If you want tiny portions, this is the place to come. Ordered XL Kebab and large fries which would hardly feed a midget

Ordered the Serrano Burger, £7.99, came with processed bacon instead. I took it back and just got attitude from the manager, ‘make a complaint through the website..’. Terrible attitude and misrepresentation of advertised product 👎

Had food delivered from here, have to say it was definitely the worst meal I’ve ever eaten, I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. There was enough grease on the paper bags and on the food to drown someone. The kebab meat felt like I was chewing rubber and the chips looked like they’ve been through both world wars. Safe to say I will never recommend anyone eat here let alone waste anymore money on this place.

Only part order came delivery driver was in to much of a rush to sort it out told to ring store but the phone was busy constantly for over hour

Utter garbage. Ordered food, came late, came cold, some things missed off the order. Don't answer their phones. I ordered via the app to ensure they knew exactly what I wanted and they still got it wtong. Avoid!

O my god where do I start.Food delivered LATE food was COLD and just to make it even worse I ordered a pizza with chicken breast red onion and mushroom and got spicy chicken on it.tried phoning them up 2 complain and nothing did not even answel.Well this is the last order we make with them.would rather pay more and go somewhere else NOT HAPPY 1 LITTLE BIT and I bet they don’t even read these????? Absolutely disgusting! The food was delivered cold and burnt and couldn’t even be eaten and the whole order was wrong to what we paid for. And you can’t even get hold of them to get the problems sorted. £40 worth of food in the bin 😡

Over 45 minutes late for delivery. Food arrived actually cold, not even warm. Tried calling for 20 minutes straight on 2 phones but constantly user busy, so gave up. Food went in the bin as was already mushy and chewy, complete waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again. Highly advise others to not bother too.

My advice is not to bother with the delivery, I’ve had it three times arrive very late in a soggy box and the pizza dry. If you’re happy to collect the pizza is actually pretty good, I guess they need more delivery staff and a bit more organisation…

Order placed on the phone 3 Large pizzas 2 sides and drink for around £40 so fairly well priced . They said it would be 15 mins so I headed out and arrived 10 mins later food was ready, got home food still nice and hot and tasty , would use again

Will add this also to social media as a warning ⛔️ After order a good delivery, there was a no show . After 2 hours we called to enquire. The argumentative and aggressive response claimed to have phoned us. (Yet we received no missed calls or any voice messages) They claimed too that our address had no number on the front (We have a very clear number on our front door) 🤯 it turns out that they called back a wrong number and went to a wrong address 😡 To add insult to injury, together with their admittance of knowing there was no delivery, they also refused to reimburse our fee. Many would call that theft! 🫨 Just a warning ‼️

The food is horrible and when going inside it’s very awkward and they do not make you want to go back there. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again. Be lucky I didn’t food hygiene you guy’s because it is vile in there.

Second time now kabab smelt weird so didn't eat. Won't be ordering from there ever again. Pizza was all soggy and spent nearly £40. Just eat wouldn't refund either. Waste of money and we all felt ill after trying it..

I live less than 10 minutes from the shop and the food turned up cold! Tried to call the shop and got fobbed off with he will write complaint down and pass it to management. Total load of rubbish won't be ordering from her again!

Never got to the food, the guy behind the counter made it blatantly clear I was an idiot for not knowing they did kebabs then started tutting me when I asked for meatiest pizza replying "no!, there's the menu, it's not haaard". Told him not to bother and I'd go somewhere else. Know when you're not wanted and all that.

Says on the board they do a mixed wrap, ask for it and was told no they don’t do it. Got a normal Donnor wrap and small pizza, Wrap was stone cold, pizza was flavourless and way over cooked. What the hell happened to fresh pizza, it was the best in town back in the day of yummies

This is written after the worst customer service I've received from fresh pizza after being a customer of 10 years. There was no willingness to sort the issue out and I was made to walk to the store to get it fixed.

Spent £150 on kebabs only to find the pitta breads missing in most of the kebabs. Drove back to shop he gave the pittas. I said I’m not happy about having to now eat it cold but they weren’t bothered !!!

Awful food quality. Need reporting to Environmental Health. Ordered a kebab and was very ill for a fortnight. Recent reviews on other social media show raw uncooked meat and multiple reports of illness. Don't risk your health here.

Twice we've ordered 2 kebabs from here.. the first time we ordered online and ticked the box for all salad (especially coleslaw!). When it arrived no coleslaw... Second time we ordered 2 kebabs from here did it online again, ticked box for all salad (including coleslaw!), wrote in the additional notes box "please can we have coleslaw"...when it arrived... No coleslaw... In either kebab... That's 4 kebabs no coleslaw... I might be overreacting here but seriously!! Won't be using them again...

