Food always spot on, great banter in the shop aswell

Just had the most disgusting chicken fried rice and chips, rice was like slop and congealed, tge chicken was hard and chips were freezing cold. Will not be going there again, disgusting the price you pay and they serve you this.

Ordered a buffet for a special occasion. It arrived warm and on time. Everyone loved it, especially the vermicelli!! Highly recommended, they are so accommodating even opening up on a Sunday!

Beat chippy in fazakerley and aintree. The small fish box is grrat value and the veggie chop suey roll is perfect for vegatarians.

Rang up and ordered our meals and the lady gave us an extra meal for free as she noticed she done the wrong sauce on one of them, really nice and friendly staff, make you feel welcome as soon as you come in and happy to serve you! would highly recommend! I ordered food from here for my daughters 21st birthday party.Sarah was so helpful sorting everything out.The food was amazing and really good value for money.Everybody commented saying how nice it was and I would definitely use them again for a party! Thank you for everything.

We got food/buffet for our daughters 18th birthday party, ocean food bar were very helpful from start to finish. Catered for 85 people, portion sizes very generous and all the guests commented on how delicious the food was. Food was delivered on time and was piping hot. We would highly reccomend them and thank you to Ocean Food bar for a great service.

I ordered a Chinese buffet for 25 people for a family party. It was very reasonably priced and the food was delicious! Deleivered to my door on the night of the party, piping hot and very generous portions. I will definitely be ordering from here again for future parties! Stress free buffet!

Food is excellent, girls on the phone who take the orders are very knowledgeable and helpful, the time it takes for delivery is disappointing with food sometimes cold, I think the delivery man has too many orders in his car to deliver so some meals are bound to be COLD !!

Were currently at Walton hospital saying goodbye to a family member, and sent in your direction for somewhere for us to grab food, staff are so friendly and polite, and value for money, plus delicious thank you all

Ohhh ain't been here for a few months. BUT have to admit ! 😍 Amazing fishcake and chips 🤩 I would recommend this Chippy as THE BEST CHIPPY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Tried a satay noodle box for the first time and it was amazing portion was huge plenty of chicken and veg and the sauce tasted amazing can’t wait to try the other flavours! Staff very friendly and helpful wouldn’t go anywhere else!

last couple of times have been poor and it seems to have gone down. Paid around £8 for a veggie noodle box that was just oily noodles with the tiniest bits of veg in. Also had a fish and it's the second time it's been overcooked and not drained of fat but just plopped in the wraping. Shame as it was a good chippy.

Gave lady assistant my two order ( two meals) she wrote it a sticky note, called me over when ready, went to pick bag she said that one is yours, paid. Got home me and wife planning on meal together, only one of the meals I ordered, but the chips from the other meal, no fish, no mushy peas. Went back she blamed me, saying she only took for one, I gave you order for two meals, I paid, she was adamant it was my fault. I said to her you have a attitude considering I’m the customer. I made her aware I spend £40 to £55 pound on Fridays but once I tell family, our custom will stop. Very disappointed with customer service

Dried over cooked chicken inedible. Time to learn a lesson the food is rubbish meals are full of salt MSG' . Would never eat such poorly cooked food .PS All meal taste basically the same if I could give no stars I would. Perhaps my review may seem harsh imo it's not harsh enough do not bother

Very poor we ordered our Christmas eve meal and after 1hour we decided to go up to pick it up ourselves first and last time.

A wide selection of TRADITIONAL and Asian food. Always busy, but they have plenty of staff to cope. They do takeaway and delivery to local areas. We use this place a lot and have always found something to suit everyone in the family, be it piazza, kebabs, Chinese or fish and chips.

Lovely fish and chips, the fish was a decent size and the portion of chips was huge. Will be calling again.

Tasty food, but expensive and has really gone down hill over the last 20 years. They could also do with cleaning outside their shop as it's filthy at times (discarded takeaways etc)

Horrible bland chips... after asking on phone AND stressing in the shop “PLENTY OF SALT AND VINEGAR”.... what chippy doesn’t ask if you want salt and vinegar, if not just putting it on anyway..... yuk! ruined my meal... And there’s more... don’t get the crispy duck. This was very very fatty... the whole point of “crispy duck” is just that... crispy! This duck looked like it had been boiled, it still had an inch of fat all over it... Crispy duck should be cooked so the skin is er, crispy... The clue is in the name!

OMG there pizza 🍕 are the best around I get from domino’s, Pizza Hut, pizza.com the lot FaceTime I’ve tried ocean food Pizzas and they are a 10 out of 10

Should get more than 1 fone line as it is a home to try an get through to this place may have nice food but impossible to order it 🤬

Just ordered a fish dinner, fish carton of curry and drinks, would have been lovely apart from the fish batter tasted of stale fat, fish inside the batter had minimal taste, it was dry and took 1hr to arrive when it came it was lukewarm sorry won't be ordering again

Love this place, however for the 2nd time in a month after getting home the order is wrong again. Please get your staff to get the orders correct.

First time trying the food from here based upon a recommendation. The food is absolutely delicious and I cant believe I havent been here before. This is now my go to takeaway. I highly recommend you try here as you wont be disappointed.

Order a delivery once a week from here and food is always perfect, Delivery is usually around an hour but we’ll worth the wait, My best takeaway by far only has chinese food from here and can highly recommend the set menu for 1 I usually change the main dish last night I had special Pineapple the meal was full of meats and king prawns delicious! Had their famous sweet chilli chicken it is one of my favourites from there beef mushroom is also delicious and the charsu satay.

We have tried certain meals from this chippy+everything me+my mum have tried has been top draw,my personal favourite is Singapore fried rice+I would never have guessed that pineapple would be with this meal when I first tried it a couple of year's ago+it really did go well with the meal+I love curry with this meal+as other people have mentioned there curry for a chippy is spot on,me mum loves the fish aswell,so we will defo be trying other meals from this lovely chippy over the next few years,just ad me Singapore earlier with 2 curry+as usual lovely+me mum had here usual fish+chips+she also said fish is the best for a chippy,as most chippys use the cheap chip fish nowadays,so all I have to say now is keep up the good work+the food,that's coming from ste in noggsy 👌✌👍👏🥘🍔🌮

Very disappointing, very bland and tasteless Chinese meal, Portion of chips that came with the meal were awful, looked like they had been refried numerous times, unfortunately I had ordered over the phone, unbelievable that someone served those chips thinking they were edible.
