Haven’t had a pasty since I became pescatarian but I ordered a lovely veggie pasty and was pleasantly surprised as I haven’t liked any other from any other shops! Very fast service the food came within 5-10 minutes and the price was good. I really liked it there :)

Rude staff. Went in to buy a pasty and the gentleman was too busy watching something on his phone that even whilst I was paying he was concentrating on what he was watching rather than the customer in front of him.

Went in today, thought I'd give it one final try as last reviewed it earlier this year. Never again. The guy on the counter was having a battle with a girl who was chronically slow at acknowledging anyone and sat for 10 to 15mins before my order was taken. They were Def in mid argument. Not impressed. I had a jacket potato with ham, the lettuce in the salad was turning brown around the edges, should have been thrown out days ago, the potato was lukewarm as was the reception from the staff. Felt like I was an inconvenience being there. I asked for a canned drink, no glass provided, so asked the guy at the counter who shouted to the girl to get a glass which duly arrived, probably not having been washed after the last person. The local older folk in there obviously have their regular orders as they were greeted with a few words about what they would like to eat or drink, but outsiders seem to have three heads or something as you're not made to feel welcome. The whole place could do with a bleaching and deep clean. My knife still had food on it which I wiped off on the off white colour paper serviettes. To sum it up....I'd rather be hungry than eat there again

Went in for small pasty and to give the café a try. All round it was a lukewarm visit in every way. Pasty was lukewarm, def not hot. Service was lukewarm and the staff preparing the good and bringing it out to the customers never said a word when they brought the food out, no smile, no hello, no here's your food. I know we all have bad days at work but all the staff looked like they were mid row! Won't be going back

To be frank the place was dirty , service slow , and I’ve had better pasty’s at a roadside caravan/ tea wagon. Very disappointed and a waste of money and my time

Service was extremely slow. We sat for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. Whilst sat there waiting, we noticed two of the female staff were handling the pasties, without any gloves whatsoever, then a blonde girl proceeded to play with her hair and then serve a gentlemen his pasty. Then the older woman did the same, moving on to serve another customer, who I believe had a bacon and sausage bap, shoved that into the microwave before. Only then was it that we were noticed and as we got up to leave after noticing the horrendous hygiene, did the older woman shout out that she would be with us soon. Absolutely not. Avoid!!!!

bought a large & a medium pasties at this shop in Newton Abbot, cost £5-70, thought they where nice when we had them about a year ago, [didn't buy them here] quite abit of meat in them, nice pasty, but these, bit into them & air came out, just pastry well over a quarter, the mixture was near the bottom & not much meat, funny how they can cut the filling down, but wouldn't cut the price by a quarter. I was going to complain, but from the reviews I've read wasting my time, might be this pititular shop, but what i can say is that would never buy one again, I wondered why when we walk pass this shop there's always only a couple people in, might be family.

This is a basic café with a pasty shop at the front. The food is okay, but pasties are quite pricey, all the usual beveridges are available. the service can be slow at busy times. There is wheelchair access, but the tables are quite close together.

Greta location with not bad food; however, we did find that the sausage roll's are quite costy. Nevertheless, the food is overall quite good. As a result, I would recommend Oggy Oggy Pasty.

What a treat we had in store for us when we ordered your All Day Breakfast at just £4.99 each. We had two sausages, two rashers of bacon, Half a tomato, baked beans, 2 fried eggs, a slice of toast with butter and pot of tea for two! The place was very clean and the staff profesional and friendly. We shall certainly be returning there next time we're in Newton Abbot. Thank you for an enjoyable meal.
