends and had a great time , food was amazing considering we had a few of us with allergies and some vegetarians they catered to us all . Food at the restaurant then a little dance in 1812 with cocktails safe to say we all had a fabulous time

We saw an Instagram post on Saturday promoting bottomless sushi on Sundays between 1-5 pm, so booked a table for the Sunday during these times. Upon arrival we asked for the bottomless sushi menu to which the waiter apologised and stated they are not doing that today. I challenged this as the post the previous day said it was available every Sunday. He then explained they didn’t have the fish required for the bottomless Sushi, but they had fish for the al la carte sushi menu and suggested we order from the standard à la carte menu. That obviously defeated the object as we were there purely the bottomless Sushi offer. I then asked the server if he could check with the restaurant if they could give us bottomless sushi with fish that they do have, which they declined. My friends then asked if we order a standard platter from the à la menu will they give us a drink to make us stay and apologise, and they declined that also. It felt like they just wanted us to order from the a la carte menu, which was obviously more money for a lot less Sushi compared to the bottomless sushi menu. In the end we decided to leave the restaurant because there was no bottomless sushi as advertised, they did not compromise or give any alternative, it was extremely disappointing and an absolute waste of time. We even left this as feedback on their original Instagram post which was advertising the bottomless Sunday menu, they haven’t even acknowledged or responded to the comment. Clearly they do not care about customers walking out the door even though there was only one other table having a Sunday lunch. Embarrassing for them.

Awful service, delayed food and drinks, very bad quality of food. Avoid! We dined out for dinner on the rare occasion as we’re parents and so disappointed that we chose to come here. Food arrived 1.5 hrs after ordering and when it came it was horrible.

Bottomless Sushi Sunday experience. Very tasty sushi and a good selection. Service attentive and friendly. Lovely solo singer which made for a very pleasant afternoon out. I would definitely recommend if you like sushi.

The food was very delicious but we ordered one of there sushi rolls and it had very very spicy sauce and did not say on the menu . The chopsticks were very very hard to use as they were metal and did not work . The service was a struggle drinks took forever and did not have what we ordered first time round . The salmon was very dry overcooked and had little teriyaki on it . The black cod was nice and moist but you could not taste the miso sauce was like runny water . The slices of sashimi were so thick it was hard to enjoy .

I called up the restaurant and confirmed that this was a place suitable for kids, once confirmed I did book a table for me, my wife and son, upon arrival we was met at the front gate by a gentleman who said we wasn’t allowed in as there was an event on, after telling the guy that I’ve been on the phone and booked a table he went to check on this, Not surprisingly we then had another gentleman come to see us and said we wasn’t allowed in because there was no kids after 7pm, Then also proceeded to tell me how we wasn’t dressed well enough to go in, At this point I was very annoyed so decided to leave but not before making a comment about purchasing the most expensive things on the menu (this was a true statement anyway), as we were then leaving we had 2 members of staff come after us to try get us to go back in the restaurant I refused and said I’d find somewhere else to eat! Would not recommend this place at all if that’s how they want to treat the public people, however would love to recommend and place called Schpoons & Forx at the Hilton,

Arrived and was greater by a highly stressed chap, who told us that the restaurant was massively understaffed. There were only 3 couples dining! We asked a waitress how many tapas dishes on average were required per person. She said two, which would never have been enough. We asked the same person about some of the dishes but she didn’t understand and had to find someone who could understand us. Food was of mixed quality. They had run out of some draft beers. The atmosphere was dead. Nobody check on us, to see how our meal was. They did the bare minimum and didn’t ask us if we wanted more drinks etc. We could have just left without paying the bill, they were so disorganised. When the bill came, I asked for the service charge to be removed, which she did, without even questioning why. Nobody cared.

Visited Oishii, part of 1812, with a large party on a Saturday night. Positivies - The food was very nice, surroundings nice, and the staff friendly. Negatives - Long wait for food, came out in batches so some people had eaten while others still waiting. Staff a bit disorganised, wrong drinks orders, staff running around looking a bit confused. Overall - Think this could do so much nicer if managed better. Food was lovely, and staff were friendly, if only they could organise the serving of the food together plus get the drinks orders sorted.....

Although being just a solo diner, I was made to feel very welcome by the young man who waited on me for my meal. He was at all times, friendly, polite, and professional in every aspect of the visit. He is a total credit to the restaurant, and I hope he is appreciated. The food was wonderful, lovely tempura prawns, duck filled gyozas, and two sets of sushi all went down very well. I would not hesitate in recommending Oishii, and look forward to another visit at some point in the future. Thank you.

We visited Oishii on 2nd December, as a Christmas night out, for 6 of us. We booked for 8pm, having pre-ordered our meals, no starters, just main courses. By 9pm, the food had not arrived, we queried where our meals were, twice, and they eventually arrived at almost 9.30. Getting very hungry, they gave us complimentary starters-1 very small pancake/dumpling each. Most of us had Salmon, which was very dry, and we did not enjoy our meal. We were given complimentary desserts-macaroons and petit 4, a couple of mouthfuls each.We asked for coffee, but were told it was not available. When the bill came, £16 service charge was added, which we declined to pay, as the service had been so poor, and the food not up to standard. I emailed Oishii, who were very apologetic, and invited us to return and enjoy the full Oishii experience - we were not very inclined to return for another meal and pay high prices, when we had been so disappointed. We were offered a free bottle of wine, between 6, and complimentary desserts - more macaroons?? A very bad experience for us all and spoilt our Christmas night out. Oishii did not seem to be particularly bothered, as despite emailing them again regarding their offer, I have heard nothing more. Not a way to treat your customers, we will not be returning again, and have shared our experience with our friends.

We didn't order hot food thought it was way over priced for what it was, but we did have 2 small coffee's and an apple shortcake to share £10. The staff didn't seem that keen on serving. There are a lot of Starlings hanging around eyeing everyone up for food, so there are a lot of signs saying 'Don't feed the birds'.. We went to sit in the enclosed undercover area inside with our purchase, the doors are left open and with no visible attempt to keep the birds out. The Starlings are everywhere and doing what comes natural they were crapping all over the seats, tables and the station containing the condiments and cutlery. Yuk!! It was pretty grim in there.. But there is nowhere else nearby for a coffee so if needs must.. Takeaway!! The apple shortcake was good.

Han sido CUATRO veces. Dos ocasiones fueron geniales. En los otros dos, A PESAR de tener una reserva, aparecimos para encontrar el lugar CERRADO. Llegó este sábado a las 7 pm en punto, para nuestra comida de aniversario RESERVADA, para encontrar el lugar cerrado. Llamé al número de la puerta y no hubo respuesta. Llamé repetidamente durante la noche y no hubo respuesta. Hemos estado en tres ocasiones anteriores, y en dos tuvimos una comida encantadora, pero en la otra, lo mismo: NADIE. Me rindo. Parece que solo puede molestarse en aparecer si tiene muchas reservas, y no te llama para decirte que no puede molestarse en abrir para tu comida reservada. Dos de cada 4 no es suficiente. No volveremos a ir allí. No es así como trata a sus clientes cuando han reservado previamente. . Vergonzoso.

We were in Bournemouth just for a 2 night break. Never been to Bournemouth before and I looked up where the best fish and chip shop is. It gave me Barnacles, my husband isn't a great lover of fish and chips but he said he would have some with me. Everything cooked fresh and we sat in the car and enjoyed them hot. Well what can I say, they was the best we have both had in a long time even my husband was very happy and very tasty. Well done to Barnacles keep up the good work 👍
