Went to watch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice with my family but on the way, my oldest daughter became poorly so my husband ending up taking her home. Got to the cinema and the attendant asked if we were waiting for the rest of our party so I explained what had happened. He told us to go over to the counter and explain to them and we would get a refund for the unused tickets. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What amazing service, thank you odeon.

Theatre is average, I am not from the uk. I can't compare its quality with my hometown or my country. Because the seating , here is very disappointing (no recliner and looks like 10 to 20 year old type seating) . The projector is good . it's 4k but the screen size is not very good. The sound system is confusing sometimes it's good on the big screen, small screens sound are not great. I don't know about other city 's Odeon. but Lincoln's Odeon is below average compared to my home country theatres. There are no competitors for Odeon that's why no innovations. Very hot inside too no ventilation or air conditioners.

Truly awful. Very shabby and unclean inside. Lights are out above the toilet cubicles, and no soap in either dispenser. Seat had leftover food in it so the screen hadn't been cleaned properly either. This is a very tired cinema. We were in screen 5 should it be a screen issue. The picture in particular was quite dim and the screen seemed dirty. If there was ever a fairly white scene, you could see patches all over. I have been coming to Lincoln odeon with the limitless card for many years now. I have noticed a huge decline in speed time when ordering food and drink. On many occasions now there have been maybe 2 or 3 orders on the board with 2 workers and had to wait nearly 10 minutes before reminding them that I ordered 1 drink. I will keep coming for the films but will not be ordering drinks any more.

Haven't been here for years, but was so bad I have to let others know how desperately this needs renovation. Screen was either dirty or out of focus, either way it was poor. Sound was also terrible, no deep bass, just rather flat. Lighting for finding the steps/seats is non existent. Where do I start with the seat comfort? Hard plastic with no room. Numb bum after 30 mins, difficult to get comfortable, no head rest, no adjustment, just solid plastic seats from the 90s. Odeon are killing cinema, but then again they always have with their prices. If you live north of Lincoln, go to Scunthorpe Vue, it's amazing compared to this.

I came to see a National Theatre Live production of NYE here. I wish I hadn’t. For a start, the front of the cinema is old and worn out as you can tell, and then, I go into screen 8. It was absolutely freezing in there. I swear they had the A/C on! And then to top it off, the sound was diabolical. You couldn’t hear the actors talking particularly well, I think the sound was all unbalanced if that makes sense. So someone reported this to a cinema steward but despite turning some volume up to max, it was still of a poor quality. I paid £18.50 (including booking fee) for this. I wish I had gone elsewhere. I’m really glad I don’t come here much anymore. Avoid. EDIT: I’m returning to see the 25th anniversary special of Star Wars The Phantom Menace as I complained to Odeon about the sound issues and they gave me a voucher as a gesture of goodwill. But once I’ve seen this I shan’t be returning.

I went to Odeon tonight(07/04 7:30pm)just to buy their nachos and cheese as my family loves this, always present whenever we watch movies at Odeon. But on this occasion I just wanted to buy takeaway. There were 2 staff(female and male) in the counter when I asked if I could do a nachos and cheese takeaway. Straightaway the female staff said that they don’t do takeaways and that I can only order through Deliveroo. So I pointed out to her that I’d buy the nachos and cheese and literally just take it out with me. She then replied that it will only come as it is, served in their black triangular plastic plate. So I told her am happy with that. Then her colleague suggested that he can put the nachos in a box and put the cheese into plastic containers. I ordered 2 lots and this guy made the effort to pack the nachos and cheese into boxes and containers. He even gave me 2 triangular plates that I could use at home. He was absolutely a star, I’m just disappointed at myself that I didn’t get his name. 2 staff members with 2 different approaches to “customer service”. The female staff could definitely learn from her colleague about making even the smallest effort to please customers. I gave 2 stars to Odeon Lincoln because of the lazy attitude of the female staff when it comes to Customer Service. But definitely 5 stars to that male staff, Odeon Lincoln is lucky to have him.

I would have been better off watching it on phone. Came to watch a film I've been desperately looking forward to seeing, and paid over £30 for two tickets. The quality was almost unwatchably bad. If I wasn't with friends I would have immediately walked out and asked for a refund. It ruined my experience, with no exaggeration. The screen cropped the projector image, such that there was 10% of the film projected onto the curtains at the left and right (shameful!!) and the picture was so dark we couldn't even see the more shadowy scenes. Worst of all though was the grimy screen/projector glass. It was like I was watching the film through a dirty window. I don't know if it needs cleaning or what, but I really don't understand how someone can put that up and think "yeah that looks ok!". Cinema is dead. ps, the film was The Boy and the Heron, in screen 5, at 5pm on 13/01/2024.

It's been a few years since I've patronized the cinema, so this was to be a rare treat. After sitting through almost half an hour of adverts and previews at full volume (should have brought my earplugs) the main feature film began which I'm afraid was pretty boring, yes it's a 3.5 hour long film so I suppose it was bound to have a long burn before something interesting happened. So 3/4hr into the film all the lights came on and and we were asked to evacuate the cinema. No reason given. I'm afraid that was it for me and I departed not likely to return anytime soon. One person was getting orders ready and giving them to people. He was working really hard and served us with a smile and polite manner. While we waited over 15 minutes to be served there were three people left in front of us. While the other person was getting order ready and giving them to the many people waiting, there was another person behind the counter who was just stood there not doing anything. I presume there was something cooking in the oven they have but instead of serving people while he waited for it to be cooked, he just stood and waited. During Oppenheimer it was oddly flat and during Barbie the music was too loud compared to the dialogue (these were different screens and different days) For one of the most expensive Odeons in the country, you’d expect the sound to at least be working. The popcorn was also soft/stale. Again, the staff are lovely! This isn’t a reflection on them! I feel like the higher ups have maybe just neglected Lincoln for repairs etc.

The whole experience spoil Barbie for me. Whenever the music was playing it was so loud you couldn't hear the dialogue and it really did ruin the movie for me. Even when they were singing - you couldn't hear the lyrics, because the music was playing so loud. This is not odeon's fault, but there were teenagers vaping during the movie, and some kids sitting next to us started taking pictures in the middle of the movie (it wasn't just a single picture, I told them off after they've done it thrice). The only thing that was good on that day was the popcorn. Half of this experience wasn't odeon, but I think they could at least show the slide saying to turn off your phone just before the movie starts.

When I ordered my food, they gave me my ice blast 10 minutes before my food, therefore by the time my food was ready the ice blast had already melted. The quality of the food was not the best either, I ordered chicken strips and mozzarella cheese sticks. The worse part of my experience this evening was that the cinema room did not have AC. You would think Odeon would know that on the second day a movie is released the cinema room would be packed with not a spare seat in sight, it was literally like an sauna, very humid and sticky. I will not be visiting this Odeon again. Also, I paid for premiere seats, there was nothing premiere about them, just a bit more leg room, my premiere experience elsewhere has sofa style seats which recline!

She needs to be trained properly, mostly in ability to work under pressure. There was no crowd yet she couldn't get people's orders right. She just kept redoing it continuously. The food was amazing. I had American breakfast while my friend had English breakfast

Amazing food. I was very very pleased with my visit. I was served by a woman called Emma with blonde shoulder length hair and glasses. She was so lovely and welcoming! Gave me exactly what I wanted unlike last time when I was served by Sharon who I found to be quite rude. There was a good selection of food that was reasonably priced. I’m very happy with this service. Thank you. Also love your cream cake!