Funny story domino's pizza would not take my English money .because of covid lol.so I went to fresh pizza 🍕😋 they accept English money in England lol so I spent my money there food was nice .

Ordered from deliveroo, order numbers got mixed up and they delivered the wrong order. Driver said he couldn't do much but stayed whilst we called the restaurant. The restaurant passed blame to the driver advised us to call deliveroo and try to get refund through them. No accountability atall or any offers to help.

Been there today for a first time and decided eat pizzas there and then. Both pizzas we ordered were really nice and really enjoyed them. I know they do take away mostly. Would definitely be a regular if I was living down here!

Pizzas turned up squashed boxes freezing cold and the chocolate melt pudding turned up in a plastic sleeve for us to cook ourselves I can buy two from Tesco's for half the price and no manager there tonight got to phone back tomorrow such a shame as never ever have issues with fresh pizza but now not sure if I would go back again After tonight !!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, cheesy chips ,coke and a fudge cake. When it arrived they forgot the cheesy chips and fudge cake and 1 of the pizzas they got wrong so we phoned them up complaining they got our order wrong and bits was missing so they said they would correct it..... later our cheesy chips and cake arrived but still forgot the pizza so I won't be ordering from them again

Ordered 3 pizzas and a large kebab. Nice and easy order you would think. However they forgot the kebab. Phone them and got 1 sent out. It must of been the one they prepared with the pizza as it was cold and the kebab meat was hard. Also the salad looked like it was prepared in the first lock down Pizzas was also not up to standard ( and for a pizza shop that s..t). I would still say it's better then ali's kebab shop. But I will not use fresh pizzas again. 2 out of 10

Awful food, ordered chicken dinner and lamb shish, chewy meat, hard bread, salad was a joke (solely chunks of onion) not correct sauces put in. Looked like someone had brought it up when it arrived. Very disappointed !

Been my go to place for pizza's in Newton Abbot for years. Unlike Domino's they deliver to Kingsteignton which is a good start. Delivery is always quick and the food is proper tasty, can't go wrong!

Great pizza and price. Best of all is the customer service, helpful in resolving issues and professional throughout. The delivery is reasonably quick. Definitely give the pizzas a try. The dough is a good size and consistency. A few more topping would have been perfect. Food hygiene rating of 5.

ordered a few chicken burgers for delivery - all good + fast service + very reasonably priced food + easy to order - good quality - walked passed the store a few times looks very professional and clean

Thought I would give this place a try as Jacksons wasn't open. The service was fast and my order was ready maybe just a little too quick. I dismissed how quick it was as I was the only person in there. When I got home (which is a short drive) I found my chicken shish to be cold and a little bit tough (probably from the microwave). I thought it was just my one but the Donna that was ordered was also cold and both pita breads definitely didn't go on the grill. Fair to say I won't be going there again and from reading the reviews there would be no point in trying to get refund.

Tried for first time tonight parked right outside ordered didnt have to wait long. Pizza was lush the Mrs loved her chicken burger price was really good. Will be going back

Great tasting takeaway with great choice of fast food

This place is like mdonalds, only way higher quality! Lovely tender burgers, tasty cheese, big portions, crispy salad, accurate delivery time, really nice delivery driver. I dont know what the negative reviewers are on about! Your chips are soft and tender and not greasy, which is brilliant. The only thing Id say is perhaps make it known a bit more that you do burgers/wraps/dessert etc. because I wanted burgers and chips delivered and I only found out (accidentally) that you served them by searching JustEat. Thats in no way a negative - I hope it helps you get more customers! Thank you for the lovely meal, I hope youll do well even during these lockdowns.

Tried this place tonight for the first time, I registered on their website and placed our order for two Kebabs. The food came late and stone cold, and I mean stone cold, there was no heat to this at all, the pita bread had not been placed on a grill to warm, it was literally fridge cold and the meat was the same. I think its possibly kept in a fridge then just dished up when needed. On the upside the salad was fresh and was cold and crisp. We will not be useing this place ever again, such a shame as their local.

The women on the phone so rude and unhelpful the staff are usually friendly and helpful but the women they have on the phone now is terriable and needs to go back to school to learn some manners

Ordered through JustEat because the local branch of a big pizza delivery chain never delivers anymore. I must say this was an excellent decision! Pizza arrived far earlier than expected which was perfect for me, was hot and very tasty. Nice big portion of garlic mayo on the side, too. Will definitely be ordering from this place again!

Been a regular for more than a decade going every few months from Torquay. Very disappointed with the kebabs. They were cold and not fresh. Additionally, you cannot see the salad and food anymore. Didn't recognise any staff. Will not be returning.

Without doubt the rudest staff I have ever come across. Looked at me like a piece of dirt and barely acknowledged my order. I should have followed my instinct and walked away.
