Great central location, very friendly staff, lovely coffee and tasty brunch!!! A must if you enjoy relaxed atmosphere, quality drinks and delicious food!

Nice little restaurant with good food and nice cocktails

Can't rate food as we didn't get that far. Table wasn't ready when we got there, which you can forgive when it's a Saturday and can get busy. After we were sat, the waiter wanted us to move to another table to accommodate a larger group. He tried pressuring us into moving and was incredibly rude and argumentative. When he was called out for favouring a larger table over us and reminded that we were also paying customers, he kept talking over us and said 'it's just common sense that we move'. We decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. Only at this point did he say 'I would have given you discount, you know', which was clearly a lie to try to make us feel like we had overreacted.

Brilliant local cafe, open 9am on a Sunday an doing great breakfasts. We bring the kids (7 and 9) and they love the pancakes with chocolate, or bacon and maple syrup and the grown ups can have healthy, or full English!

Quick friendly delivery. Order correct & well packaged. Good full English, meaty herby sausages, streaky bacon. Beans on the side👍🏻. sauce also on the side for the French toast 👍🏻. Delicious food. And rich dark roast coffee. Great breakfast 👍🏻

Kept changing delivery time, food was cold, flavourless not home made hollandaise, orange juice was squeezed but not today/fresh over priced under quality, this is just typical of pop up shops and cafes, trying to deliver food the have no idea on!

Though it was post Christmas it was very quiet which was a real shame as I really like the food there. It's not a huge choice on the menu which means much better quality and fresher ingredients. The staff are all Romanian and very friendly so even though it was nearly empty I really like the atmosphere with good choice of music in the background. It's my go to place now every time I'm in Northampton.

Went for family brunch and just wow. The service was brilliant, latte was sooooo creamy and food amazing. Had choice of daily menu or lunch deal £13.99 for 3 courses. I had the pork belly starter, chicken which was lovely and tasty then, omg the most amazing chocolate fondue I have ever had, absolutely banging!!!

Came here for breakfast (at 1pm) and got a classic full english. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, fast, and great service. The food is great value for money, hash browns, sausages, and toast in particular were different class. The whole place is also very clean. I will be coming back 👌

A beautiful interior matched by incredible food! We didn’t even get passed the starters and lite bites!! Basically we ordered seven small dishes to act as a main because we couldn’t choose between them. And they were all incredibly fresh and delicious. Wow! We are going to come back again to try the main dishes! Everything was exemplary! Service without fault. From start to finish, a wonderful way to spend a rare night off from the kids!!

Food delivery on time pork belly was lovely and hot. Ordered chorizo bites but got cauliflower instead.Everything else was luke warm.vegetable pancake rolls didn’t have any crunch to them at all. Bit disappointed

My wife and visited your establishment last week and now we're back again on the 11/09/24. We were greeted with the warmest of smiles and professionalism by Neli. She made us feel very relax and comfortable. This lady in question is very professional, friendly and helpful in all aspects. The ambience within is fantastic. Oblique is the place for us.

We had a lovely start at Oblique with a warm welcome and allowed us to move our table so that we could be by the door as it was hot. Unfortunately there was no perroni left on tap and no IPAs served there. There was also only two steaks left to order (7:30 on a Friday evening). I was a bit disappointed that even though there is a burger on the gluten free menu, they didn’t have any gluten free buns. Two of us ordered duck and there was only two pieces of duck. There was a requested to change the potato fondant to chips which we were told couldn’t be done and had to be ordered as a side. My steak was ordered medium rare but came very rare however I did enjoy it and chose not to send it back. It was also a good size and good quality steak. We still had a nice evening and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was a good atmosphere, just a shame a few things let it down which was mostly down to missing items and lack of availability. The cod and steak portions were reasonable but the duck was very minimal especially for the price.

My wife and I visited this establishment on Saturday morning the 03/08/24 for breakfast. On entering the said restaurant, the atmosphere within was fantastic. The staff were very friendly helpful and professional. It was my first time there and the lady that stood out is Andra. Very polite with great mannerism.I had the full English and my wife had the two eggs omelette which was delicious 😋. My wife and I visited your establishment yesterday on the 05/09/2024,and was greeted with the warmest smile ever. The lady in question is none other than Nelly. She made us feel welcome, sat us down, had a chat with us in the process.She is very polite, very professional throughout and versatile. Her mannerism is outstanding. The ambience was fantastic. We felt so relaxed and comfortable during our lunch. We will be returning again very soon to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thanks again to Super Nelly for a fabulous day. My wife enjoyed the Field Good Bowl.

Food is really tasty and good value for money and the team are really friendly too! We stopped for just a coffee the first time we visited and so pleased we came back for food. We will be back again.

My group of 6 turned up at 21.30 with no booking. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Mediterranean fusion menu was great. We all ordered something different and it was all extremely good. The wine was very nice and not expensive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My friend and I always go for a coffee here which we love! However we had a breakfast today, it was delicious! Not too expensive either apart from the glass of juice which was too small for the price, but i will definitely be coming back here again. Place has a nice vibe, is clean and staff very nice, helpful and pleasant. One of the best cafe bars in Northampton.

As a visitor to the area, a friend brought us here and it was fabulous! The food was amazing, good portion sizes and all homemade. Speed of service was very good and efficient. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Great atmosphere and clearly a very much loved establishment! Will definitely return when I’m in the area again!
